Abstract

Sanitation is an important study because it is one of the fundamental aspects of human rights and has a broad impact when sanitation development is neglected. The problem of sanitation is not just a matter of building sanitation facilities and infrastructure but a problem of community hygiene. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of promoting community-based Total Sanitation (STBM) health in Kebaman Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a qualitative study and was carried out on 1-27 July 2019 in Kebaman Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi District. The subjects of this study were all who were involved in this study including the main informants namely youth clubs, community leaders, and CBTS cadre and triangulation informants from Kebaman Village residents and PKM Kebaman sanitarians. Data collection in this study uses interview guidelines with semi-structured questions using mobile media to record and document. The results showed that the commitment to the implementation of the STBM program in the village of Kebaman had not been maximized as a whole because socialization and coordination to those who could support the implementation of the STBM program had not been fully carried out maximally and community empowerment of the STBM program through triggering had never been carried out. reaching all levels of society so there is a need for socialization and coordination with cross-sectoral and cross-program collaboration

Abstract

The low laboratory examination in pregnant women is influenced by several factors, one of which is family support, the role of health and distance with health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family support factors, the role of health workers, and the distance to laboratory examination behavior in pregnant women. Sumberpucung Health Center. This research design is correlation analytic. The population in this study were all pregnant women in Puskesmas Sumbepucung amounted to 140 large sample of 104 respondents with a sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The independent variable is family support, the role of health workers, and distance of health services while the dependent variable is the behavior of laboratory examinations. The test used is linear regression. Based on the analysis using the statistical test of linear regression obtained p value of family support of 0.01, because ρ-value <0.05 then H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, which means there is an influence of family support for behavior while for the role of health workers is obtained p value 0.846 and for a distance of p value 0.664 so that there is no influence of the role of health workers and distance on behavior. Family relationship is the most influential factor in laboratory examination behavior. Family support is a psychosocial support that is able to provide emotional strength to the mother. Family affection by providing support to pregnant women can provide motivation for mothers so that mothers conduct laboratory examinations

Abstract

Nurses in providing nursing services must be professional so that maximum performance results. If the performance of nurses in basic services is maximized, the quality of the quality of health services will be better. Declining performance results in a sense of patient and family satisfaction, which will have an impact on the quality of hospital services. . Factors that influence the risk of decreased performance are workload, work stress and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work stress and work motivation on the performance of nurses in the inpatient installation of Dr. Sayidiman Magetan Hospital. The research design used was quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Proposinal Random Sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using the ordinal regression test. The results showed, from the results of statistical tests stimulatively obtained p value of 0,000 <α = 0.05, meaning that all independent variables jointly influence the dependent variable. Statistical test results partially found that there was an influence between workload and work stress on nurses 'performance while, there was no effect between work motivation on nurses' performance, with p values for each variable namely workload (p <0,000), work stress ( p <0.007), work motivation (p <0.862). Ordinal regression analysis shows work motivation is a variable that does not affect the performance of nurses with a value (p <0.862> 0.05). Nurse performance is influenced by workload factors, work stress and work motivation, so these aspects need to be managed well in the hope of getting better performance results and service quality

Abstract

In the current condition, referral cases to third-level health services for cases that should have been completed at third-level services are still quite high. If the patient has complications, severity of illness, the presence of other chronic diseases that are difficult and patients with decreased immune system, all of whom need further treatment, the primary care physician must promptly and accurately make a judgment and decide to do it reference. The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing physicians to refer patients to Regional Hospital Eduardo Ximenes Baucau. Timor Leste. The design of this study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach with the focus of the research directed to explore factors that influence doctors to refer patients to Regional Hospital Eduardo Ximenes Baucau. Timor Leste with a sample of 15 informants taken by purposive sampling technique. The findings show that the patient referral system from the Community Health Center to Reffrel Hospital starts when the patient arrives then the doctor will check whether or not to be referred. Criteria that become the doctor's hand in making a referral when referring a patient have the hand criteria namely the patient's condition and facilities. The role of the Medical Team is to make a decision before referring patients. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for patient referral. There are special services for patients, especially veteran patients, diplomats, and public figures. To refer a patient to another health facility the doctor must see whether the patient's condition is included in the referral criteria or not. In addition, a doctor must also look at health facilities. If the facilities are inadequate, the doctor can make a patient referral. In addition there are drug and HR criteria. That is, doctors need to pay attention to the stock of drugs they have. Then HR (Human Resources) in this case is a specialist doctor

Abstract

Maternal mortality during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium fase is an evaluation of maternal health status before pregnancy. The period of preparation for marriage is the right time to do a thorough preparation in physical health, psychological and social health. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the management of premarital counseling and health screening program in Kediri. The research design is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques with semi-structured questions with 21 informants. From the research result shows that the premarital counseling and health screening program in Kediri include four aspects of management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. In the planning process it has not been implemented optimally because this program is still new and a top down program implemented under SE Mayor No. 441.7 / 7178 / 419.108 / 2017 so the process of analyzing the program situation specifically must be done more optimally. In the function of organizing the premarital program, it does not have a formal team, inter professional collaboration is carried out according to its authority so that the sense of ownership of the program is not yet strong in program implementers. In the implementation function, this program is an individual health effort of the Public Health Center with clear service flow and administrative system, coordinating with the stakeholders. The assessment function must optimize in monitoring, supervision and appreciation so that it becomes the leverage force for the achievement of program objectives
