Abstract

Demands of tasks given to employees to work on which must be completed within a predetermined time. While work effectiveness is the success of an employee who is able to carry out and complete the tasks assigned by an organization or group in a timely manner, so that the agreed goals are achieved within a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload on the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Wanda Jaya Property (Linda Regency) in Mabuun, Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 80 people. Because the author uses a saturated sample, the sample is taken from the entire population. The analysis tool uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The amount of influence is 69.7% and 31% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: Workload, Work Effectiveness, Property.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Is there any effect of working capital turnover on the net income of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. 2) How big is the influence of working capital turnover on the net profit of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study is 14 automotive companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange that meet the criteria and the number of samples is 42 observations. This study uses a quantitative approach in which information or data is presented in the form of numbers. Data collection is done by documentation and literature study. These data are then processed with the SPSS application, and interpreted in such a way as to reach a conclusion. Turnover of working capital shows the effectiveness of the use of working capital in generating sales which shows the company's ability to generate profits in relation to sales. In other words, it can be interpreted that if the turnover of the company's working capital is high, it is certain that the sales generated will also be high, which will have the potential to increase the profits earned by the company. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of working capital turnover on net income. That 7.8% variation in net profit variable is influenced by variations in working capital turnover variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 92.2% of the variation in the net profit variable can be influenced by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

Efforts made by the Village Head to be able to invite taxpayers and the community in providing counseling, improving services and in awarding can increase public awareness to pay taxes. The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the factors that influence public awareness in Lukbayur Village in paying land and building tax, (2) to find out the efforts to increase public awareness in paying land and building tax, (3) to find out the obstacles that faced by the Village government to increase public awareness in Lukbayur Village in paying Land and Building Tax. The technique used in conducting research or data collection is by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. In this study, for the purposes of data analysis, the authors did not use statistical analysis techniques in the sense that they were not related to scores and scales. The role of the Village Head as a Motivator to Increase the community in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) has played a role, it's just that the realization has not been achieved and there is still a lack of public awareness of taxpayers. The level of awareness/compliance of taxpayers can be influenced by various factors, including lack of knowledge of taxation including sanctions in the field of taxation, lack of information regarding the role and function of taxes for state development, and income levels of taxpayers that are disproportionate to the amount of tax to be paid by taxpayers. Abstract

Community participation is needed in determining policies and decisions and is often discussed in various areas, both in urban and rural areas because we can see that the influence of this participation is so great, this community participation determines a plan or programs that are around them, the success of a program without the existence of community participation will not run well, community participation will be needed in planning or programs, so that programs run as they should. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how community participation in the infrastructure development of Lukbayur Village, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. The technique used in conducting research or data collection is by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. In this study, for the purposes of data analysis, the authors did not use statistical analysis techniques in the sense that they were not related to scores and scales. Instead, they only used simple statistical analysis techniques with percentages (%) and then the data obtained from the respondents were analyzed or processed to become descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the people of Lukbayur Village, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency in development, especially the construction of farming roads in Lukbayur Village, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency has not been satisfactory and cannot be categorized (66.72%), this is because community work and education level are factors obstacles in the development of farm road infrastructure. Abstract

Street vendors are small traders who sell in a public place such as roadsides, parks, overhang shops, markets without a business permit from the government. Because of this, the existence of street vendors is considered very important to be controlled by the local government with the task of assisting Satpol PP in an effort to organize public space, so that it looks more neat and beautiful in accordance with the spatial function of Regency/City cities, one of whose goals is realizing a balance of development, utilization of space or development of areas within the city. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2018 in Controlling Street Vendors (Case Study of Tanjung Expo Center). The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The source of the data in this study was to collect information from 5 informants, namely 1 Head of Satpol PP, 2 members of Satpol PP and 2 street vendors, as well as using interactive model data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the research and discussion on the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2018 in Controlling Street Vendors (Case Study at Tanjung Expo Center), the authors can conclude that controlling street vendors at Tanjung Expo Center is categorized as implemented. Abstract

