<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas tentang keterlibatan tokoh Melayu dalam pemilihan kepala daerah 2018 di Kota Palembang. Ketokohan akan sangat berperan penting dalam memenangkan pertarungan diantara partai politik di kota Palembang, faktor adat dan tokoh lokal cukup berperan. Sementara tokoh adat dan tokoh agama, memiliki pengaruh tersendiri untuk masyarakat. Tokoh masyarakat melayu merupakan orang yang memiliki pengaruh dan dihormati oleh masyarakat karena kekayaan pengetahuannya. Peran keterlibatan tokoh budaya Melayu terhadap elektabilitas calon Kepala Daerah di Kota Palembang, diketahui banyak para tokoh ulama maupun tokoh masyarakat yang dijadikan tim sukses maupun pendukung utama dari tiap-tiap pasangan calon walikota/wakil walikota Palembang. Politik lokal kian berkembang sebagai kekuatan bak bola salju yang kian lama kian berkembang sebagai kekuatan yang bisa mempengaruhi sistem perpolitikan di Kota Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Evaluation of Education is as a subsystem of implementing management of education that positionedas an educational institution having a centralistic position and becoming a media that accommodates the public assessment of the outcomes (output and outcome) achieved. Through the optimization of education evaluation evaluation has a positive impact on the cultivation of the values of public trust as one of the factors that contribute to the success of management of an educational institution because without buliding and actualizing trust well, the public only as a spectator who has apathy character of the effort of quality development both ranging from input quality, process and output. Ideally the implications of optimizing the implementation of the evaluation mechanism of education can be an instrument of the process of comparing the existing situation with certain criteria to the problems associated with academic in an educational institution because the evaluation of education is actually not only assessing the learning outcomes of students in a certain level of education, regarding the assessment of various aspects affecting the student’s learning process, such as evaluation of teachers, curriculum, methods, means of infrastructure, environment and so on. In general the scope of evaluation in the field of education in schools includes three main components namely: Evalua- tion of teaching programs, Evaluation of teaching implementation process, and Evaluation of learning outcomes. . ]]>

<![CDATA[Cirebon merupakan “jantung” kota bagi beberapa kabupaten yaitu Indramayu, Majalengka, dan Kuningan. Ia mendapat julukan sebagai kota wali, dengan amanat Sunan Gunung Jati, “Ingsun titip tajug lan fakir Miskin”. Akan tetapi jika malam tiba, identitas kehidupan religious kota wali seakan-akan sontak berubah, terutama pada malam Jum’at. Pada satu jama’ah tertentu, Peziarah berduyun-duyun datang ke Makam wali, tapi pada rombongan lainya justru mengunjungi tempat warung remang-remang (Warem) yang dihuni oleh para gadis malam. Uniknya, lokasi tersebut berdekatan dengan kantor kepolisian sektor kota (Polsekta). Penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan tentang, bagaimana hegemoni superstruktur terhadap gadis malam motor matik di kota Cirebon? Apa pendapat masyarakat terhadap status sosial gadis malam? <![CDATA[The management of national education is essentially an integral part of the education management system and process as a whole in achieving national education and development goals. Government policies and efforts are proposed by experts in addressing national education management issues. Implementation of basic education seen from various aspects, politics, technical education, culture and professional, it is clear that the problem of basic educa- tion management is not a small problem and cannot be placed in a simple dichotomy: centralistic vs. decentralistic. A centralized education management system has been shown to have made little progress in improving the quality of education in general. Even in certain cases, centralized management has resulted in the sterilization of creativity in edu- cational units of various types and levels of education. To overcome the stagnation in the field of education is required a new paradigm in the field of education. ]]>

<![CDATA[The main aim in this paper is to determine the specificity of the nature of the science of law (being suigeneris) and the development of the jurisprudence of the various schools that dominate the priodesasi the development of science in general. Besides, it is also about schools posistisme studied law which is still to be the center of various legal studies, although these schools has been criticized by experts, especially after the emergence of the theory of relativity sebagaiman effect on natural sciences (exact). Indonesia actually embrace pluralism in the law, but in practice dominated by the understanding of legal positivism. This understanding on the one hand a major contribution to the establishment of law in Indonesia, especially in relation to the legal hierarchy. <![CDATA[Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah banyaknya lansia yang ada di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Manna Bengkulu Selatan yang tidak bisa baca Al-Quran, dan juga meneliti sejauh mana peran seorang guru PAI Membina hal ini. Bahkan masih sering kita jumpai ketika pengajian anggota pengajian tidak mampu membaca Al-Quran, hal ini sangat di sayangkan di zaman sekarang masih ada warga yang demikain padahal hampir di setiap daerah ada guru yang bias di manfaatkan untuk belajar membaca Al-Quran. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana kemampuan baca Al-Quran pada lansia pada Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Manna Bengkulu Selatan. (2) Bagaimana Peran guru PAI Membina buta baca Al-Quran di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Manna Bengkulu Selatan (3) Apa saja faktor penghambat guru PAI dalam membina buta baca Al-Quran di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Manna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Kemampuan Baca Al-Quran Pada Lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Manna untuk saat ini sudah cukup baik dan mumpuni. (2) Peran guru PAI Membina buta baca Al-Quran pada lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Manna sudah cukup baik dengan mengadakan pembelajaran atau pengajian setia soreh rabu dan jum’at. dan para Guru PAI juga menerapkan metode pelajaran iqro yang mudah di pahami oleh para Lansia.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the religious movements in Indonesia who care about the fate of the backwardness of the people in its various aspects and maintenance the tradition versus modernist is NU. Therefore, the presences of NU in addition to preserve the understand of Islam of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah, but also to stem the flow of radical religious movements. Therefore, KH MA Sahal Mahfudh as one of the key figures of NU then initiated a paradigm of social jurisprudence to address the problem. Based on this paradigm, the goal of this study was to explore the social paradigm of ijtihad jurisprudence by MA KH Sahal Mahfudh along with social jurisprudence product in addressing the actual problems of the people. The theoretical framework used is thought of M Amin Abdullah, while the method of this study is descriptive-analytic study. The results show that the paradigm of ijtihad jurisprudence social proposed by KH MA Sahal Mahfudh is built on reason and revelation or naqliyah and aqliyah proportionally, so using the framework of M Amin Abdullah, the paradigm of ijtihad jurisprudence proposed by KH MA Sahal Mahfudh include into interconnected entities approach category which where there is a balance between the use of aqliyah and naqliyah propositionally. The products of the legal jurisprudence was seen in building social dynamics and the livelihood of the people, both in the field ukhuwah, economics, Siyasah ‘Aliyah Samiyah, as well as the understanding of Aswaja in order to answer the problems of actual people in Indonesia]]>
