ULINA: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, merupakan jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah bertaraf nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Mandiri Bina Prestasi (UMBP) dengan e-ISSN: 2985-5977 dan p-ISSN: 2985-5896. Abstract

Plastic waste creates problems in the environment. Plastic waste with its properties is difficult to decompose in nature and takes a very long time. This plastic waste ultimately becomes a big problem faced in urban areas and there has been no significant solution to this problem. Some areas flourish with waste banks whose goal is to reduce household waste. The waste bank business group is engaged in managing organic waste and inorganic waste, and inorganic waste is only limited to being sold to collectors. Handling plastic waste in a way that has been developed so far is the 3R principle, namely the principle of reduce, the principle of reuse, and the principle of recycle. But plastic that cannot be processed again with the 3R principle is a problem. The solution is that the plastic waste is processed again using pyrolysis to produce oil that can burn. The results of plastic pyrolysis are oil, and solids in the form of charcoal and gas. Reactor temperature greatly affects the yield, both solids, liquids, and gases. The resulting oil produced from plastic pyrolysis has different characteristics, the higher the pyrolysis temperature the more oil produced but the less solids produced. The color of the oil is also affected by the pyrolysis temperature, the higher the oil temperature the more turbid and becomes wax or wax.

Abstract

The application of the RedDoorz application technology is one of the sustainable hospitality tourism digital marketing innovations and is naturally carried out in North Sumatra Province. This digital marketing training needs to be carried out to make it easier for tourists who want to visit and stay at the Tuk-tuk Siadong hotel. This activity is carried out on Lake Toba which is located in the village of Tuk-tuk Siadong Regency. samosir and attended by employees and hotel management. In this activity an introduction was made to the RedDoorz application which emphasizes the what, why, and how if their hotel marketing is implemented digitally, as well as being a tourist attraction. So that tourists can easily find a place where they will stay. The stages of the method used in carrying out this activity are preparation, planning and implementation which are assisted by simpler methods, namely delivery of material, practice and discussion. The results obtained from this activity were around 90% of participants understood how using the RedDoorz application could improve their hotel marketing. The conclusion obtained from the socialization activity is that digital marketing training by utilizing the RedDoorz application can improve the economy of hotel and guest house owners, as well as increase visitors who can easily book the hotel..

Abstract

Era internet memunculkan digitalisasi di segala bidang kehidupan. Transportasi online, toko online, dan media online, perpustakaan online adalah contoh "produk" yang muncul dan berkembang di era disrupsi ini. Di era disrupsi ini, masyarakat menggeser aktivitas-aktivitas yang awalnya dilakukan di dunia nyata, beralih ke dunia maya, terutama media sosial. Secara bahasa, disrupsi artinya hal tercabut dari akarnya (KBBI). Banyak pihak yang menjadi korban era disrupsi, di antaranya adalah transportasi konvensional, mall, dan media cetak. Disrupsi menginisiasi lahirnya model bisnis baru dengan strategi lebih inovatif kreatif. Cakupan perubahannya luas mulai dari dunia bisnis, perbankan, transoprtasi, sosial masyarakat, hingga pendidikan. Era Disrupsi akan menuntut kita untuk berubah atau punah. Berinovasi atau tertinggal. Teknologi saat ini tidak lagi dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari, namun harus dilihat sebagai media untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup manusia, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan inovasi terhadap banyak hal bidang kehidupan manusia.

Abstract

The problem faced by breeders is regarding feed that comes from green leaves. Green leaf feed is a feed that is very popular with cows because it has a high nutritional content and helps significant growth when compared to cows that are only fed products other than leaf greens. The problem faced is green leaf feed if it is not cut into small pieces and not uniform, sometimes cows are lazy to eat and eventually produce waste, if leftovers are left it will produce disease and on the other hand, wasteful feed. The results of discussions with SMEs of cattle breeders require a chopping machine that is easy to operate, the results can be good, safe for humans and low operating costs. The machine can chop to a uniform size and doesn't smell like a machine, so the cows want to eat it with gusto. The specifications of the machine handed over to the cattle breeder UKM are as follows. The machine handed over is a cruiser machine using 4 blades with a blade length of 25 cm, a width of 4 cm and a thickness of 3 mm of hardened steel. Construction height 1400 mm, width 800 mm and 600 mm, blade diameter 500 mm, Single phase 350 Watt electric motor, motor speed: 1450 rpm, engine speed 750 rpm.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen keuangan bagi bendahara SD di Kecamatan Pahae Julu. Kegiatan  pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan menejemen keuangan dengan menggunakan microsoft power point dalam pemaparan materi dan microsoft excel untuk membuat perancanaan keuangan. Kemudian pelatihan ini di ikuti dengan penyampain pemaparan materi mengenai alur akuntansi seperti manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi menejemen dengan menggunakan microsoft excel sebagai media pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Pelatihan ini di ikuti oleh 20 orang peserta yang terdiri dari bendahara, pengurus atau pengelola sekolah. Pelatihan ini merupakan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan kerjasama antara Universitas Mandiri Bina Prestasi dengan dan lembaga pendidikan Sekolah SD di Pahae Julu. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode pemaparan, kemudian sesi tanya jawab dan praktek pelaksanaan administrasi manejemen keuangan di sekolah. Melalui pelatihan ini peserta berhasil memahami bagaimana pentingnya pegelolaan dan administrasi manajemen keuangan yang lebih baik, efisien dan ekfektif sehingga dapat berguna di kemudian hari.
