Abstract

TujuanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengelolaan aset tanah daerah melalui mekanisme ijin pemakaian kekayaan daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah Kota Malang serta pandangan Ekonomi Islam.Desain/metodologi/pendekatanMetode penelitian atau pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan model pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman.Hasil temuanPenelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yang secara spesifik. (1) Pengelolaan aset tanah daerah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di Pemerintah Daerah Kota Malang dapat dilakukan melalui jalur pengelolaan. Pengelolaan aset tanah daerah, pertama inventarisasi—dalam proses inventarisasi ditemukan kendala yaitu objek inventarisasi yang banyak sedangkan tenaga terbatas begitu pun anggarannya. Kedua, pemanfaatan aset tanah dengan bentuk ijin pemakaian kekayaan daerah untuk membangun rumah, toko, gedung pendidikan maupun untuk bisnis akan tetapi tidak dapat dikatakan sewa disebabkan status tanahnya merupakan hak kuasa bukan hak milik oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Malang. (2) Pengawasan dan pengendalian pemakaian kekayaan daerah dengan tujuan apabila ada penyalahgunaan aset tentu akan mudah terdeteksi walaupun tidak dapat di akomordir secara keseluruhan. (3) Dapat pula melalui kebijakan dengan penetapan tarif yang tertuang dalam peraturan daerah namun belum dapat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Malang.Dalam konteks ekonomi Islam, ketiganya dapat dipandang. pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Malang sejalan dengan konsep ekonomi Islam, walaupun literatur masih bersifat global. Seperti adanya inventariasi aset atau pendaataan aset, pemanfatan aset menggunakan mekanisme sewa walaupun penyebutannya tidak sama dengan yang ada di Kota Malang akan tetapi pada intinya sama. Serta pengawasan dan pengendalian pemakaian kekayaan daerah. Benang merah dengan kontek sekarang yaitu pemanfaatan oleh masyarakat dengan tanpa merubah status aset Negara/Daerah.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Aset Tanah Daerah, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Abstract This examination is directed to determine the impact of the impact of responsibility, inspiration, and work culture on the presentation of representatives at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. This research uses research with quantitative methodology. The strategy used in this study was multiple direct relapse examinations with the help of the SPSS 20 program and using the immersion test of 36 people.The consequence of this research is that the overall responsibility, inspiration, and work culture have a significant effect on the presentation of representatives at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. Keywords: Commitment, Motivation, Work Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out in detail about the worker wage system from an Islamic economic perspective applied at CV. Motor Jaya 2 Gending In this research, researchers used field study research. Field research used in qualitative research produces data which is interpreted as facts or information from actors (research subjects, information, actors, activities and places are the research subjects). Meanwhile, this type of research uses a case study type. A case study is part of a qualitative method that seeks to explore a particular case in more depth by involving the collection of various sources of information. The data source was obtained directly from the research location at the CV office. Motor Jaya 2 Gending through documents related to the problems studied. Apart from that, data was also obtained through interviews with the company manager and the Accounting Finance Officer Manager. Once collected completely, it is then analyzed descriptively where specific conclusions are drawn from the general data that has been collected. The results of this research show that in general the wage provisions of CV companies.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide knowledge about the role of the General Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) in handling administrative election violations. Bawaslu, as an independent institution, has the main task of supervising all stages of the general election and ensuring that its implementation runs in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Administrative election violations, which include actions that are not in accordance with administrative election regulations, are one of the main focuses of Bawaslu's supervision. Handling these administrative violations is very important to maintain the integrity of the election and public trust in the democratic process. Handling administrative election violations by Bawaslu, from the prevention stage to enforcement. In addition, various challenges faced by Bawaslu in carrying out its role are also described, such as limited human resources and supporting facilities, as well as the complexity of administrative violation cases. As a result, the role of Bawaslu in handling administrative election violations is very important in maintaining election participants' compliance with the rules, although there are still several obstacles that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of this supervision. Therefore, increasing capacity and cross-institutional cooperation is crucial to strengthening Bawaslu's supervisory function in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat perputaran piutang, memantau perkembangan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), serta menyelidiki peran perputaran piutang pada Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) di Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Argopuro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dan lokasi penelitian berada di Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Argopuro Kecamatan Krucil Kabupaten Probolinggo. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data digunakan analisis rasio aktivitas yang mencangkup rata-rata piutang, perputaran piutang, serta hari pengumpulan piutang, sekaligus presentase Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perputaran Piutang pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Argopuro mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun, pada tahun 2021 perputaran piutang tercatat sebanyak 9 kali dengan waktu pengumpulan piutang selama 40 hari. Kemudian pada tahun 2022 perputaran piutang meningkat menjadi 10 kali dengan waktu pengumpulan piutang selama 36 hari. Dan pada tahun 2023 menjadi 11 kali dengan waktu pengumpulan piutang selama 33 hari. (2) Presentase Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) menunjukkan kenaikan dan penurunan, pada tahun 2021 sebesar 11,65%, tahun 2022 menurun menjadi -24,80%, dan tahun 2023 naik menjadi 7,58%. Kata Kunci: Perputaran Piutang, Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD). Abstract This research aims to analyze the level of receivables turnover, monitor the development of Remaining Business Results (SHU), and investigate the role of receivables turnover in Remaining Business Results (SHU) in the Argopuro Village Unit Cooperative (KUD). The method used in this research is qualitative. And the research location is in the Argopuro Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis, activity ratio analysis is used which includes average receivables, receivables turnover, days of receivables collection, as well as the percentage of Remaining Operating Results (SHU). The results of the research show that (1) Receivables turnover at the Argopuro Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) has increased every year, in 2021 receivables turnover was recorded at 9 times with a receivables collection time of 40 days. Then in 2022 receivables turnover will increase to 10 times with a receivables collection time of 36 days. And in 2023 it will be 11 times with a receivables collection time of 33 days. (2) The percentage of Remaining Operating Results (SHU) shows increases and decreases, in 2021 it is 11.65%, in 2022 it decreases to -24.80%, and in 2023 it increases to 7.58%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Maqasid Sharia in the BSI Pensiun financing product and evaluate its role as a sustainable, inclusive, and holistic Islamic financial solution for retirees in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores the extent to which the principles of Maqasid Sharia – namely the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth – are reflected in the pension financing scheme. The findings indicate that BSI Pensiun serves not only as an economic financing tool but also as a means of safeguarding Islamic values in daily life. This study recommends enhancing public awareness regarding the benefits of Maqasid-based Islamic financing and fostering product innovation to expand its reach and impact in the future. These findings contribute to the development of more responsive, relevant, and Sharia-aligned Islamic financial products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial health of Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) during the 2021–2024 period. This is a descriptive quantitative study with a documentation approach based on annual reports. The sample consists of four banks selected purposively. The results show that, in general, the four banks are in a healthy condition. Financing risk (Non-Performing Financing/NPF) and liquidity risk (Financing to Deposit Ratio/FDR) fall into the good category. GCG assessment indicates a reasonably sound level. In terms of Earnings, Return on Assets (ROA) and Operating Efficiency Ratio (BOPO) reflect relatively good financial performance despite annual fluctuations. Meanwhile, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) shows a very strong Capital position. These findings conclude that Islamic commercial banks listed on the IDX have maintained their financial health throughout the observation period, although improvements in operational efficiency and corporate governance are still needed.

