Abstract

As a student in the health insurance study program who will work later in the insurance sector, both social insurance and private insurance, it is important for students to understand everything about insurance well. To be able to understand the lecture topic well, students should learn by methods that further enhance the active participation of students rather than learning passively. For this reason, this study will be tested on the delivery of topic to students using the jigsaw cooperative learning method, then the effectiveness of the learning method. This research is a quasi experimental study by comparing the results of post test groups of students studying with the jigsaw method and students studying with lecture methods on two lecture materials in two sessions. The results showed that the mean results of post test scores between students studying with jigsaw and lectures differed significantly. For further research, evaluation should be carried out by looking at the results of the exam, not just the results of the post test at session.

Abstract

Diaper Rash is one of the problems that arise in the baby skin due to the incorrect treatment of the perineal area. The worst impact of incorrect treatment perineal care can disrupt the growth process, so it is necessary to give an intens good treatment, especially the perineal area of the baby in order to avoid problems such as Diaper Rash. The purpose of this study was to determined the description of perineal care in infants with diaper rash at PMB Santi Rahayu Jabung Malang Regency. This study using Qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. The method of geting respondens with a purposive sample of 4 mothers who have babies with diaper rash, 3 baby grandmothers, and 1 baby aunt who lives together as familly and involved in daily care of the baby. The validity of the data uses source triangulate method. The instrument that used in this study is the guideline for in depth interviews and the results from mobile voice recordings as documentation in the study. The result of this study showed that mothers treated their perineal babies before Diaper Rash by using pampers diapers longer than cloth diapers, changing brands of pampers, using fragrance softeners when washing diapers and baby clothes, changing pampers more than four hours, does not dry the perineal area after cleaning, use powder to the perineal area, change the brand of bath soap

Abstract

WHO states that Indonesia is ranked seventh in the world in cases of early marriage, in Blitar City itself there are still many cases of early marriage and premarital sexual adolescents where throughout January 2018 7 teenagers in Blitar City with an average age of 15 to 17 years married. The Blitar City Health Office 2017 said that the number of children who were pregnant was around 73 children with a total of 12 children who had sex before marriage or premarital sex. This indicates that adolescent knowledge about reproductive health itself is still inadequate which can have an impact on adolescent sexual behavior that is deviant. This type of research is quantitative research, with a pre experimental design in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. This research was conducted in April 2021. The population of this research is the students of class 11 IPA 5 at MAN 1 Blitar City with a total of 37 people. Sampling in this study used the total side technique. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The average value of knowledge before education is 57.70 and the average value of knowledge after education is 84.59. The results showed that there was an influence of pocket book health promotion media on adolescent reproductive health knowledge in MAN 1 Blitar City or p equal 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perilaku orang tua dalam mencegah kekerasan pada anak usia 6 sampai dengan 12 tahun di SDN Sumber Ngepoh II Lawang, yang dilaksanakan pada 12 sampai dengan 14 Febuary 2016. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi 160 orang. Menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 59 persen memiliki pengetahuan kurang, 53 persen memiliki sikap negatif, 62 persen memiliki tindakan kurang. Ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki peranan penting dalam pembentukan perilaku orang tua khususnya dalam mencegah kekerasan pada anak. Diharapkan orang tua ikut serta dalam upaya meningkatkan perilaku dalam mencegah kekerasan pada anak dengan cara mencari informasi tentang pencegahan kekerasan pada anak, mendukung kegiatan anti kekerasan pada anak, dan melakukan tindakan pencegahan kekerasan pada anak.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menurunkan AKI adalah dengan meningkatkan pemahaman ibu tentang buku KIA oleh kader kesehatan. Pembelajaran outbond merupakan pembelajaran simulasi dengan melibatkan peran kader. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran outbound buku KIA untuk peningkatan kemandirian kader dalam mendukung program buku KIA. Sampel penelitian sebesar 32 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Tempat penelitian adalah Puskesmas Ciptomulyo pada bulan Juli hingga Nopember 2016. Hasil penelitian model pembelajaran outbound buku KIA terhadap kemandirian kader menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada tanggung jawab kader yaitu 0,033, inisiatif yaitu 0,005, percaya diri kader yaitu 0,006, dan kepuasan yaitu 0,015 sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran outbound.

