Granting annual bonuses to employees Improving staff morale and performance is one method of improving both within the Financial and Asset Management Agency. However, there are a number of factors that are taken into account when annual incentives are awarded. In order for us to select the best staff, we need a decision aid system. In this research, three techniques are chosen. namely SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), Weighted Product (WP) Method, And Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) This is achieved by assigning importance to each standard evaluated for each employee. Workload, attendance rate, discipline, and other factors are also considered when evaluating research parameters and salary requests. The final result is the selection of the best employee who obtains the largest score deserves the largest bonus.

A Decision Support System is a series of processes and mechanism for obtaining and processing data to be tested and used as a guide that can be used to identify problems as a basis for explaining the decision making process. SPK serves to assist the decision making process to solve problems that are semi structured or unstructured. There are three metods in the Decision Support System, among others Simple Additive Weighting method, Weighting Product method, Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method which the author will discuss in the following journal.

So far, the selection of prospective Team Leaders in companies is still manual so it is not in accordance with the standard operating procedures for selection. The system designed in this study aims to ensure the accuracy of HRD in selecting candidates Team Leader to match the expectations of the company itself. From the comparison of the methods that have been carried out by researchers, themethod is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)right choice and the researcher will implement it with the provisions of the criteria that have been set including, Absence, Length of work, Dependents, Increase test. To build this system, researchers used the programming languages PHP and MySQL. From the calculation of the level of accuracy, manual calculations get a percentage of 86.6% while the calculation with the proposed system achieves the maximum result with a percentage of 100%. It can be concluded that the calculation with the system is able to determine a suitable candidate as a Team Leader very accurately and on target.

Designing a web application system for selling nasi uduk with the waterfall method. Nasi uduk is a dish made of steamed white rice with coconut milk and diaron and seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass leaves and pepper. The management of educational institutions faces challenges due to the large number of scholarship applications to be able to make the right, effective and efficient decisions when handling scholarship recipient data that is truly appropriate for them. The standards applied in this system change depending on the type of scholarship the organization is offering. The TOPSIS, WP, and SAW methods will be used to calculate the applicant's value data by determining the applicant's distance from the positive and negative ideal solutions. The top applicant in this method will be the applicant with the highest v score. The results of selecting the case examples show that the system calculations produce the correct conclusions.

With many apartment sponsors, it is not easy for interested parties to decide on an apartment that meets their criteria requirements. Choosing housing can be based on criteria, including a healthy, comfortable home, and residents feel safe. The author compiles data with five perum residences in the city of Garut, namely Aulia residence, Ghani Cinunuk Indah, Griya Telaga Bodas, Griya Wanamekar and Asri Cibatu. The goal is to create a decision support system (DSP) to help buyers in choosing an apartment. The author uses the technical methods (SAW), (WP), and (TOPSIS), to compare which calculation is the best.

Election technology is a necessity in the digital era. The various conveniences offered by technology have encouraged many countries to use technology to help election administrators implement electoral democracy. Indonesia is a country that uses technology in elections. However, in practice, election technology does not necessarily produce efficiency and effectiveness. For example, the use of the SITUNG (Voice Counting System) application for the online-based vote recapitulation process has actually caused polemics in the community regarding public trust which was triggered by a technical error in the election organizers. This was exacerbated by the presence of negative issues and fake news during the election as a consequence of the post truth era. This article discusses the use of election technology in the vote recapitulation stage process through SITUNG in the 2019 election which presents a debate between efficiency and public trust. The results of the study show that the use of SITUNG in the vote recapitulation process is controversial because a technical error made by the election organizers in the data input process to SITUNG triggers public doubts and suspicions. This momentum was used by the candidates and political elites who lost the election to mobilize the masses to create public distrust which ultimately led to efforts to delegitimize the election results.

The purpose of this research is to apply information technology in education, especially the Yayasan Ulul'Ilmi Qoimam Bil Qisthi, and to create a fast and accurate education system that makes it easy to collect information for students, so that online education is created. new student application planning system. In addition, interactive screens make it easy for users to gather information about students. As for the PHP programming language, MySQL is a language and database that work together. At this time there are still many who have difficulty buying tickets, especially when buying bus tickets, where customers do not have time to buy directly at the bus ticket purchase counter due to the distance to the ticket purchase location and the cost of purchasing bus tickets which is quite expensive, so to make things efficient time there will be a test of the bus ticket purchase application system.The bus ticket reservation and purchase system is an application system required by users of bus ticket reservation transactions. Because it is about payment transactions via online transactions. If there is an error, it may affect your booking of bus tickets. Testing the bus ticket booking application ensures that the system is developed to test the application. This application is tested using selentesting and matches the application test whether everything is running or not. This application has a login and registration form that I test with selenium methods. Testing this application tests the system the program is running on. Also, the results of testing this bus ticket application adjusted the standard conditions of the tests, and the results ran without syntax errors.

Traffic congestion is undoubtedly one of the most common problems in big cities, and one of them is the city of Bandung. The inherent effects of congestion include delays for road users, wasted energy, possibly increased air pollution, increased stress on road users, disrupted the smooth operation of emergency vehicles such as ambulances and fire engines. There are several factors that cause traffic jams, such as traffic jams and bad weather. Sometimes the weather cooperates Every place is different even though they are still in the same city. This is an unpredictable situation for road users, so road users are not prepared for this condition. "SIKOMOLINTAS Android-Based Traffic Condition Monitoring System Application Design" is expected to be able to monitor vehicle users and provide information in the form of traffic density values, weather (temperature, humidity, rain status, and brightness) at any location where the system is located. This is part of a larger system, namely the Traffic Control and Monitoring System (SIKOMOLINTAS). The results achieved with this design are that the monitoring system can provide up-to-date information on traffic conditions based on actual conditions based on Android and can be integrated into SIKOMOLINTAS.
