Abstract

The development of information technology opens opportunities to improve public services, including handling community complaints. Cijantra Village requires an online complaint system to enable residents to report issues efficiently and transparently. This project develops such a system using Rapid Application Development (RAD), which emphasizes iterative processes and user involvement for faster results. The system provides features such as report submission, status tracking, complaint data management, and follow-up notifications. Implementation shows that the system helps residents submit complaints systematically and assists officials in responding effectively, thereby improving transparency, efficiency, and service quality in Cijantra Village.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the design of an online donation application based on a website for the Jumat Berkah activity using the Model View Controller (MVC) method. The Sulit Air Sepakat (SAS) organization often faces obstacles in managing donations manually, which limits transparency and efficiency. By applying MVC, the system is structured through the separation of Model, View, and Controller components. The application was developed using PHP, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway. The testing methods applied were black box and white box testing. The results show that the application simplifies donation management, improves transparency, and provides real-time access for donors and administrators. This system supports SAS social activities to be more effective, accountable, and participatory.

Abstract

An The rapid development of computer technology presents challenges for novice users in selecting custom PC components that fit their needs and budget. This study develops a web-based expert system using the Certainty Factor (CF) method to provide component recommendations. The knowledge base covers CPU, RAM, motherboard, GPU, and storage, implemented with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Users input their requirements through a simple interface, and the system processes them with a CF-based inference engine to generate recommendations along with confidence levels. The results show that the system provides accurate, relevant, and efficient recommendations for various needs, making it a practical solution for custom PC component selection

Abstract

Gudang Sirine is a company engaged in the field of warning equipment, such as sirens, strobes, and other accessories for official vehicles, which was established about seven years ago. Gudang Sirine aims to meet the needs related to warning equipment for police vehicles and other institutions. With the rapid development of information systems, the ordering process at Gudang Sirine is still conducted manually, making it less efficient and effective. Currently, sales information systems have become critical for the operational management of various organizations and companies. In this thesis, the author designs and implements an information system that enanles efficiemt order management, there by facilitating the admin in managing orders.

Abstract

The misalignment between competencies and career choices among Generation Z necessitates the development of recommendation systems capable of comprehensively accommodating personal preferences. This research implements a Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm (QEA) within a web-based career recommendation system using the prototyping model to generate adaptive personalization for multidimensional user profiles. The system integrates qubit rotation mechanisms with an adaptive angle of 0.12 radians through twenty iterations to evaluate compatibility between job attributes and user preferences encompassing work-life balance, learning programs, flexible hours, and mentorship availability. Black-box testing of seven functional requirements demonstrates the system's success in generating ranked recommendations based on personal scores with high sensitivity to preference variations. Quantitative evaluation involving thirteen Generation Z respondents yielded an average score of 4.45 on a five-point scale for the recommendation suitability dimension, confirming the effectiveness of the QEA approach in producing outputs responsive to individual user characteristics.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation constitutes a fundamental element in educational quality enhancement, yet conventional assessment mechanisms frequently encounter subjectivity and inconsistency problems. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System for identifying the best teachers at SMAN 15 Tangerang City utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting approach. The system integrates five evaluation criteria encompassing discipline, communication ability, professional attitude, learning creativity, and teaching methodology with weighting based on importance level. The development methodology adopts the Waterfall model with systematic stages from requirements analysis to system evaluation. Implementation was conducted on assessment data of 54 teachers through decision matrix normalization and preference value calculation processes. Research findings demonstrate the system's capability to generate objective rankings with the best teacher obtaining a score of 0.9729. Black Box and White Box testing validated that system functionality operates optimally with high accuracy levels. This web-based system provides transparency, accountability, and efficiency in educational management decision-making processes.

Abstract

Advances in technology have encouraged the development of web-based expert systems to help diagnose stress levels in students who are victims of bullying. This study aims to develop and build an expert system that can overcome the difficulties in manually identifying students' stress levels at SMK Triguna Utama. Manual processes so far often face problems such as inconsistent results and lack of clear data. The system is designed using the forward chaining method, which works by analyzing stress symptoms based on the data entered. Data for the system was collected through questionnaires filled out by students. The findings of this research are expected to assist schools understand students' conditions better, provide accurate information, and help make decisions to provide assistance to students. This system is expected to support efforts to improve students' mental health at SMK Triguna Utama and other schools.

Abstract

The assessment of the best students in schools often faces challenges in determining objective and transparent criteria. This study aims to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the best students at SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan. The SAW method was chosen for its ability to combine multiple evaluation criteria, such as academic performance, attendance, attitude, and participation in extracurricular activities, to produce a more objective decision. This research adopts a web-based system development approach using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The results show that the implementation of the SAW method can assist schools in ranking students more efficiently and transparently while reducing subjectivity in the evaluation process.

Abstract

Sleep disorders are health problems that can affect a person’s quality of life, both physically and psychologically. Many underprivileged communities face difficulties in accessing medical examinations due to financial and accessibility limitations. Therefore, a system that can assist in the preliminary diagnosis of sleep disorders is needed. This research designs and develops an expert system to diagnose sleep disorders in adults using the Forward Chaining method for rule tracing and the Certainty Factor method to calculate the certainty level of the diagnosis based on symptoms selected by the user. The system has two types of users: Admin, who manages data on symptoms, diseases, rules, and monitors diagnostic history and feedback; and User/Patient, who can consult the system to determine the possible type of sleep disorder experienced. The testing results show that the system is able to provide an initial diagnosis with a certain confidence level and offers relevant solutions and recommendations. Abstract

Procurement is an activity process to fulfill or supply the needs and supply of goods or services under a contract or direct purchase to meet the business needs of procurement can affect the entire process of flow of goods because it is a very important part for a company in meeting the company's needs. Based on research that has been conducted at the Kartika Shop, it found tthat the system that the currently applied system had not yet used computerized technology in its daily activity. They still used paper to record every transaction in the store, which often resulted errors due to loss and damage of transaction evidence. Based on this research, the writer tries to make an application to support the activities of the store using the Visual Basic programming language. The method of design is OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) is developed as a modeling tool for designing system design. The design was made using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access programming languages as a database. This application is expected to accelerate accessing data of goods, as well as making it easier to report of goods in and out and make reports much better. Moreover, it can help organize stock storage.