Abstract

Adjusting the time of taking medication during fasting is important because it is closely related to drug levels in the blood and its stability in the effective therapeutic range. The level of knowledge on drug use is still very low, both at the hospital, health center and pharmacy levels. Increasing knowledge related to diabetes treatment and drug use in general is very important because of changes in the way people take medicine. The health promotion method is carried out by giving lectures with the help of leaflets. Activities carried out in different health facilities, namely pharmacies, health centers and hospitals. Respondents who took part in this activity were 97 people with an average pretest score of 53.75 and a posttest score of 90. The activity went well and succeeded in increasing the respondents' knowledge of using drugs during fasting.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan dampak penting dari dukungan orang tua, kesulitan, dan kecerdasan terhadap motivasi mahasiswa Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido angkatan 2021 untuk menyelesaikan skripsi di program studi manajemen. Korelasi kuantitatif adalah metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. 128 mahasiswa yang terdaftar di program studi manajemen Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido 2021 merupakan populasi penelitian, dan semuanya ada 56 sampel. Kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Likert dan alat analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan adeversitas dan dukungan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa prodi manajemen angkatan 2021 Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido. Kecerdasan adversitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa prodi manajemen angkatan 2021 Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido. Dukungan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa prodi manajemen angkatan 2021 Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang terjadi pada korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga ketika Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tidak menerapkan UU No. 23 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga Tahun 2004 di Kecamatan Simpang Rimba, dan tantangan yang dihadapi korban KDRT untuk mengimplementasikan UU PKDRT No. 23 Tahun 2004 di Kecamatan Simpang Rimba. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Dengan memanfaatkan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen sebagai pendekatan pengumpulan data, informasi tersebut kemudian diteliti secara kualitatif. Penelantaran rumah tangga, termasuk ancaman pemaksaan atau perampasan kemerdekaan, pelanggaran hukum dalam konteks rumah tangga adalah beberapa dampak yang dialami korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kecamatan Simpang Rimba. Kendala yang berasal dari masyarakat, keluarga korban, keluarga pelaku, dan pasangan atau orang terdekat korban. Berdasarkan hal ini, langkah-langkah yang sedang dilakukan pemerintah untuk memeranginya, termasuk kegiatan sosialis dan bekerja dengan organisasi terkait.
