<![CDATA[Methodology in science philosophy study is usually discussed in the epistemological discussions which discuss nature, source, concept and theory of knowledge. Methodological discourse, therefore, follows the development of science phylosophy and epistemology discourse. However, there are differences in discussion focus and scope between epistemology and methodology. In epistemology, we study theory of knowledge, its nature and scope, while in methodology we study how to appraise a theory and evaluate it by scientific justification. As a new discipline, methodological discussion in Islamic economics is very important to develop the foundations of the discipline. A solid methodology would help to develop Islamic economics from its own sources of knowledge and use its own philosophical foundations. This paper aims to observe the relationship of Islamic epistemology and methodology of Islamic economics, the nature of Islamic economic methodology and its significance in developing Islamic economics.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors that influence the intention to choose halal tourism in Indonesia using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) model. Data samples used in this study were 265 respondents and processed with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences to test the significance of the regression model. The independent variables are attitude, subjective norm, and halal certification and its impact on behavioral intention. The results show that attitude, subjective norm, and halal certification have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to visit halal tourism. Halal tourism practitioners can estimate the behavior of prospective millennial visitors through this paper. As for academics, this paper is used for further research by integrating halal certification in TRA as a predictor of behavioral intention in millennial Moslems. Empirically this research is useful to increase understanding of halal tourism and visitor behavior. Halal tourism is a relatively new phenomenon for practitioners and academics. This study is an initial study investigating the determinants of millennial Moslems' visits through the TRA model. Therefore, this paper will be useful as an academics contributions about millennial Moslems to visit halal tourism in Indonesia and the world.]]>

<![CDATA[Entrepreneurial learning associated with the learning outcomes of students in secondary vocational schools in order to produce graduates who are capable of self-employed and compete as experts in their respective fields according to the occupied during the study. Students of vocational high school graduates who are independent self-employed will be able to compete in the global era. Graduates will be influenced by the conditions of entrepreneurial learning in schools in cooperation with the business (industry) studied the learning process. Vocational industrial education that prepares a person to be more capable of working in a job group or field of work than the work are a sother. In SMK N 3 Kudus an educational institution that prepares students to be able to work independently in a particular field. World Business School and the implementation of education has an important role in the development of education in this regard are implemented in the learning process. Based on this background, it can be taken to focus the problem as follows: The process of entrepreneurial learning by the student of SMK N 3 Kudus in the classroom, practice and learning in the corporate world to entrepreneur ship students at SMK N 3 Kudus, The World of collaboration between schools and businesses (World Industries) in teaching entrepreneurship to students at SMK N 3 Kudus and the impact on students' entrepreneurial learning through collaboration between schools and business (industry) to knowledge (skill) competencies of entrepreneurship students at SMK N 3 Kudus.From the analysis it can be concluded that the impact of collaboration between the World of Business Schools in entrepreneurship learning in students SMKN 3 Kudus is able to develop the entrepreneurship spirit of students so as to enhance the spirit of independence of students in employment. As the end of the description of the study, the authors make suggestions as follows: for the teaching staff at secondary vocational schools, involvement in the learning of each should be able to insert material that related to entrepreneurship as a subject is part of the learning process of students to be able to gave the impetus to entrepreneurship in independent. Schools and businesses are a single entity in the process of learning in secondary vocational schools then both agencies should support each other for the success of education and training programs that have been outlined in the 1945 opening of the intellectual life of the nation and the entire homeland.Keyword: Enterpreunership’s, School, Effort The World (Industrial The World)Pembelajaran kewirausahaan terkait dengan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah menengah kejuruan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu mandiri yang bekerja dan bersaing sebagai ahli di bidangnya masing-masing sesuai dengan diduduki selama penelitian. Siswa lulusan SMK yang independen wiraswasta akan mampu bersaing di era global. Lulusan akan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah bekerjasama dengan bisnis (industri) mempelajari proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan kejuruan industri yang mempersiapkan seseorang untuk lebih mampu bekerja dalam kelompok kerja atau lapangan kerja dari pekerjaan yang sother a. Di SMK N 3 Kudus lembaga pendidikan yang mempersiapkan siswa untuk dapat bekerja secara mandiri dalam bidang tertentu. Dunia Business School dan pelaksanaan pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan dalam hal ini diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka dapat diambil untuk fokus masalah sebagai berikut: Proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan oleh siswa SMK N 3 Kudus di kelas, praktek dan belajar di dunia usaha untuk siswa kapal pengusaha di SMK N 3 Kudus, Dunia kerja sama antara sekolah dan bisnis (Dunia industri) dalam kewirausahaan mengajar untuk siswa di SMK N 3 Kudus dan dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran kewirausahaan siswa melalui kolaborasi antara sekolah dan bisnis (industri) pengetahuan (keterampilan) kompetensi siswa kewirausahaan di SMK N 3 Kudus. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak dari kolaborasi antara Dunia Sekolah Bisnis dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada siswa SMKN 3 Kudus mampu mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat kemandirian siswa dalam pekerjaan. Sebagai akhir dari deskripsi penelitian, penulis memberikan saran sebagai berikut: untuk staf pengajar di sekolah-sekolah menengah kejuruan, keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran masing-masing harus bisa memasukkan materi yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan sebagai subjek merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran proses siswa untuk dapat memberikan dorongan untuk berwirausaha secara mandiri. Sekolah dan bisnis merupakan entitas tunggal dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah menengah kejuruan maka kedua lembaga harus saling mendukung untuk keberhasilan program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang telah digariskan dalam UUD 1945 pembukaan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan seluruh tumpah darah . <![CDATA[This study aims to gather information about the importance of household accounting in improving Islamic life by looking at accounting practices carried out by informants and multiplying the benefits obtained by informants in carrying out accounting practices in their households. