Abstract

The role of solar power plants can be an alternative energy as a substitute for electricity from PLN. In addition, solar power plants are also environmentally friendly power plants because of the energy obtained from the sun. The purpose of this study is to analyze the load needs of solar power plants with the number of installed canteens, analyze the capacity of the area to determine the potential capacity of the installed VP, and analyze the capacity and type of power efficiency in the installed area. In this study, the PV tested was monocrystalline with a capacity of 485 Wp, with a total PV of 108 units. In this test, the area that will be used in the construction of the Unpam Viktor Rooftop Solar Power Plant has a width of ± 9 meters and a length of ± 70 meters, or an area of ± 630 m². The area of this array is a large rooftop that can be used as a place-to-place solar PV, which has a width of ± 9 meters and a length of ± 70 meters or an area of ± 630 m², with dimensions of the PV array which are 2252 x 1048 x 35 mm (88.7 x 41.3 x 1.38 in). The total of 108 PVs produced a power of 52.5 kWp. The total electricity demand of the canteen per day is 81,900 kWh.

Abstract

Grocery retail continuity depends strongly on how a store selects suppliers. At Toko Sembako Basuki, assessment is still manual and personal, so ranking trails are hard to re-audit. A web Decision Support System was therefore built by combining Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for criterion weighting and the TOPSIS method for ordering alternatives near an ideal solution. The stack is PHP Native, MySQL, Bootstrap, and TCPDF. Five aspects are scored: price as cost, plus product quality, delivery punctuality, service quality, and payment tenor as benefit. Verification uses Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, manual arithmetic cross check, and User Acceptance Testing. AHP remains consistent (Consistency Ratio 0.0391) and product quality leads with weight 0.5215. TOPSIS puts Supplier Sembako on top (Vi = 1.0000). Hence AHP–TOPSIS reduces subjectivity in supplier selection.

Abstract

Prioritizing residents' complaints is an essential aspect of improving the effectiveness of residential community management. At De Fatmawati Housing Estate, the prioritization process is still performed manually, making it difficult for administrators to determine which complaints should be addressed first when multiple reports are submitted simultaneously. This study implements a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to support a more objective complaint prioritization process. The system was developed using the Agile Development methodology, while research data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. Complaint prioritization was conducted based on six evaluation criteria: urgency level, impact, complaint frequency, resource availability, handling cost, and complaint submission time. The implementation results demonstrate that the proposed system is capable of generating complaint priority rankings based on TOPSIS preference values, thereby supporting a more objective, transparent, and efficient decision-making process. Furthermore, the system provides an effective approach to addressing challenges in complaint prioritization while improving the overall effectiveness of complaint management within the residential community

Abstract

The selection of event property vendors at PT Tri Reka Dinamis faces challenges in achieving objective and consistent decision-making due to multiple evaluation criteria such as quality, cost, timeliness, and service. This study aims to design and develop a web-based decision support system using an adaptive weighting model based on the hybrid SWARA–MOORA method. The system is developed using the Waterfall model, which includes stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. SWARA is used to determine the adaptive weight of each criterion, while MOORA is applied to rank and select the optimal vendor. The expected result is a functional web-based prototype capable of generating accurate, transparent, and data-driven recommendations to enhance the efficiency and fairness of vendor selection decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Apriori algorithm in a web-based system to analyze household product sales patterns at Toko Subur Furniture. The problem addressed is the absence of a system capable of identifying relationships among products based on sales transaction data, making it difficult to determine effective marketing strategies. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Apriori algorithm was applied to generate association rules based on minimum support and minimum confidence values. The results indicate that the developed system can identify customer purchasing patterns, helping store owners improve product arrangement, sales strategies, and promotional planning. In addition, the application simplifies sales data management and provides accurate reports efficiently.

