A science that has always developed rapidly until now is artificial neural networks. A computational science that works like the human nervous system is an artificial neural network. Artificial neural networks with the backpropagation method can make a prediction on data. In this article, a prediction will be made on the amount of goat production in Indonesia. Goats are one of the livestock that can produce nutritious meat. The lack of goat meat will cause the price of goat meat to rise. Producing enough goat meat helps stabilize the price of meat, but if goat meat production is less than demand, it will lead to price increases. Therefore, looking at the problems above, this study aims to predict goat meat so that in the future it can know how much goat meat must be predicted by processing data first and then being used as input in predicting the amount of goat meat production. Prediction is one way to estimate future demand. Avoiding the lack of meat availability, by predicting the amount of goat meat produced in such a way that there is no scarcity of goat meat and fluctuations in the price of goat meat in the market. Basic methods and data are required to make predictions. In this study, data was obtained from BPS Indonesia in the livestock section using data from 2001-2021 as training data and 2002-2022 as test data. The method applied in this article is the backpropagation algorithm. This article applies 5 network architectures implemented in the mathlab application. The architecture used in this article is 20-25-1 with a Mean Squred Error testing 0.00447765, in 20-30-1 architecture produces Mean Squred Error 0.00300466, in 20-35-1 architecture produces 0.00426823, in 20-37-1 architecture produces 0.00357757. Based on the best architecture produced in this study, the 20-15-1 architecture with 90% accuracy with a Mean Squared Error testing 0.00262384 at epoch 27915 Iterations. Thus it can be concluded that the backpropagation algorithm can provide good accuracy in the prediction process. With this research, the livestock industry can utilize it as one of the materials to predict goat meat in the future

Abstract?IM Perfume Rantauprapat store is a shop that offers various types of perfume scents under the IM brand. Even though it provides a wide range of choices, not all types of perfume sell quickly, some are in demand and some are less desirable. Data on sales, purchases and expenses at the store is irregular, so that the data only functions as an archive without being used for developing marketing strategies. The data that has been collected should be used as a decision-making system to solve business problems. To achieve this, the authors designed a data mining application in this study with the hope of providing maximum and effective results in analyzing perfume sales at the IM Parfume Rantauprapat store. The application of Data Mining with the K-Means Algorithm is proven to provide the best analysis and be a solution in developing the perfume business. Through clustering modeling with the K-Means algorithm and by dividing the number of clusters into 3, rapidminer succeeded in forming three clusters, where cluster 1 consisted of 9 products, cluster 2 had 3 products, and cluster 3 had 13 products out of a total of 25 product items observed

Regional governments and institutions related to preparing regional development programs experience several obstacles in determining regional development work plans, one of which is difficulty in determining development priorities that are in line with regional regulations. The effectiveness and efficiency of implementing regional development programs depends on the accuracy of the data collected. One of the challenges faced by the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency is the lack of consideration of the priority scale and fairness in the regional development stages, as well as the absence of a system that can help determine the priority scale. Therefore, this research requires a decision support system (DSS). In the SPK, there are many solution methods that can be used according to the needs of each problem. In this research, to determine regional development program priorities, the SAW method will be used. Of the 10 proposed regional programs, only one will be a priority development program. After applying the SAW method in making decisions, the development program that has the highest priority level is the highway construction program with the final result obtained, namely 0.77705.

Each lecturer has a different way of teaching, some are preferred by students and some are not liked by students. A lecturer is required to improve his performance in teaching and imparting the knowledge he has to his students, so there are several requirements that are used as criteria in determining the best lecturers including Doc Scopus, Position, Competence, Age, and Warning Letters. So that in this study a money system was made using a decision support system that could determine the best lecturers during the covid-19 pandemic. In its determination, data such as criteria, weights and alternatives are needed. So, in this study using the OCRA (Optional Competitiveness Rating Analysis) method to determine the Best Lecturer through data such as alternatives and criteria, it can be concluded that the second alternative (A2) is Kennedi as the best Lecturer with the best preference value of 3,837.

Selection Of Outstanding Students is one of the activities usually carried out by every university or college in order to determine the level of performance of each student. In this case, the write conducts research on the Selection Of Outstanding Students with the aim of giving appreciation to students who have the best grades so that they become hope for future developments. In this study the authors use the MOORA (Multi-Objektive Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method as a Decision Support Sistem (DSS) in order to produce an objektive and accurate decision. This research was carried out during the covid-19 pandemic, which is a virus thet is hitting human health, characterized by coughs, flu, fever, no appetite, and so on. However, this condition does not rule out the possibility of students to exel, some strudents who become alternatives in the selection of outstanding students with criteria including GPA, Active Organization, Englis Ability, Achievement and warning letters. So as to produce the best reference value on alternative A3 on behalf of Viktor Zai with a value of 0.4522.

