Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had an impact on various areas of human life, including the world of business and the world of work. In today's era, companies are trying to increase work productivity and efficiency by utilizing technology. CV. Baretta Cemerlang, a manufacturer of ceramic tableware, faces challenges in optimizing its production process. In the current situation, every marketing must continuously contact the admin to get information on production progress. This is inefficient and makes work unproductive. Therefore the aim of this research is to develop a system with the right design and we call it a website-based production tracking system using the CodeIgniter framework. This production tracking system makes it easy for all company stakeholders to view, monitor, and update production status quickly and accurately. This system is also equipped with a real-time monitoring feature that enables fast and accurate decision making. With this system, companies can increase productivity, reduce production time, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors in production scheduling and control. This production tracking system has been integrated with the DBMS and can be accessed via a laptop/PC or mobile device. In this study it was concluded that the production tracking system is an effective solution to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company. However, the implementation of this system needs to be done carefully and pay attention to all elements related to it. It is hoped that the designed production tracking system will have a major positive impact on the company by increasing the efficiency of production performance. and ensure efficiency in various matters.

Abstract

Medika Prima Clinic is a public clinic established by the Medika Prima Utama Foundation and has an operational license since 2015. The clinic is located at Jl. Raya Ciomas No.290, Ciomas Rahayu, Ciomas sub-district, Bogor Regency, West Java. Based on interviews, information was obtained that there are obstacles, namely that it takes longer to complete the process of searching for drug data, irregular storage of drug inventory data causes frequent loss and damage of documents, and the preparation of drug data reports is still done manually, making it difficult for the data analysis process and producing less accurate data. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to develop a web-based drug supply information system that will facilitate drug searches, store drug supply data, and report drug supply data that can be well organized and accurate. The information system created using the web-based waterfall method with the PHP programming language and using the MySql database. the waterfall method is the traditional life cycle includes a software development methodology. which emphasizes a logical and systematic process system testing is carried out to ensure good performance and functionality. trials were carried out involving users and utilizing original drug data. The test results show that the Medika Prima Clinic web-based drug inventory information system can effectively manage drug inventory and improve the efficiency of drug stock management.

Abstract

PT. Continental Panjipratama is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing that produces various types of shoe products. One way the company can fulfill the rights of employees is to provide annual leave rights to employees in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment, Article 79 paragraph 2c. Until now PT. Continental Panjiprtama in handling its leave application is still done conventionally where in the process of submitting leave, employees fill out a form first to be approved by the head of department and company leadership. In addition, the storage of the leave submission report is still in the form of an archive, so that there is a buildup in the annual leave submission report. And there is no web-based employee leave application system yet. So that the process of applying for annual leave at PT. Continental Panjipratama is considered less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based employee leave application system that can be accessed at any time by employees of PT. Continental Panjipratama so that it can assist employees in the process of applying for leave. The development system method used in this research is the extreme programming method. This employee leave application system application is built using the PHP, HTML, MYSQL programming languages and the bootstrap framework. With the existence of a web- based employee leave application information system, it can assist employees in the leave application process which can be accessed anytime online.

Abstract

The library is an important tool in the world of education that allows students to access various learning resources. In educational institutions, a system is needed that can collect, manage, store, and distribute information. Therefore, the design of library applications is a necessary step to meet these needs. Through interviews and observations, researchers found several problems that needed to be addressed, including the absence of a specific application design in the library, the lack of use of technology that caused books to not be recorded properly, book searches that were done manually, and data processing that was still done manually. manual and prone to loss or damage. Therefore the method used in this study is the Spiral method, which is a popular software development method. This method breaks projects into smaller development cycles, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability to changes in complex software development. In this study, it has been concluded that the Spiral method is effectively used in designing library application systems because it allows for changes and adjustments at each stage. The built library application system has features that suit user needs and has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and productivity of library management. The implementation using the Java programming language and MySQL database was also successful. Thus, the development of library application systems using the Spiral method can provide effective and efficient solutions in library management. Subsequent developments can be carried out by adding features and regular updates to maintain the quality and reliability of the library application system.

