Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based room reservation information system at Gereja Kristus Cibinong. The existing manual reservation process often causes scheduling conflicts, recording errors, and delays in information delivery. The Prototype development method was applied to accommodate user requirements iteratively. The system was designed using UML modeling and a relational database. The implementation results indicate that the system provides real-time room availability information, simplifies reservation processes, and assists administrators in managing reservation data. System testing demonstrated that all features functioned properly according to user requirements.

Abstract

Lenstha Studio is a photography service business whose reservation process is still carried out manually through WhatsApp and notebook records, causing repeated responses to customers and uncentered booking data storage. This study aims to design and develop a web-based photography reservation information system for Lenstha Studio to make the booking and customer data management process more efficient and well-documented. The development method used is the iterative Prototype method, while data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system built includes studio information, service list, photo gallery, FAQ, online reservation form, QRIS payment, and management panels for admin and owner. Testing was carried out using black box testing on 12 test scenarios and all of them ran successfully as needed. The results show that the system helps customers make reservations independently, helps admins manage booking data and verify payments, and helps owners monitor financial and operational reports.

Abstract

Rapid advances in information technology have pushed government agencies to modernize their public service delivery through digital platforms. The Pondok Pucung Village Office currently relies on traditional channels—such as notice boards and in-person announcements—to communicate with residents, a practice that limits the reach and timeliness of information. This research seeks to develop a web-based information platform that consolidates village profile data, vision and mission statements, organizational hierarchy, public services, news updates, and contact details into a single accessible interface, enabling residents to obtain accurate information conveniently and without delay. The Prototype methodology was adopted to guide system development, ensuring continuous user participation across all stages—from needs assessment and initial prototype construction to iterative evaluation, revision, and final deployment. The technical stack comprises Next.js for the front-end layer, Express.js for back-end API services, MySQL for data persistence, and Vercel as the hosting solution. Functional verification was carried out through Black box testing to confirm that every system feature performs as intended. The outcome demonstrates that the developed system effectively delivers organized public information, enhances community access to village data, and streamlines content management for administrators. Comprehensive testing confirmed that all core functionalities operate correctly, establishing the website as a reliable and appropriate official information channel for the Pondok Pucung Village Office.

Abstract

Gallstone disease is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders, and early detection using non-invasive data can support screening prior to imaging examinations. This study aims to improve the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm in predicting gallstone disease by applying the Sequential Forward Selection (SFS) feature selection method. The dataset used is the public Gallstone dataset, consisting of 319 records and 38 features covering demographic, bioimpedance, and laboratory data. The research stages comprise Min-Max standardization, feature selection with SFS, and Decision Tree model development validated using 10-fold cross validation. Model performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix with accuracy and Area Under the Curve (AUC) metrics. The results show that the Decision Tree without feature selection (38 features) achieved an accuracy of only 67.71% and an AUC of 0.677. After applying SFS, the best performance was obtained using only 6 features, namely Coronary Artery Disease, Hyperlipidemia, Height, Hepatic Fat Accumulation, C-Reactive Protein, and Vitamin D, with an accuracy of 76.18% and an AUC of 0.762. Thus, SFS increased the accuracy by 8.46% and the AUC by 0.085 while reducing the number of features by 84%. These findings indicate that SFS not only improves the predictive performance of the Decision Tree but also produces a simpler and more interpretable model for gallstone prediction.

Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian penting dari kesehatan tubuh yang memerlukan proses diagnosis secara tepat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara di Cantika Dental Clinic, dokter gigi muda dan asisten masih mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan diagnosis pada beberapa kasus penyakit gigi, terutama karena keterbatasan pengalaman serta sarana diagnostik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses diagnosis penyakit gigi berdasarkan gejala yang dialami pasien. Metode inferensi yang digunakan adalah Forward Chaining, yaitu proses penelusuran yang dimulai dari fakta berupa gejala kemudian dicocokkan dengan aturan dalam basis pengetahuan hingga diperoleh kesimpulan berupa diagnosis dan rekomendasi penanganan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara, sedangkan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming yang meliputi tahapan planning, design, coding, dan testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan proses penelusuran gejala, menentukan diagnosis berdasarkan aturan yang tersimpan, serta menampilkan rekomendasi penanganan. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu bagi dokter gigi muda dan asisten dalam mendukung proses diagnosis di Cantika Dental Clinic

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) capable of assisting in determining credit eligibility more quickly, accurately, and objectively by applying the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method. The SMART method was chosen because it has a simple yet effective calculation process for processing various assessment criteria. The criteria used in this study include income, credit history, collateral, number of dependents, and length of business. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that the system is capable of automatically calculating and ranking prospective loan recipients based on the weight and value of each criterion. Furthermore, Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate according to established requirements. Therefore, the application of the SMART method in a web-based decision support system can help the Cipta Usaha Mandiri Cooperative improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of its credit decision-making process, thereby minimizing risk assessment errors and the risk of bad debts

Abstract

Male reproductive health disorders are among the health problems that can significantly affect quality of life, sexual function, and fertility. Limited public knowledge, reluctance to seek medical consultation due to embarrassment, and restricted access to healthcare services often lead to delayed diagnosis and treatment. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system using the Certainty Factor method to support the early diagnosis of male reproductive health disorders at Pandawa Main Clinic. The research was conducted through literature review, observation, and interviews with an andrology specialist to obtain data on diseases, symptoms, diagnostic rules, and confidence values. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database management system. The Certainty Factor method was applied to calculate the confidence level of a diagnosis based on the symptoms selected by users. The system provides information on the identified disease, the confidence percentage of the diagnosis, and recommendations for initial treatment. Functional testing using the Black Box Testing method demonstrated that all system features operated according to the specified requirements. The results indicate that the developed expert system is capable of assisting users in obtaining early diagnostic information quickly, conveniently, and through online access, while also supporting healthcare professionals during the initial consultation process. This system is intended to serve as a decision-support tool and does not replace the final diagnosis or treatment provided by an andrology specialist.
