Abstract

Poverty remains a fundamental problem rooted in Indonesia's socio-economic structure, despite various mitigation schemes implemented by the government. As the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has enormous sharia-based public financial resources, where zakat should be positioned as a strategic means of wealth distribution. However, in reality, this instrument is often not optimally realised in national macroeconomic policy. This study aims to analyse Monzer Kahf's Islamic economic thinking on zakat and its relevance to poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach through a systematic literature review of Monzer Kahf's fundamental works and various studies related to national zakat management, which are analysed descriptively and analytically to connect the theoretical framework with the socio-religious dynamics in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Location on Generation Z Customer Loyalty at Kedai Wanus Kediri. This research is quantitative. Data were obtained through two methods: primary and secondary data. The population in this study were Generation Z consumers at Kedai Wanus Kediri. The sample in this study was 100 consumers, with accidental sampling as the sampling technique. The analysis techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial t-test indicate that the variables Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Location have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z Customer Loyalty at Kedai Wanus Kediri. The results of the simultaneous F-test indicate that Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Location have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z Customer Loyalty at Kedai Wanus Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of social welfare in the thought of Al-Farabi and its relevance to economic development. Al-Farabi explains that the main goal of social life is to achieve happiness (al-sa‘ādah), which is not only related to material welfare but also includes moral, intellectual, and spiritual values. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach by analyzing the works of Al-Farabi and various relevant scientific literatures. The results show that the concept of social welfare according to Al-Farabi is based on four main principles: social happiness, social justice, community cooperation, and the role of morality and education. These principles indicate that social welfare is not only dependent on economic aspects but also on ethical values, wise leadership, and social cooperation within society. Furthermore, Al-Farabi’s thought is also relevant to modern economic development, particularly in terms of distributive justice, moral-based development, and the role of the state in achieving public welfare.
