Abstract

The role of leadership in the village government in carrying out its duties and obligations is assisted by village officials to run the wheels of the village government. Government Regulation Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which contains "Village Government is the implementation of government affairs by the village government and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in regulating and managing the interests of the local community based on the origins of local customs that are recognized and respected in the system. the government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The village government is the village head, and the village apparatus is an element of village government organizers. The village head must enforce the work discipline of village officials. In this study, problems were found related to the lack of discipline of village officials regarding working hours. This study aimed to determine the Role of Leadership in Enforcing the Work Discipline of Village Officials (Case Study in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima District) East Barito Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Using Hasibuan's theory (2017: 194) about eight indicators that affect work discipline: 1). Goals and abilities, 2). Exemplary leaders, 3). Retribution, 4). Justice, 5). supervision attached, 6). Firmness, 7). Legal Sanctions, 8). Human Relations. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Leadership in Enforcing Work Discipline for Village Apparatus (Case Study in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima District) East Barito Regency has played a significant role. Abstract

In implementing public services, some factors influence each other on the quality of service, and these factors can be a consideration for service providers to improve service quality. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the service of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. The study used quantitative descriptive methods. The research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. The population in this study was the entire community who received marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. The number of samples in this study was 30 people using the Accidental Sampling technique, which consisted of 1 Head of Office, four employees, and 25 people who received marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The primary data collection instrument used a closed questionnaire distributed to all samples using the Guttman scale as the measurement scale. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques using percentages. The results of the research conducted indicate that the factors that influence the quality of marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District, are physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), competence, friendliness (courtesy), trust (credibility). ), security (security), access (access), communication (communication), and understanding the customer (understanding the customer). Abstract

Social assistance is the provision of assistance from the Regional Government to individuals, family groups and/or communities. The program appears as a manifestation of government action that contains certain values aimed at solving public problems by utilizing available resources. The public problem in question is the problem of poverty. The background of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) is efforts to maintain the consumption level of Target Households (RTS) as a result of the pandemic which has had an impact on the economy of the community, especially the affected poor. The aim of BLT is to help the poor so that they can still meet their basic needs, preventing a decline in the welfare of the poor due to economic difficulties. The nature of this assistance is not continuous and selective. This assistance is in the form of money or goods whose recipients are adjusted to the regional financial capacity and the level of poverty in the area. The aim is to maintain people's purchasing power in meeting basic daily needs, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by taking into account the principles of fairness, propriety, rationalism and benefits for the community. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of direct cash assistance is for the poor affected by Covid-19 (a case study of cash social assistance) in the Harus village, Muara harus Sub-District, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation then analyzed based on research problems. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of direct cash assistance to the poor affected by Covid-19 (a case study of cash social assistance) in the Harus Village, Muara Harus Sub-District, Tabalong Regency is seen from 4 indicators (program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, input and output levels). , and achievement of overall goals) have not been effective. Abstract

The forms of participation consist of 3 forms: Participation in the planning stage, Participation in the implementation stage and participation in the utilization stage. However, the variety and level of participation is often found in the number of individuals involved. The success of the implementation of development depends on the role of government and society, both of which must be able to work together. Without involving the community, the government will never achieve optimal development results, and vice versa without the government's role, development will not run in an orderly and directed manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in the implementation of the Development of Community Water Supply and Sanitation (Pamsimas) in Marindi Village, Haruai Sub-District, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with quantitative techniques. The data analysis used is tabulation analysis using the frequency formula put forward by Muhammad Ali (1998:184). While the data collection techniques in this study are: 1) Observation 2) Questionnaire (questionnaire) 3) Documentation. The questionnaires were distributed to 40 families from RT 03 to RT 07 so that each RT had 8 families who received questionnaires for discussion. The results of this study indicate that the Level of Community Participation in the Implementation of Community Water Supply and Sanitation Development (PAMSIMAS) in Marindi Village, Haruai Sub-District, Tabalong Regency is categorized as Medium. This can be seen from the recapitulation results with a percentage of 44.4%. Keywords: Level of Community Participation, Development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios on financial distress in manufacturing companies (multiple industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2020. The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample is a manufacturing company in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has distributed financial reports for the 2019-2020 period that meet the criteria, namely 33 companies per year, so for a total sample of 66 observations. In this study, the technique used is a quantitative approach in which the information or data contained in this study is presented in the form of numbers. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an effect of the profitability ratio on financial distress in manufacturing companies (various industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 as seen from the results of one-sided testing using a significance level of α = 5% (0, 05) so that the results show significant. And t count = 5.572 > t table = 2.040. Based on the results of data analysis through the SPSS program, it shows that there is an effect of the profitability ratio on financial distress in manufacturing companies (various industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 of 56% and the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Abstract

