Deli Informatics Science: is a scientific journal in the field of computer science and informatics. Deli Informatics Science is published twice a year (6 months), namely in June and December. Deli Computer Science aims to publish research in the field of computer science that focuses on the publication of qualitative scientific papers on the latest information on computer science developments. Submitted articles will be reviewed by the Review Team (Mitra Bestari). All articles submitted must be original reports, results of previously unpublished research. Articles submitted to the journal Deli Informatics Science should not be published elsewhere before there is a decision from the editorial board. Abstract

Interaksi adalah komunikasi antara dua atau lebih objek yang saling mempengaruhi. Interaksi ini tidak akan berjalan dengan baik, jika salah satu objek yang berinteraksi menemui hambatan. Interaksi manusia-komputer adalah komunikasi dua arah antara pengguna dan sistem komputer yang saling mendukung untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Interaksi manusia-komputer adalah disiplin ilmu yang mempelajari desain, evaluasi, implementasi sistem komputer interaktif untuk digunakan oleh manusia bersama dengan studi tentang faktor-faktor utama dalam lingkungan interaksi mereka. Interaksi manusia dan komputer tidak hanya dalam penampilan antarmuka, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek pamakai, implementasi sistem desain dan fenomena lingkungan. Misalnya, sistem seperti itu mudah dioperasikan, dipelajari, dan lainnya. Filsafat dan ilmu pengetahuan adalah upaya manusia dalam memahami suatu konsep dan metode suatu disiplin ilmu seperti yang berkaitan dengan keberadaan, pengetahuan, nilai-nilai, akal, pikiran, dan bahasa sehingga dapat berperan dalam memberikan landasan filosofis dalam memahami pembagian konsep untuk penerapan interaksi manusia dan komputer. Perubahan zaman dan perkembangan telah mengantarkan filsafat ke dalam konfigurasi dengan menunjukkan bagaimana "pohon ilmu pengetahuan" tumbuh mekar dan bercabang subur dari setiap disiplin ilmu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji filsafat dan ilmu pengetahuan serta relevansinya di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Kata kunci: interaksi, filsafat, implementasi

Abstract

The development of modern component technology makes it possible to create practical, compact, reliable, effective, and efficient equipment/instrumentation. The health sector as an essential component of life is also not spared from technological support. One significant indicator of oxygen supply in the body is oxygen saturation. Because oxygen saturation can show whether hemoglobin can bind oxygen or not. So that the lack of oxygen which is at risk of damage to essential organs in the body can be overcome. By using the max30100 sensor is a detection tool that will be used to detect oxygen levels with saturation levels, namely, normal and abnormal, and the tool is controlled by Arduino Nano as the controller of the entire circuit. With the output displayed on the Oled LCD, ten tests have been carried out. times and compared with the results using a Smart Watch with an average difference of 0.73%.

Abstract

In securing a message, especially digital messages, a technique or algorithm is needed in the field of cryptography. Where cryptography itself is a scientific field in informatics and computer science that discusses and learns about securing a secret message. One of the algorithms or in cryptography is called a Cipher, which can be used to secure secret messages, namely RCCM. RCCM or Rivest Cipher 4 base on Chaotic Mapping is a development of RC4 which combines it with the Chaotic Map technique. RC4 itself is a cryptographic algorithm that belongs to the Stream Cipher. In the process of securing messages on RC4, key generation is carried out using KSA (Key Scheduling Algorithms) and PRGA (Pseudo-Random Generation Algorithm) which are processed based on the key entered by the user to produce a keystream. The keystream itself consists of a series of random numbers, each of which will be exclusive or (XOR) to the plaintext that produces the ciphertext. By applying the Chaotic Map, inputting the key by the user is not necessary. And for implementation, you can use Python programming and are GUI-based using the help of the Tkinter library.

Abstract

Higher Education is an Education unit that organizes Higher Education. There are 5 main components in the ranking of tertiary institutions, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR), Institutional Quality, Student Affairs Quality, Publication Quality, Research and Community Service, and Innovation Quality. These components must be realized by each tertiary institution as a condition for improving the quality of a tertiary institution. Based on the main components of tertiary institutions, multiple linear regression analysis will be applied. The purpose of this research is to look at the main components that have a dominant influence on university rankings and the major influence of each component on university rankings. From the analysis results obtained multiple linear regression model with a multiple determination coefficient value of 84.26%. This value is quite large in explaining the influence of the 5 main components of higher education in ranking. Keywords: Ranking, College, Multiple Linear Regression, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test.

Abstract

Seasonal patterns in time series data are periodic and recurring patterns caused by certain factors such as weather, holidays, repetition of promotions, or changes in the economic climate. Good data forecasting is very important for making decisions in the business sector, such as retail prices, marketing, production and other business sectors. There are several approaches that can be taken to analyze time series data that has a seasonal or trending pattern. Among them is the classical approach which decomposes seasonal and non-seasonal factors, then forecasts with certain assumptions. Then there is also an approach using artificial intelligence, in this case a more flexible feed-forward neural network is used as a tool for forecasting time series data. In this study the data used is data with a regular seasonal pattern 12. For data with a pattern like this SARIMA (1,1,1)(0,1,1)12 with a MAPE of 1.775% gives better results than FFNN 12-10-1 which produces a MAPE value of 7.5226%.

Abstract

The process of arranging thesis proposal seminar schedules in the Department of Mathematics, Universitas Negeri Medan often encounters difficulties due to the large number of students who will hold seminars at the same time. So far, the scheduling process has been done manually, resulting in the schedule of thesis supervisors and examiners often conflicting with the schedules of other student seminars. To overcome this problem, the schedule is arranged by applying the concept of vertex coloring on a graph using the Welch Powell Algorithm. In the graph, vertices represent students who will hold seminars, while edges connecting two vertices indicate that the two students have one or two common thesis supervisors. This study uses a literature review method and the results show that graph coloring with the Welch Powell Algorithm can be used to arrange schedules for thesis proposal seminars in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Medan.
