Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information systems using highly sophisticated and modern computer technology will make it easier for us to perform data processing that can save time, space and costs.  And the results of an information obtained will be very satisfying, useful and beneficial from an institution or agency that uses it.  Processing data and information quickly, precisely and efficiently is an important thing needed for institutions or agencies, one of which is the Jayanti Dental Clinic.  The process of finding patient data so far still uses the manual method, the scheduling system is ineffective, and on the other hand it is difficult for patients to find out whether the clinic is open or not because the clinic's operating hours are not certain every day, with this website technology it is hoped that it can help prospective patients to get clinical information that is far from the Jayanti dentist clinic. A good information system can help improve efficiency and productivity in the daily operations of a dental clinic.  The Extreme Programming (XP) method is a software development methodology that involves practices such as adaptive planning, continuous testing, and iterative delivery. This research was conducted by applying XP principles in every stage of dental clinic information system development.  The development stages include planning, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.  During the development stage, the XP method was applied by carrying out adaptive planning, continuous testing, and iterative delivery to ensure the quality of the information system. The results of this study are dental clinic information systems that can improve efficiency and productivity in the daily operations of a dental clinic.

Abstract

Rapid developments in information and communication technology and the need for efficient services have driven businesses to adopt computerized solutions. CV. Mutiara Ilham, a laundry business, faces challenges in manually recording transactions and financial reports. To overcome this problem, a web-based laundry application was designed to improve the performance of Melati Laundry. It is hoped that the use of this system will improve service quality, reduce the risk of data loss, and speed up reporting. However, the implementation of this system requires careful attention to all related aspects.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology today has an impact on the development of knowledge that is so fast and broad, both in terms of aspects of education, employment, and others, one of which is in the health sector. One of the information technologies that support the management of health services is the application of health service management which is useful for supporting the achievement of order in terms of the administration of health service providers to be successful as expected. The case study in this research is a clinic that does all activities manually, so it tends to require more time and effort. Without access to web-based applications, it is difficult to collect and analyze operational data holistically, which can reduce a clinic's ability to make fact-based decisions and improve overall performance. The solution is a web-based clinical application, with the main goal of facilitating the management of a clinic internally. The making of this application uses an agile method. The steps of this method are data collection, making system requirements analysis, database design, testing, and implementation. This research resulted in the design of this application which includes clinical data management, polyclinic, doctor and staff data, medicines and consumables, and stock management.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based integrated public information application submission system to Regional Information Management Officers of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPID KemenKopUKM) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This system is designed to make it easier for the public to submit requests for public information online quickly and efficiently. The RAD method was used in the development of this system to minimize possible errors and allow for departmentalization and control. System development stages include requirements analysis, design workshop (modeling), construction, and implementation. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. Analysis of the current system at the KemenKopUKM PPID shows that submitting public information is done manually by visiting the office and filling out forms, which impedes the information service process. The proposed system uses information technology in the form of a website with two levels of access rights for applicants and admins. System design includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and database design using entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and logical record structure (LRS). It is hoped that the system designed will facilitate the KemenKopUKM PPID in serving the community more accurately, quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

E-Archive Information System have become an urgent need in this digital era, where organizations and companies are increasingly relying on digital archives to store, manage and search information efficiently. The practical work report with the title Designing a Website -Based Letter Filing System Using the Prototype  Method is a discussion of the details of using e-archives in managing Incoming Letters, Outgoing Letters and Disposition Letters. The aim of developing this system is to provide ease the filing of incoming letters or outgoing letters. In addition, after the author conducted research, it turned out that there were several obstacles both facilities and infrastructure faced.  The research method used in making this Practical Work Report is the approach of firsthand observation, conversations, and document analysis. In this instance, the writer conducts a firsthand observation of the relevant organization, the interview method means that the author digs up data, information and information framework from the research subject, the interview is also conducted directly to the person in charge or employee at CV Asli Satia Persada, as for the literature study method at this stage the author searches for information related to the preparation of the report either in the form of information obtained from books, journals or other materials obtained from the internet. The conclusion of writing this Practical Work report is that with this letter filing system, the person in charge or company employees do not need to write down letter data manually in the agenda book and also help in searching for incoming letters, outgoing letters or disposition letters.

