Abstract

This This research aims to determine the direct influence, indirect influence and total influence between Discipline, Education and Training, Job Description, Skills and Communication on Employee Performance (Case Study at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia, Sanitary Division, Cikupa unit, Tangerang). The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 343 respondents who are employees of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia, Sanitary division, Cikupa unit, Tangerang. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SPSS Version 20.0 program. The results of the analysis state: variables X1 (Discipline), X2 (Education and Training), X4 (Skills) and X5 (Communication) are significantly correlated with endogenous variables, namely: PT Employee Performance. Surya Toto Indonesia, Sanitary Division, Cikupa unit, Tangerang and produced the structural equation Y = 0.172 The direct influence, indirect influence and total influence of variables X1 (Discipline), X2 (Education and Training), X4 (Skills) and SPSS. The research results show that the total influence of X1 (discipline) on Y (employee performance) is 0.0648 or 6.48%. The total influence of X2 (education and training) on ​​Y (employee performance) is 0.0739 or 7.39%. The total influence of X4 (skill) on Y (employee performance) is 0.0735 or 7.35%. The total influence of X5 (communication) on Y (employee performance) is 0.1801 or 18.01%. The total influence of X1 (discipline), X2 (education and training), X4 (skills) and X5 (communication) on the performance of PT employees. Surya Toto Indonesia unit Cikupa, Tangerang, was 0.393 or 39.3%

Abstract

Implementing laws and regulations in reducing traffic accidents is a crucial step in improving road safety. Traffic accidents have a serious impact on society and the country's economy. Implementation of laws and regulations includes safety standards, rule enforcement, deterrent and deterrent effects, public education, and regular evaluation. This helps create a safer traffic environment and reduces the potential for accidents. However, implementing laws and regulations is only one part of a comprehensive traffic safety solution. Support from other efforts such as improving road infrastructure and quality driving education is needed. The importance of implementing laws and regulations is also in reducing the social, economic and environmental impacts of traffic accidents. Therefore, continuous efforts to improve the effectiveness of laws and regulations and public awareness of the importance of road safety are essential to create a safer and better traffic environment for everyone. Suggestions involve strengthening law enforcement, traffic safety education, regulatory evaluation, stakeholder cooperation, and improving safe road infrastructure. Further research is also needed to develop more effective strategies for improving traffic safety. By implementing these suggestions, it is hoped that traffic accidents can be minimized, and people can feel safer when carrying out activities on the road.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi kerja dan Disiplinkerja terhadap Kinerja Karyaan Bagian Produksi PT Power Steel Indonesia KabupatenTangerang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlahsampel ebesar 30 orang karyawan bagian produksi PT Power Steel Indonesia KabupatenTangerang. Dari hasil analisis data berdasarkan analisis data ang di peroleh denganpengujian menggunakan software SPSS versi 22 diperoleh hasil bahwa Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa Motivasi Kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan padavariabel Kinerja Karyawan. Ini ditunjukakan bahwa hasil perhitungan SPSS denganperolehan nilai t hitung < t tabel untuk variabel Motivasi kerja (X1) adalah (1,770< 2,051)dengan nilai signifikansi 0,088 > 0,05 . Dan Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa DisiplinKerja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai0,000< 0,05. berdasarkan hasil pengujian t hitung < t tabel untuk variabel Disiplin kerja (X2)adalah (5,240 >2,051) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05.. Kemudian Berdasarkan uji Fanalisis pertama diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 90,156 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin kerjaberpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan.