Abstract

All countries are currently feeling the Covid 19 epidemic which makes all of the community anxious and vigilant regarding the spread of this virus, it is also felt by Penitentiary Citizens in the Penitentiary in the midst of their overcrowding overcrowding conditions, seeing the situation then the need for strategic steps and policies that must be taken. The purpose of this research is to find out the steps taken by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in preventing Covid 19 in the midst of the present condition of Corrections Institutions. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using literature study and in depth interviews. The results showed that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights had taken steps to prevent Covid 19 in Penitentiary through ministerial decrees such as WFH, implementation of strict health protocols, delays, transfer of prisoners and the use of video conferences in the online trial system and prisoner release programs through assimilation and integration rights

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of substitution of red spinach or Blitum rubrum on fish sticks of anchovies nuggets or Engraulidae on chemical quality and energy value as well as organoleptic quality for the prevention of anemia in adolescent girls. CRD 4 treatment levels with 3 times replication for each treatment level. Statistical analysis used for the content of ash, Fe and vitamin C is One Way Anova with 95 percent confidence level, data analysis for water, protein and fat content used the Calculated Value method, for carbohydrate content using the by difference method, for energy values using the Atwater method, and for organoleptic quality was Kruskal Wallis with 95 percent confidence level. The results showed that the higher the addition of red spinach, the water, Fe, and vitamin C content increased, while the ash content, protein, fat and energy values decreased. The results of the organoleptic quality assessment analysis showed that the higher the percentage of addition of red spinach, the percentage of panelists acceptance of color, aroma, and taste decreased, but the percentage of panelists acceptance of texture increased. The best treatment assessment shows that the P2 treatment level can be recommended as the best treatment level. The P2 treatment level can be used as a main animal side dish for the prevention of anemia in teenage girls.

Abstract

Handwashing teaching is important to make lifeskills habituation, especially for preschollers, because they’re easy to imitate. This research’s aim to determine the increase in handwashing skills of toddlers aged 3 until 5 years with video. The design used single group pretest and posttest on 26 of 36 total student in KB Cahaya Ilmu, Blitar Regency. Data was collected by checklist and analyzed by Wilcoxon Signes Rank Test. The results showed that watching video had an effect on preschollers ability in handwashing. In conclusion, handwashing video can help developes preschollers’s handwashing skills

Abstract

Penduduk Indonesia yang mengalami Gangguan Mental Berat atau Skizofrena secara absolute terdapat lebih dari 400 ribu jiwa atau 0,17 persen. Fakta ini menunjukkan bahwa gangguan jiwa merupakan masalah serius yang harus diselesaikan bersama melibatkan banyak pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku keluarga dalam pengasuhan ODGJ di Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 116 keluarga ODGJ yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data menggunakan analisis bivariat yaitu uji chi square dan analisis multivariat yaitu regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden adalah keluarga yang berusia lebih dari 45 tahun yaitu 25 persen, jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 60,3 persen, pekerjaan non PNS yaitu 95 persen, pendidikan dasar yaitu SD atau SMP yaitu 67,2 persen, penghasilan kurang dari 1.243.200 yaitu UMR sebesar 82 persen dan jumlah anak 3 orang yaitu 47 persen. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku keluarga dalam pengasuhan ODGJ di wilayah Kota Blitar yaitu pengobatan alternatif atau dukun, stigma keluarga, dukungan petugas, dukungan tetangga, dukungan tokoh masyarakat, akses pelayanan dan kemampuan keluarga dalam pengobatan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan dukungan petugas kesehatan terhadap ODGJ, pengobatan alternatif atau dukun, dukungan keluarga dalam pengobatan ODGJ merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku keluarga dalam pengasuhan ODGJ di Kota Blitar.

Abstract

The achievement of low exclusive breastfeeding is a sign that awareness of breastfeeding mothers in providing breastfeeding still needs to be improved. In the practice of exclusive breastfeeding, it was found that breastfeeding mothers tended to be reluctant to give breast milk to their babies at the beginning of the lactation process and discard their breast milk. The impact continues if the breast is not pumped, it will reduce the breast milk production and finally produce little breast milk. So when the baby age increases, breast milk production decreases and there is no supply of breast milk in the mother breast. This research aimed to show the description of knowledge about breast milk management in breastfeeding mothers in PMB Jabung Subdistrict Malang Regency. This research used quantitative descriptive design with survey method. Total of breast feeding mothers in PMB Jabung Subdistrict Malang Regency were 60 and the samples of study were 52 people with purposive sampling technique. Instruments in this study used a valid questionnaire to identify the level of knowledge about breast milk management technique. This research presented in tabular and narrative. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents that is as much 40,4 percent had the lack knowledge about breast milk management, the others that is as much 38,5 percent and 21,1 percent had enough and good level of knowledge about breast milk management. Based on the result of this research most breastfeeding mothers never get counseling about breast milk management.