Abstract

Restaurant sales are an important element in the food and beverage industry. To improve operational efficiency and provide a superior customer experience, the application of a web-based restaurant sales information system is a relevant solution. In this journal, we discuss the development and implementation of a web-based Restaurant Sales Information System that aims to increase operational efficiency and is specifically designed for Bakut Mumu restaurants and includes various features that assist in managing sales and daily operations. In this case, the web-based Bakut Mumu restaurant sales information system also provides benefits in terms of sales data analysis. Collected sales data can be analyzed to gain insight into sales and performance of menus or promotions. With this information, restaurants can make better strategic decisions in menu development, service improvement and marketing strategy.

Abstract

This research proposes the development of a web-based food sales information system using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method at Cafe Markas Pancong UJ. The UCD method is employed to prioritize user needs in the development of this system. The system includes features such as online ordering, menu management, order tracking, and customer data management. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, expand marketing reach, and improve customer satisfaction. The results of this research indicate that the development of a web-based information system using the UCD method offers an effective solution for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract

Internet technology has been proven to be an effective and efficient information medium in disseminating information that can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. Internet technology has a very large effect on commerce or business. Only from home or office space, prospective buyers can view products on a computer screen, access information, order, and pay with the available options. Prospective buyers can save time and costs because they don't have to come to the store or place of transaction so they can make decisions quickly from where they are seated. Online transactions can connect sellers and prospective buyers directly without being limited by space and time. That means online sales transactions have potential buyers from all over the world. In addition, the development of the company feels considered rather slow. Therefore an online sales system is designed using web or internet media to minimize sales processing time to increase sales volume so that company revenue can increase. In this study, the authors used the waterfall method and observation. The implementation shows login and registration processes, inputting: product data, product orders, sales, payments, complaints, and testimonials. It can be concluded that this system gets information and reports easily. This system also makes it easier for consumers to purchase the desired product. Controls in data recording and security can be handled properly because each user has their password and is given a menu according to the process to be executed. Website visitors who do not register as consumers, can still see the products being sold and also testimonials that have been made by consumers.

Abstract

Doxscien Clinic is a clinic that provides medical health information service facilities and online consultation services. Data on patient medical records at the Doxscien Clinic is currently still being done manually. There are many problems that often occur due to the recording of medical records which is done by the method of recording in the medical record ledger, resulting in human error. The purpose of this research is to build a software system that can manage online, web-based consultation data which is expected to help Doxscien Clinic employees to process consultation data, drug and disease information data. The development method used is agile system design and UML (Unit Modeling Language). So that this research is not subjective, the authors also use research methods in the form of observation, literature review, documentation and analysis of the results of interviews at the Doxscien Clinic. This system was created to be able to assist admins in managing patient consultation data, drug data, doctor data, and disease data. This system has advantages over the currently running system, namely the admin can input data into the system as well as system security using a username and password.

Abstract

Technological developments in the digital era now very quickly open up opportunities for business people to increase their income and expand their trading reach. This development accelerated so rapidly after the emergence of the internet. The internet provides a new method for businesses to trade their wares, which can be called a sales information system (e-commerce). One form of information technology that is popular and easy to reach for many people is mobile applications and websites. The data collection method used in this study uses the observation method where data collection is carried out to observe and review carefully and directly at the research location to find out the conditions that occur at PT Nearby Digital Indonesia and also uses the Library Study method where we collect data through references - references from various sources of articles or journals in this study. After evaluating the system in the research, the researcher proposes a new system, namely designing a sales information system that can make it easier for staff to be able to manage transaction data and transaction reports with a better system. Data Processing Efficiency: The information system designed allows PT Nearby Indonesia to process transaction data efficiently. The process of recording transaction data is done automatically, minimizing human error and saving time. The use of this system also allows merging and calculating transaction data easily, thus speeding up the processing process.
