Abstract

Strategic management is the science and art involved in formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that enable an organization to achieve its goals. Strategic management can help travel companies create additional value and differentiate from competitors. This can help companies attract the interest of potential pilgrims and also increase profits for the company. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to formulate strategies, implement strategies, and evaluate strategies in increasing the interest of prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT. Krisma Tour. This research aims to determine strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation in increasing the interest of prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT. Krisma Tour. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews with two sources, observation, and documentation studies related to strategic management that have been implemented by PT Krisma Tour. The results of this research reveal that strategy formulation in the company PT. Krisma Tour has carried out either alternative strategies or special strategies. The special strategy used is doing door-to-door or word of mouth and maximizing social media as digital marketing. Strategy implementation at PT. Krisma Tour still only covers around 95% of, the implementation of vision and mission, implementation of goals, organizational structure, and implementation of marketing strategies. The shortcomings of strategy implementation at PT Krisma Tour are still in the development process, such as developing employee quality through various types of training. Strategy evaluation at the PT Krisma Tour company is carried out regularly every 3 months, the sections or segments evaluated include employee performance and employee target achievements.

Abstract

This research began with the discovery of the phenomenon of procuring learning facilities and infrastructure which was categorized as adequate despite SDN 18 Enggadang only receiving a small amount of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) due to the small number of students. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the planning, procurement, and maintenance of the principal in improving learning facilities and infrastructure at SDN 18 Enggadang, Pemangkat District for the 2023-2024 academic year. This research used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity checking techniques used source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checks. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the principal's planning in improving learning facilities and infrastructure is to map the condition of facilities and infrastructure, then prioritize, then plan the procurement and maintenance budget, (2) the principal's procurement in improving learning facilities and infrastructure is to determine the specifications of the required facilities and infrastructure, then conduct a price survey of goods, then procure according to needs and budget, and (3) the principal's maintenance in improving learning facilities and infrastructure is to divide maintenance tasks, then determine the maintenance budget, then implement a damage reporting system and replacement of learning facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum continues to develop in line with the changes occurring in the current education system. This article discusses the development of the PAI curriculum, including the challenges faced and the strategies implemented in the development process. The main challenges faced include changes and rapid developments in education, globalization and increasingly advanced technology as well as changes in student needs. To overcome this challenge, several PAI curriculum development strategies have been implemented, including: integrating technology and digital learning media, implementing a competency-based approach, increasing active participation from all parties involved in curriculum development, and improving the quality of PAI teachers through training and professional development. . By identifying challenges and implementing appropriate strategies, PAI curriculum development can be more effective and successful in supporting students' successful learning in the field of Islam.

Abstract

This research examines the use of Canva-based animated video learning media as a tool to enhance students’ understanding of mechanical engineering concepts. Video-based learning media is a very suitable choice in the learning process as it can facilitate material understanding and capture students’ attention. Analysis of relevant research journals indicates that video-based learning media has the potential to improve learning outcomes, especially in achieving the minimum competency standards (MCS), as it is considered very engaging for students and can influence their learning activities. However, the use of this media also requires teachers’ high creativity in creating engaging content.

Abstract

This article created to investigate the impact of using video learning media on understanding the subject of Construction Cost Estimation through literature review method. Video is one form of learning media that at least consists of two elements, namely visual and audio. As a learning aid, videos serve as a means of delivering material from teachers to students. The replay feature, allowing videos to be played back, makes it a medium that can enhance students' ability to understand a subject. The results of analysis, it can be said that the use of video learning media in Construction Cost Estimation learning activities is excellent, favored by students, and has the potential to influence their learning engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn more about how using SketchUp enhances the educational experience at technical colleges. via examining pertinent research findings and using techniques from literature studies. The primary goal of the study is to quantify the influence that using 3D SketchUp material has on students' comprehension of ideas and skill development. It is believed that these findings would help educators in developing more creative and effective teaching strategies. It is also anticipated that there would be a notable increase in the quality of instruction at vocational schools, better equipping students with the necessary and relevant skills to join the workforce.

Abstract

In an era that continues to develop, there are challenges that will be faced by the existing education system in Indonesia. Education needs to continue to adapt to keep up with changes in the world. In all types of technology that stands out in education is virtual reality media and augmented reality. This research uses qualitative research with a literature study method. The implementation of virtual reality in education has become a major focus in efforts to improve students' holistic augmented reality learning experience. The implementation of augmented reality in education has opened the door to a more interactive augmented reality learning experience and presented the potential of augmented reality to increase student understanding and engagement. The use of virtual reality media and augmented reality in learning contexts has shown great potential to enhance student learning experiences and expand boundaries. -traditional boundaries in education. By adopting a collaborative approach between educational institutions, the technology industry, and government, and through investment in training and professional development for educators.