Corona Virus disiase 2019 (covid 19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 a type of Corona virus. This virus is transmitted through physical contact and causes symptoms of respiratory problems, colds, fever, dry cough, and attacks the human physical immunity. covid 19 has disrupted the activities of daily human life, including in the field of education. To prevent the spread of covid 19 the government proposes that during the covid 19 pandemic the teaching and learning process takes place online or online. In the online learning process so that students are more active, creative and enthusiastic, a system is needed decision support that can determine and choose the application of learning media during the covid 19 pandemic, a decision support system that can solve the problem using the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method and produce an appropriate decision based on the results of the data obtained such as alternatives and the criteria so as to produce a decision, namely the application of the best learning media in the era of covid 19, namely the Sony Vegas Pro application with a score of 0.9025.

Ice Crystal Inti’s factory is the only producer of the ice crystals in Pematangsiantar. Untill now, the factory uses a simple system for recording sales, which creates difficulties in predicting sales. Preeiction calculation manually has a fairly high level of risk and hampers the sales performance process. For this reason, the factory need a system that can calculate sales predicting for ice crystal products and reduce that risk of lost. This study aims to make predictions using Artificial Intelligence with the Backpropagation algirithm. The data used is sourced from the Ice Crystal Inti’s Factory in Pematangsiantar for the 2020-2021 period. The process is done by dividing the training data and testing data to obtain the best architectural model. The training architecture model used to predict sales of ice crystal products is : 11-2-1; 11-25-1; 11-50-1; 11-50-75-1; dan 11-100-1. From a series of trials, the best pattern of the backpropagation architecture is 11-2-1 with a Means Square Error of 0.0009997950, an epoch of 414557, and an accuracy of 75% which will then be used to make predictions.

A criminal act is a violation that can involve communities and is related to the law. The purpose of this study is to create the best architectural model using the backpropagation method where the best model can be used to predict the number of criminal acts according to the regional police in North Sumatra. The dataset used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra on the number of criminal acts in 2001-2020. The method used is the backpropagation method. The analysis process uses the help of Matlab 6.1 software. From the trials conducted using several architectural models 9-4-1, 9-8-1, 9-12-1, 9-16-1, and 9-20-1, the best architectural model is the 9-8 model. -1 with 90% correctness accuracy and MSE 0.0009992573.

Along with the development of technology that makes online learning run well, but the enthusiasm for student learning is not like when face to face and there are still many students who do not take various courses so that students' knowledge abilities are greatly decreased. When online learning takes place, it is very necessary for a lecturer's performance to arouse students' enthusiasm in participating in online learning. Because during this pandemic the role of lecturers is very necessary to develop an innovation and be able to make students not bored in participating in online learning. And also in terms of the performance appraisal process, several problems often occur, namely the speed in the performance appraisal process and also the accuracy of the performance appraisal. In assessing the performance of lecturers during online learning, there are several criteria including Discipline, Delivery of Materials, Interaction, Discussion Questions and Answers and Punctuality. Based on these problems, a decision support system is needed as a problem solving technique and is assisted by a method that can produce an accurate final value. The method is the Evaluation Based On Distance From Average Solution (EDAS) and Entropy method which is very helpful in generating weight values ??from alternative data and criteria so as to get the final results obtained in Alternative L9 with a value of 0.31025 on behalf of Surya Darma Nst, M. Kom.

The role of lecturers, especially for students, really determines the quality of the students themselves. Therefore, to create a quality future generation, qualified lecturers are also needed. However, currently there are many lecturers who only work as lecturers, but do not meet the criteria for a good lecturer. Giving awards to lecturers who excel is one of the efforts that can be done in order to create work motivation and increase the desire of every lecturer to become a lecturer who has good qualifications. However, the problem is to determine the best lecturers in a university, it will be very difficult if done manually. To make it easier for leaders to assess lecturers who deserve to be called achievers or not, a decision support system (SPK) is needed, where this SPK acts as a support for the leadership's reasons why the leader chooses someone as an outstanding lecturer. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system whose work uses a computer, where this system uses various methods which ultimately produce information in the form of a decision. the method used in this study is the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method is one of the DSS methods whose purpose is to produce an alternative with the highest value as an alternative recommendation. The results obtained in this study amounted to 0.5308 on behalf of Mesran as an alternative recommendation.