The Influence of Store Atmosphere on Product Purchasing Decisions at Borneo Tanjung Minimarket. One of the considerations in making purchasing decisions is an attractive store atmosphere. Store atmosphere can affect the feelings or mood of consumers who visit the store so that it influences and enhances purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of store atmosphere on product purchasing decisions at Borneo Tanjung Minimarket; 2) To determine the magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere on product purchasing decisions at Borneo Tanjung Minimarket. This research uses quantitative methods. The average number of population is 417 people in 1 day, which is used as a sample in this study as many as 80 respondents. The sample technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique. The questionnaire is the main instrument for collecting data. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis test using SPSS Version 26 software. The results show that (1) There is a significant influence of Store Atmosphere (X) on Purchase Decision (Y) at Minimarket Borneo Tanjung, because the tcount is greater than the value ttable and the significant value is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted; (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Store Atmosphere on purchasing decisions is 63.4%, the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables tested, such as price, service quality, and product quality. Abstract

Stunting or short stature is a growth disorder that is mostly caused by nutritional problems. The role of parents is very important to prevent these problems. Stunting according to WHO is a developmental disorder experienced by children due to malnutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. Children are defined as stunted if their height for age is more than two standard deviations below the WHO child growth standard median. Stunting in early life is especially noticed in the first 1,000 days to two years of age. Growth retardation has a detrimental functional impact on the child. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the extent to which the understanding and success of Stunting Management Policy Implementation was seen from the Communication Aspect in Simpung Layung Village, Muara Uya District, Tabalong Regency from Communication Indicators, Human Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Techniques for collecting data through the process of observation, interviews and data analysis according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) are interactive analysis models 1. Data condensation stage, 2. Data display/data presentation, 3. Conclusion: Drawing/verifying (drawing conclusions) . Based on the research results obtained by researchers at the research location, the Implementation of Stunting Management Policy in View of the Communication Aspect in Simpung Layung Village, Muara Uya Sub-District, Tabalong Regency was implemented. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on firm value as measured by ratios/financial indicators. This type of research is quantitative research using manufacturing financial reports listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the data collection method used is a purposive sampling approach and IDX LQ45 based on manufacturing company criteria, listing for 4 consecutive years in the 2018-2021 period. Processing techniques and data analysis were carried out using multiple linear test equipment through the GesCA analysis test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that financial performance has an effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The magnitude of the influence of the financial performance variable (X) on firm value (Y) is 44.2% and the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to find out and analyze the effect of rewards on employee performance at CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong (2) to analyze how much influence rewards have on employee performance at CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong. Research using quantitative methods. The research was conducted at the CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong office. The overall population at CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong is less than 100 people, namely 37 employees, so all populations are taken for this study. The research sample in this study used a probability sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each member of the population. The total population in the CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong office is 37 employees so all populations are used in this study sample, namely 37 employee respondents at CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong with the main criteria being employees at the CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong office. Data analysis using the Gesca Offline program uses a significance level of 5%, so if it does not meet the significance level, the hypothesis is rejected. The results showed (1) There was an effect of reward on employee performance at CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong (2) The magnitude of the effect of reward on employee performance at CV Yamaha Surya Prima Tanjung Tabalong was 49.7% and the remaining 50.3% was influenced by factors outside this study. Abstract

Intense competition in the business world demands an increase in the company's human resources (HR) in terms of quality. Companies demand that the human resources involved in them must be able to compete, survive, and be able to win the competition. Employees become planners, executors, and controllers who always play an active role in realizing organizational or industrial goals. And the company's goals will be achieved if employees get the expected job satisfaction. The aims of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of workload on job satisfaction of CV Yazid Bersaudara employees, Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency. 2) To determine the magnitude of the influence of workload on job satisfaction of employees of CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency. Research using quantitative methods. The collection of research data was obtained from questionnaires and observations. The population in this study were all employees of CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency, with a total of 32 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique is equal to the total population. Data analysis techniques use the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) program. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an effect of workload on employee job satisfaction at CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch. 2) The magnitude of the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction at CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch is 54.3% and the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables studied.