One of the business units established by the village government to improve the economy of the village community is the Village Owned Enterprise. BUMDes is a breakthrough innovation for every village as an effort to increase PADes or Village Original Income. BUMDes management is fully carried out by the village community, namely from the village, by the village, and for the village. Efforts to increase the prosperity and welfare of the people require fair and balanced economic development, in order to increase the prosperity and welfare of the people from the village level so that villages do not only depend on the central government. This study aims to determine and analyze the Policy Evaluation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Karya Mandiri seen at the Implementation Stage (Case Study on BUMDes Karya Mandiri, Kapar Village, Murung Pudak Subdistrict, Tabalong Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Descriptive research is research which aims to describe a character of a variable, group or social phenomenon that is currently happening in society Using the CIPP Evaluation Theory by Stufflebeam, namely: Context Evaluation (background evaluation), Input Evaluation (identification of human resource capabilities, tools, and costs), Process Evaluation (identification of the obstacles to program implementation), Product Evaluation (identification of the results of program implementation).The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data.The data analysis technique used in this research is mo data analysis technique. Miles and Huberman's interactive del which includes data reduction, display, and conclusion drowing or verification. The results of the study show that the Policy Evaluation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Karya Mandiri seen at the Implementation Stage (Case Study on BUMDes Karya Mandiri Kapar Village, Murung Pudak Subdistrict, Tabalong Regency is categorized as Not Successful. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of financial statements in order to measure financial performance at CV. Yazid Brothers Farm for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative research, applying a quantitative approach, namely by applying financial reports to assess financial performance by using the calculation of financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. The results of this study indicate that the industry standard for the liquidity ratio (current ratio) is 263.73% which is above 200% of the industry average so that it is categorized as healthy. Meanwhile (quick ratio) of 23.84% which is below 150% of the industry average so that it is categorized as unhealthy. In the solvency ratio (debt to equity ratio of 19.24% which is below 90% of the industry average and debt to asset ratio of 15.91% which is below 35% of the industry average) so that it is categorized as unhealthy . In the profitability ratio (net profit margin of 3.29% which is below 20% of the industry average, return on assets is 2.35% which is below 30% of the industry average and Return on equity is 2, 84% which is below 40% of the industry average) so it is categorized as unhealthy. The activity ratio (total asset turnover) is 2.87 times which is above 2 times the industry average so it is categorized as healthy. Meanwhile (fixed asset turnover) is 4.56 times which is below 5 times the industry average so it is categorized as unhealthy. Keywords: Financial Statements and Financial Performance.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants its employees to have achievements because having employees who excel can improve their performance. The aims of this study were (1) to find out whether work stress affects employee performance at PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. (2) To find out how much influence work stress has on employee performance at PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 301 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, sampling based on special selection, the researcher made certain criteria for who was used as a sample of informants. The samples taken in this study were HRD, Ehs and Lab-AQC employees, totaling 34 people. Sources of data obtained by questionnaire and data documents or archives from PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. Data processing uses Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Based on the results of hypothesis testing (1) work stress affects employee performance at PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. (2) The magnitude of the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Bumi Jaya Tabalong Regency by 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% is influenced by factors outside of this study. Abstract

Direct village fund cash assistance is sourced from the Village Fund to reduce the economic impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Government programs that have short-term compensation in helping the poor, more precisely, households that are classified as poor are entitled to receive this assistance. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in Juai Village, Tanjung Subdistrict, Tabalong Regency, in knowing what criteria the poor are entitled to and are more appropriate to be given priority assistance. Poor families who meet the following criteria: Poor families who are not included in the recipients of PKH, BPNT, and Pre-Employment Card assistance, Poor families who have lost their livelihoods due to Covid-19, and Have family members who are prone to chronic illness in accordance with PERMENDES Number 6 Year 2020 . This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The research data collection was obtained from conducting interviews with 5 informants. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model of data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Implementation of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance is in accordance with Permendes Number 6 of 2020 for Poor Communities Affected by Covid-19 in Juai Village, Tanjung Subdistrict, Tabalong Regency. Abstract

Research on the role of the Village Head seen from the informational aspect in the implementation of farm road infrastructure development in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima Subdistrict, East Barito Regency is important to do, because there are still several obstacles found in the implementation of farm road infrastructure development in what has been implemented so far, one of which is namely from the role of the Village Head as a monitor, provider of information by providing information to subordinates about all matters related to road construction, and the role of the Tewah Pupuh Village Head as a spokesperson for the community. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of the village head from an informational perspective in the implementation of infrastructure development for farming roads in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima Subdistrict, East Barito Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Techniques for collecting data through an interview process accompanied by observation and documentation. Source of data in this study is to take 5 respondents, data analysis and measurement criteria. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village head seen from the informational aspect in the implementation of the infrastructure development for farming roads in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima Subdistrict, East Barito Regency, has played a significant role. Based on the results of the study, the role of the village head from monitoring indicators, informants, and spokespersons in planning and implementation activities played a significant role in the development of farming road infrastructure in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima Subdistrict, East Barito Regency.
