Abstract

Employee motivation and discipline play an important role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. An employee who has high discipline and motivation will be able to carry out his duties properly and optimally, so that the company's employee performance targets can be achieved. This study aims to examine the correlation between individual motivational factors and employee discipline on employee performance by using the SPSS version 25 program at the Immigration Office Class I Non Tpi Depok. Existing data in this study were taken using the method of documentation, observation, distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires, and interviews. This study uses a quantitative method because it focuses on measurements and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Several tests were carried out using the SPSS program, including the Validity Test, Earnings Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Union, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression Coefficient, T Test, and F Test. The results of the tests This shows that there is a positive relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Depok.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important matter of an organization or institution, especially public service organizations. Many factors affect employee performance, both internal and external factors. One of the internal factors is motivation. This research was conducted at the Cibadak District Office, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, which aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Cibadak District Office, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, namely as many as 35 people using a questionnaire. Data analysis using correlation and regression techniques. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that employee motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Cibadak District Office, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. This is evidenced by the value of the hypothesis test tcount > ttable = 14.408 > 1.689 and from the significance value α(0.00) <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance and work discipline on employee performance, and to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Mitra Terminal Kaltim in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. quantitative. Data collection techniques using validated and reliability questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Science) software program. The total population in this study was 40 employees. The results of this study prove that partially supervision has no effect on employee performance. While Work Discipline has a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously it shows that Supervision and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Mitra Terminal Kaltim Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

This research is based on the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Depok City. This was done to see the level of work discipline and work environment of the Depok City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Department employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, because it is a method used to determine the relationship and influence between two or more variables. Data collection techniques were through observation, literature study and questionnaires distributed to 62 respondents using total sampling techniques. In analyzing the data, the formula for Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, T Test and F Test was used. The research results show that the coefficient of determination value was 0.504, so it can be concluded that the Work Discipline and Work Environment variables have an effect on Employee Performance by 50.4%. while the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The conclusion from the data analysis above is that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Depok City. Implemented quite well so that it has improved employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much the Bandung Sharing Rice community has contributed to increasing social awareness among Bandung City residents. Biddle and Thomas' role theory is cited in this research, which also uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Unstructured in-depth interviews are the method used in the data collection methodology. The stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing up conclusions are part of the data analysis process. By comparing data from different methodologies, triangulation procedures increase the validity of the data. The findings of this research show how members of the Nasi Bandung serving community raise social awareness by providing authentic examples through their actions and encourage others to do the same by asking for involvement on social media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ethics and social solidarity carried out in the Sharing Rice movement in Bandung to build high social solidarity, especially in the community in Bandung City. In this research, data collection was used using indirect research methods. Data analysis starts from understanding the theory and case studies, then conclusions and outlines are drawn from the case studies. The results of this research show that the ethics and social solidarity that exist in the case of the Sharing Rice movement are very good and this is also the right opportunity and means for the community, especially the city of Bandung, who want to increase their spirit of solidarity, either on social media or directly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the development and role of financial institutions that use sharia principles, one of which is sharia banks in welcoming the future of Islamic finance in Indonesia. This research method uses a qualitative method with a type of library research with two types of secondary data, namely published papers in the form of books, reputable scientific articles, journal reviews, and reports from official organizations. The results of this research conclude that Sharia Banks in Indonesia are one of the financial institutions that have the main task of providing credit and services in the field of payments and money circulation accompanied by sharia principles. The development of sharia banks in Indonesia has become a benchmark for the implementation of sharia economics and its existence in Indonesia. The slowdown in the growth of Islamic banks related to the economic symptoms that are occurring can be overcome by consolidation from internal parties. Islamic banks in Indonesia play an important role in the future of sharia finance. The existence of an increase in the quality of sharia banks in national sharia banking does not rule out the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of sharia banks at the global level. Sharia banks have achieved quite rapid achievements considering that the majority of Indonesian people are Muslim.

Abstract

The business can develop and run smoothly with capital. Business people or businesses, whether on a small or medium scale business, can run a business that really needs capital by borrowing capital from a cooperative, one of them. A cooperative is a business or business consisting of a group, organization or association that is managed to achieve a common goal. This research uses qualitative methods, the nature of historical research methods, Data collection techniques using documentary methods can be financial reports, statistical data, books, research journals, and other relevant documents, related to the research. In the context of partnerships and trade, modern western partnership type cooperatives are now similar to previous Islamic partnerships. And it has been practiced by Muslims until the 18th century. Both forms of Islamic syirkah and modern syirkah. Sharia cooperatives themselves were born after the mushrooming of the establishment of several Baitul Maal WatTamwiil (BMT) which was first pioneered by BMT Bina Insan Kamil in 1992. The three types of business activities are fund raising, financing and services. One type of sharia cooperative, namely the 212 Sharia Cooperative, is the National Primary Cooperative, which was founded by Muslim leaders as an implementation of the spirit of Aksi 212, which is full of brotherhood and togetherness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the history, duties, and potential development of Sharia Insurance in Indonesia. In this research, the author uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis type of research. This research uses a literature study method or library research sourced from books and journals that are in accordance with the topic and focus of the research. The results of the literature review in this study concluded that sharia insurance is a way to deal with risks and calamities in life, such as death, accidents, illness, and old age. Its main purpose is to provide financial protection, manage risk, apply sharia principles, and empower the community. Islamic insurance products include various forms of protection, such as health insurance, children's education, retirement preparation, and investment.

Abstract

This article aims to explore whether the application of Islamic principles has been properly implemented in Islamic leasing institutions. The sharia label on Islamic financial institutions implies several consequences in the system and operational concepts that must comply with sharia principles. This type of research uses a literature study with descriptive research methods. Sharia does not lie in the term musyarakah or mudharabah alone which in practice sometimes contradicts the value of Islam itself. In its application, there are many leasing companies that apply the principles of Islamic law, but some leasing companies labelled as sharia are not in accordance with the principles of Islamic law because they are still very profit-oriented
