Abstract

 Digital TV broadcasting one frequency canal can carry on more than 10 TV station broadcast. In this paper describe how SFN(Single Frequency Network) system work with spread receiver node where determine power level that received node toward a few transmitter. The method that applied power level receiver be compared to incoming interference in receiver called S/I ratio (Signal to Interference Ratio). This estimate method also determine by some standard ETSI DVB-T comparation factor to reach QEF(Quasi Error Free) condition, comparator for transmitter signal good or bad. Determination of the maximum distance between transmitter 8.4 km derived from the specification of DVB-T 8K mode with guard interval 1/32. The results obtained in the test area of 20 Km x 20 Km at QEF 22.8dB covered 39%, QEF factor 19.3dB covered 53% and QEF 16.7 dB covered 82%. SFN design method the range of recipients who reach QEF area increased.Keywords: Digital TV, SFN, QEF, Interference, S/I Ratio Pada siaran TV Digital 1 kanal frekuensi dapat membawa lebih dari 10 siaran stasiun TV. Paper ini membahas bagaimana sistem SFN (Single Frequency Network) bekerja menyebarkan titik penerima menentukan level daya yang diterima satu penerima terhadap beberapa pemancar. Metode yang diterapkan estimasi S/I ratio (Signal to Interference Ratio) yaitu level daya Signal suatu penerima dibandingkan dengan Interference yang masuk pada penerima. Metode estimasi ini ditentukan juga dengan standard DVB-T ETSI yaitu faktor pembanding untuk mencapai kondisi QEF(Quasi Error Free) pembanding untuk sinyal penerima baik atau buruk. Penentuan jarak maksimum antar pemancar 8,4Km didapat dari spesifikasi mode 8K DVB-T dengan guard interval 1/32. Hasil yang didapatkan di area uji 20Km x 20Km pada QEF 22,8dB sebesar 39%, pada QEF 19,3dB tercakup 53% dan QEF 16,7 dB sebesar 82% tercakup. Perancangan dengan metode SFN ini hasil jangkauan area penerima yang mencapai QEF akan meningkat.Kata Kunci: TV Digital, SFN, QEF, Interference, S/I ratio

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to increase public awareness regarding the importance of maintaining health in the transition season. The implementation of this service activity is divided into several activities to improve the quality of community and family health in the transition season. The stages used in this service activity are divided into three stages, namely: social reflection, activity planning, and activity implementation. The service team carries out activities in Trimurjo Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. The results achieved from this service activity are that public awareness regarding the importance of maintaining health in the transition season has begun to appear, marked by residents cleaning the gutters in front of their respective homes. It is hoped that in the future such activities will be carried out routinely for the sake of collective health.

Abstract

An innovative solution to the waste problem in Lebak Regency, Banten, Indonesia. This innovation aims to improve public health, preserve the environment, and boost the local economy through integrated and sustainable waste management. This innovation has shown positive results in improving public health, preserving the environment, and boosting the local economy. Communities in Lebak Regency are becoming more aware of the importance of good waste management, and more people are involved in waste processing and recycling activities. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The results of this research have had an impact on reducing the number of waste-related diseases, improving environmental quality, and creating new jobs in the waste management sector. The Public Innovation of Waste Management Completion Strategy for Community Welfare in Lebak Regency can be an example for other regions in Indonesia in overcoming waste problems and improving community welfare.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important matter of an organization or institution, especially public service organizations. Many factors affect employee performance, both internal and external factors. One of the internal factors is motivation. This research was conducted at the Cibadak District Office, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, which aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Cibadak District Office, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, namely as many as 35 people using a questionnaire. Data analysis using correlation and regression techniques. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that employee motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Cibadak District Office, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. This is evidenced by the value of the hypothesis test tcount > ttable = 14.408 > 1.689 and from the significance value α(0.00) <0.05.

Abstract

The school garden program has been implemented as one of the efforts to address malnutrition among children. This analysis aims to evaluate the impact of the policy on students' nutritional status and its effectiveness in increasing nutritious food intake. The study involved data collection through surveys, interviews, and measurement of nutritional status before and after the implementation of the program. The results of the analysis show that school gardens have a positive impact in improving students' knowledge about nutrition and healthy eating. Students were directly involved in the process of planting and caring for the plants, which contributed to increased consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. The program also plays a role in reducing the prevalence of malnutrition, with a significant increase in the weight and height of children involved in the school garden. However, the success of the program is influenced by several factors, including support from the school, parental involvement, and accessibility of resources. Constraints included budget limitations and lack of training for educators on how to effectively manage school gardens. To improve the effectiveness of the program, it is recommended that the policy be complemented with adequate training, stable financial support, and integration with the health education curriculum.Overall, school gardens are a promising strategy to address undernutrition

Abstract

The rate of delay in issuing birth certificates in Indonesia is significant, potentially hampering children's access to basic rights such as education, health and other public services. Based on data compiled by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other relevant institutions, it is estimated that more than 20% of births in some regions in Indonesia are not recorded on time. This delay is caused by various factors, including limited access to civil registration services, lack of awareness about the importance of birth certificates, and technical and bureaucratic obstacles that hinder the registration process. As a result, many children do not have birth certificates within the appropriate timeframe. This study aims to improve the quality of birth certificate services at the Disdukcapil of Serang Regency to make it faster, easier and more affordable for the community. Through a series of analysis and evaluation, several innovative solutions were found that can be implemented. With this reformulation, it is expected that the community can obtain their children's birth certificates more quickly, so that children can access various public services such as education and health without obstacles. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was Serang Regency. This research aims to reformulate and optimize the implementation of this program.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the empirical phenomenon of the innovative performance of teachers. Efforts to improve the innovative performance of teachers through the principal's academic supervision and the school's organizational climate have not shown the expected results. The innovative performance of teachers is a demand in justification which is the responsibility of teachers and principals as the locomotive of the school organization. The innovative performance of teachers is influenced by various internal and external factors of the school such as: school climate, school culture, intensity of supervision, academic supervision of principals, educational facilities, principals' leadership, organizational structure and so on. The problem that is the focus of this research study is how the 'Effect of Principal Academic Supervision and School Organizational Climate on Teacher Performance'. This study aims in general to prove the objective conditions of the influence of principal academic supervision and school organizational climate on the innovative performance of teachers in Trimurjo District, Metro City in 2019.

Abstract

The problems discussed in this research are 1) How are inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and share prices in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. 2) What is the influence of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates partially on share prices in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 3) How is the influence of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates simultaneously on share prices in the banking sub-sector listed listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that inflation financing, exchange rates, interest rates together have a significant positive effect on share prices in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2008-2022 period.