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were eight seventh semester accounting students who had a family. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews with each informant. The results of this study explain that the informants all carry out accounting practices in their household since they are married and recorded by the wife. Of all the informants stated that accounting in the household is important for the reasons: 1) can create calm in financial management, 2) form a person who is thrifty and careful, 3) can be used as an evaluation and long-term decisions to save, and 4 ) as an afterlife investment decision to pay zakat and shodaqah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the promotion of Islamic banking media that influence in attracting the public interest to save in sharia banks. Promotion media used by sharia banking in this research is divided into 3, namely: newspaper media, television media and internet media. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The data used in this study is the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to the public. Based on data analysis that has been done, television and internet variables have a greater contribution than the variable newspaper in increasing public interest to save in Bank Syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examined the influence of Islamic work ethics to organizational commitment, employee retention and productivity in SMEs of Tenun Troso. The study used 100 employees who work in small and medium enterprises of Tenun Ikat Troso in Pecangaan Jepara.The Study found that there was a significant positive effect of Islamic work ethics to organizational commitment, employee retention and productivity. The result is expected to benefit theoretically and practically for the community and especially for the management of small and medium enterprises troso Pecangaan Jepara as well as for research in the future. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh etika kerja Islam terhadap komitmen organisasi, retensi karyawan dan produktifitas di UKM tenun Troso. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang karyawan yang bekerja di usaha kecil dan menengah Tenun Ikat troso Pecangaan Jepara. Hasil penetian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan etika kerja Islam terhadap komitmen organisasi, retensi karyawan dan produktifitas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberi manfaat secara teoritis maupun praktis bagi masyarakat dan khususnya bagi pengelolaan usaha kecil dan menengah tenun ikat troso pecangaan Jepara serta bagi penelitian di masa yang akan datang.]]>

<![CDATA[The concept of gratitude raised in this paper is the concept of Western gratitude, the meaning of gratitude which is a feeling of happiness as a reaction to get something that is expected to be real from a certain person or when the peace that is obtained from natural beauty. The concept of Western gratitude that eliminates the divine aspect. So in this paper, we try to analyze the concept of Western gratitude for the effect on the individual person as seen from the simplicity of life and the effect on the environment seen in ZIS behavior. The findings of this research that contextual gratitude can have a positive impact on oneself that is living a life of simplicity, but if seen explicitly will not get anything even wasteful life because the purpose of his life is to find satisfaction alone and even self-oriented principles even want-oriented do not care for others if in Islam in the form of ZIS. The implication of this research is that gratitude to God is realized by carrying out God's commands and prohibitions in carrying out Islamic law and gratitude to humans is realized by becoming simpler in running life and increasingly becoming an example for the community environment and more generous for the people underneath and prefer to care for others human. They are more diligent in running as people who fear Allah, both the obligatory and the sunnah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to investigate the effect of quality of work life on job satisfaction, organiSational commitment, turnover intention and job stress among the employees of Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) in Kudus Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The study uses a sample of 150 employees from 13 institutions of BMT. The empirical testing indicates that quality of work life has positive effects on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment; whereas there is no significant evidence of the effect of quality of work life on turnover intention and job stress. Implication, limitation and suggestion for future research are discussed.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the local community’s supported influence based on Sharia Tourism Development in the Central Maluku Regency. Some variables are affected by this research, such as negative and positive perceptions of local residents toward the economy, society, and environment around the population. The methodology of this research is quantitative research which uses an explanatory method. There are around 51 participants as samples. Those samples are chosen from Mamala and Morella villages directly involved in tourism activities. The data is processed and analyzed using SEM PLS ver.3 Software. Results of the study found that: the social impact had a positive and significant impact on local community support for sharia tourism development, and the negative impact had a negative and significant impact on the support for sharia tourism development. In contrast, the economic and environmental impact had a positive but not significant impact on the population support local to the development of sharia tourism]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the normative attitude and behavior sharia cooperative customers in Bogor District. This type of research is a quantitative research. The data used using primary data through questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that attitudes and norms of belief have a significant or positive influence on customers' intentions to finance the sharia financial services cooperative in Bogor. Other results achieved by sharia cooperatives must improve performance to give more impression of honesty and what is in accordance with religious sharia. Where the advantages of sharia names will be more prominent than the conventional name, it is also to improve trust, evaluation, motivation and behavior of customers in financing the sharia financial services cooperatives. So that the financing intentions in accordance with the sharia can be realized properly.]]>