Abstract

CV Hook Fight Gear is a company engaged in the trading of boxing and martial arts equipment. Currently, the management of goods data and sales transactions is still carried out manually using notebooks and spreadsheets. Problems that arise include stock recording errors, difficulty in data searching, delays in report generation, and the absence of user access differentiation. This study aims to design and implement a Warehouse and Sales Information System based on Python to improve the company’s operational efficiency. The system was developed using the Incremental Development Model with Python technology, CustomTkinter for the user interface, and SQLite as the database. Implementation results show that the system successfully integrates modules for goods data, cashier transactions, warehousing, and automatic reporting. Black box testing on 17 scenarios resulted in valid status for all tests. This system is able to reduce recording errors and accelerate business processes at CV Hook Fight Gear.

Abstract

Donation management at Yayasan Al-Hayah Hayatuna is still carried out manually. This condition causes several problems, including unstructured data recording, difficulty in finding donation history, delays in preparing reports, and limited delivery of information to the public. This project aims to design and develop a web-based donation information system to improve donation management and reach more potential donors. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the foundation’s management, and literature studies. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which included requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was built using PHP Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MySQL, and XAMPP. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method. The developed system provides features for account registration, login, donation programs, donation forms, payment confirmation, donation history, donor data management, campaign management, donation reports, and logout. Testing of ten scenarios showed that all system features worked successfully and were declared valid. The web-based system helps the foundation manage donation data in a more structured and computerized manner. It also improves data searching and report preparation, reduces manual recording errors, and supports wider and more transparent publication of donation programs.

Abstract

Disparities among districts in the number of schools, teachers, and students can signal unequal capacity in senior high school service provision. Building on this issue, the present study clusters the districts of Asahan Regency according to senior high school education indicators for the 2025/2026 academic year, applying the K-Means algorithm. Secondary data obtained from the Statistics of Asahan Regency, covering the number of schools, teachers, and students, were subsequently transformed into three ratios: student-to-teacher, student-to-school, and teacher-to-school. All variables were standardized through Z-scores, whereas the optimal number of clusters was determined using the Elbow Method together with the Silhouette Score and Davies-Bouldin Index. Out of 25 districts in total, only 18 could be included in the clustering process, while the remaining seven districts with zero values were examined separately. The evaluation results indicate that a two-cluster configuration performs best, yielding a Silhouette Score of 0.491 and a Davies-Bouldin Index of 0.701. The first cluster contains 16 districts characterized by a relatively low-to-moderate service scale, whereas the second cluster consists solely of West Kisaran City and East Kisaran City, both showing markedly higher concentrations of schools, teachers, and students. These findings are expected to serve as preliminary information for assessing the equitable distribution of senior high school services in Asahan Regency.

Abstract

Warehousing is a component of a company's logistics system responsible for storing products and providing management with information regarding the status, condition, and movement of stored goods. Currently, PT Smartfren Telecom's warehousing system faces several challenges, notably discrepancies between physical stock levels and warehouse records. Consequently, there is a need for an application that enables data integration, stores both historical and current data, and improves the efficiency of warehousing administration and documentation processes. This final project involves a system analysis to identify requirements, followed by the design of a warehouse information system application. The system design employs an object-oriented approach, utilizing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the Extreme Programming methodology. The database design utilizes a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) approach—requiring a transition from the object-oriented model to a relational one—followed by the design of the user interface. The resulting warehouse information system design generates inputs and outputs that enhance warehouse operations. Application validation results indicate that the tested functions are valid and operate correctly.

Abstract

Percik Playground and Learning is an early childhood education institution that implements a play based learning approach in its educational activities. The institution currently faces challenges because the student registration and data management processes are still carried out manually. As a result, data are not well organized, information retrieval is time-consuming, and communication with parents is not conducted effectively. This study aims to design and develop a web-based registration and data management information system using the Waterfall software development method. The research methodology includes observation, interviews, literature review, and system development based on the Waterfall approach. The results of this study are a web-based information system design that supports student registration, student data management, class management, learning schedules, and activity information that can be accessed by administrators and parents. The proposed system is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data management while facilitating the dissemination of information at Percik Playground and Learning.