Abstract

Every company in this global era uses existing technology to make it easier to obtain correct (accurate) and actual data in line with advances in civilization and technological developments that make it easier for humans to obtain information (according to current conditions). Information is essential for planning and control when developing strategies to meet company goals. It is very important that a company or business make changes to digital systems. However, some companies or businesses continue to use a payroll and petty cash management system that only relies on calculations that have not been integrated with the database. PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama is a company engaged in the distribution of consumer goods. As a company that continues to grow, PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama requires an information system that is integrated with the database so that it can assist in managing payroll and petty cash so that it is more efficient and well organized. Therefore, this research will be conducted to analyze and design a payroll and petty cash information system using the Rapid Application Development method at PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama, using the Laravel 10 framework and MySQL 5.7 database. With an information system that is integrated with the database, managing payroll and petty cash at PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama could be more organized and efficient. In addition, this information system can also reduce the risk of salary calculation errors, inaccurate petty cash management, and the difficulty of controlling company expenses.

Salman Per is one of the shops / MSMEs that sells various types of car springs. The program that will be taken about website design promotion. Where this program is designed to make it easier to get information about products and buyers for consumers. The author makes written material obtained from interviews with Salman Per, observation books and library references related to promotional media from the internet. Abstract

In the current era, the internet has become an inseparable part of everyday life. Sources of information needed can be easily obtained through the internet. Many places, including cafes, campuses, and schools, provide internet access for their users. The use of the internet in the school environment is very important because many things have turned to the digital realm, such as e-books, online classes, and even digital libraries. At Assa'adah Jakarta Vocational School, there are internet facilities that are shared by teachers and students without any bandwidth management or restrictions on access to social media. As a pesantren-based school, students are not allowed to use gadgets except in certain situations, such as holidays or when there are school assignments. However, when students are allowed to use the internet, students often abuse it by opening social media, playing online games, or accessing content that interferes with the teaching and learning process. Bandwidth management is important for controlling bandwidth usage by users. If unchecked, excessive bandwidth usage by one or more users may result in less bandwidth allocation for other users. As a result, the network cannot provide maximum service to all users. In this final project, the writing methodology used includes literature study to collect data sources and related references, observation to directly observe the network system to be built, and interviews as a communication process between the writer and the respondents to obtain information, opinions or responses related to the topics discussed. researched.

Abstract

E-commerce is a way for people to meet their needs in the midst of their daily activities. In Indonesia, there are many market places that provide e-commerce services. With so many e-commerce providers, there are also many problems that arise in it. This study aims to determine the implementation of buying and selling transactions on website-based applications, to find out the factors that encourage people to make buying and selling transactions online, to find out the efficiency of consumers who make buying and selling transactions online through online applications. The research method used is the waterfall method which is linear sequential in that the process of working on a system is carried out sequentially and systematically. The primary data collection technique is by interviewing and secondary data by reading, reviewing, and analyzing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, which is interpreted logically and systematically and then conclusions are drawn. Based on the results of the study that carry out website-based transactions by logging in, searching for goods, submitting an offer or buying, entering an email, entering the delivery address, delivery service, and payment method, then making a payment. Factors that encourage people to do e-commerce because it is more efficient, cheaper, and more practical.

Abstract

Expert system is a technology that is widely used in the health sector, one of which is for disease diagnosis. Influenza (Flu) is one of the respiratory diseases caused by a virus called the influenza virus. Diseases caused by climate change are usually Influenza (Flu) and cold diseases, which are often considered the same by society. The purpose of this study was to design an expert system application for the diagnosis of these two different diseases, namely flu and colds. The research data is sourced from data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENKES). The design of this expert system application uses the Forward Chaining method with google appsheet and google sheet tools. The results showed that all the features of the application have worked properly after being tested using the black box testing method. This application also helps people be able to distinguish flu and cold diseases, it is shown through the results of an online survey that 91% of respondents need this expert system application.

Abstract

Based on the analysis carried out, the manual admissions system at Gema Bangsa Vocational School experiences several obstacles including frequent human errors in the calculation process, writing and recording student names on student admission reports, requiring a long time in searching for data, delays in information and storage of evidence of student acceptance that is less effective. From the various kinds of problems above, the author made a study entitled "ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF WEBSITE-BASED ONLINE PPDB INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE WATERFALL METHOD IN GEMA BANGSA VOCATIONAL SCHOOL". In this study, researchers built a web-based application which is expected to make it easier for students to register anywhere and anytime. Coupled with this online PPDB feature to make it easier for new students to convey information more effectively.
