Abstract

The learning process at SMPN 1 IV JURAI is still conventional, that the teaching and learning process between students and teachers is only carried out by meetings between students and teachers in the classroom. If the teacher is absent and the learning time is limited by the school, then automatically the learning process will be hampered because it still relies on face-to-face meetings in the classroom. The design of this web-based E-Learning information system at SMPN 1 IV JURAI aims to make it easier for teachers to provide subject matter and exams for students at UPT SMPN 1 IV JURAI. The development of information systems in making this software uses PHP as a script language used to create web pages and MySQL as a database for data storage. This final project produces an e-learning information system that will be able to help and facilitate teachers and students in the teaching and learning process and streamline the teaching and learning process at UPT SMPN 1 IV JURAI. With this online learning class can help the teaching and learning process to be more optimal. Students can easily get subject matter, exams and make it easy to collect assignments and exams and find out the results / grades they get.

Abstract

Nurhikmah Mosque is a mosque located in Kampung Melayu Nanggalo Padang. This research is motivated by the problem of the Nurhikmah Mosque, which currently does not have an information system for managing donations. The large number of donors must come directly to the Nurhikmah Mosque, so it takes time to get to the location of the mosque, if the donor is far from the location of the Nurhikmah Mosque. To overcome this problem, a management system is needed that can be accessed easily by the community. The research conducted in this final project is to create and design a web-based donation information system for the Nurhikmah Mosque. This information system is made with Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL database. The research method used is waterfall. Starting with system analysis, design, coding and the final stage is system testing. The purpose of this system that will be created is to make it easier for the wider community to make donations/charity to the Nurhikmah Mosque.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the main problems faced in social life. With this, the Indonesian government took the initiative to help poor people, this aims to eradicate poverty in Indonesia. To expedite this program, villages are obliged to register poor people who deserve to receive direct assistance from the center. And the data obtained is deposited to the center. The method for collecting data on poor people usually must comply with the rules determined by the central government. However, Nagari Tandikat Padang Pariaman Regency in the Raskin data collection system still uses conventional methods by recording on paper, and the Raskin data archive often loses or is damaged. This results in time inefficiencies and inaccuracies in data archiving. This data collection process is one of the problems that arises in every village. Therefore, in this report an information system for processing data on poor people for the Raskin and Nagari Tandikat programs was created as the object of the Final Project. This information system is a data processing information system for poor people. This aims to build a Data Processing Information System for Poor People for the Poor Rice Program (Raskin). The research method used for this final assignment uses SDLC with UML system design tools. The programming language used to design the application is the PHP programming language with a MySql database.

Abstract

The management of stock and sales results at the Cendia cosmetics store is still done manually, so there is often a buildup of documents and sales reports. With this system, it is hoped that the management of stock and sales results will be more effective and efficient so as to produce accurate reports. The research method used is by analyzing the current system and identifying needs using the system development life cycle (SDLC) with UML design tools. This information system was created to make the process of managing stock and sales results at the Cendia cosmetics store easier to be more effective and efficient because all data has been stored in database form and produces more accurate output reports on stock management and sales results as expected. The information system for managing stock and web-based sales results at the Cendia cosmetics store has been computerized so that it can save time and energy compared to the old system and stock management becomes more effective and efficient

Abstract

Bus is one of the most widely used means of transportation by the public because the price is affordabable for the lower middle class. In the service of purchasing bus tickets in PO Tranex Padang city is done by going directly to the PO or call to the agen oon duty.this kind of booking process has shortcomings where employees are hassles in recording and often errors occur in recording tiket reservations. This study aims to design a ticket purchasing system to facilitate the leadership of employees and passengers in the management of bus tickets. Metodology used in the manufacture of this system is using the SDLC method, namely ; planning the creaction of aplictions, analysis that is collecting needs ind infomation in the manufacture os systems, system design that is designing softwere architecture and interface representation, design that is designing the stucture and appearance of the aplication, as well as application tials conducted by computers with windows 10 operating system. Hopefully this application can help user in making ticket sales transction

Abstract

The design of a web-based filing system at SMK SMAK Padang aims to overcome the problem of an ineffective and efficient filing system at SMK SMAK Padang. The process of controlling the filing system that runs at SMK SMAK Padang is still done manually. This can slow down the search process for letter archives at the school. The system design in this Final Project (TA) was built using a website platform and run online. The research method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). System design tools use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method using 4 design diagrams namely Usecase Diagrams, Sequence Daigrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams.

Abstract

The design of this system aims to produce a web-based employee payroll data processing information system and produce applications that can be implemented at the Detancio Dental Clinic.The design of this system was built using a website platform and run online. The research method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model approach which consists of 5 stages, namely, a) Analysis b) Design c) Implementation d) Maintenance e) Planning. The programming language used is (PHP), and the database application uses a data processor (MySql) as the database (RDBMS). The system design tool uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method using 4 (four) diagrams according to design needs, namely Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.This web-based Employee Payroll Information System makes it easier for clinical staff to process salary data and report employee salary data at the Detancio Dental clinic.

Abstract

To meet the needs of Saudara Pharmacy, there will be an Android-based sales information system that uses the Waterfall method to manage the sales of medicines and other health products. Need analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance are the stages of the Waterfall method, chosen because of its systematic and sequential approach. This method makes it easy for the developer team to ensure that each stage of development is well completed before proceeding to the next stage. Information is collected about the operational needs of Saudara Pharmacy at the stage of needs analysis. This data is used to create a system that can monitor the stock of drugs, automate the sales process, and provide direct sales reports. The easy-to-use Android application to implement allows pharmacy employees to perform sales transactions quickly and accurately. Drug barcode scanning, inventory management, sales transaction recording, and the creation of daily sales reports are the main features of this app. The system is tested to ensure that the application works properly and has no errors. In addition, user feedback is collected and studied to enable improvements and features. It is expected that the Android-based Sales Information System at Saudara Pharmacy will improve operational efficiency, reduce sales recording errors, and provide accurate data for management to make decisions. Moreover, the system will increase customer satisfaction by providing faster and more accurate services.

Abstract

For businesses engaged in transportation services, a rental system is very important. A computerized system is needed to improve the efficiency and productivity of the rental system and ensure the availability of adequate human resources. PT. Bagindo Transwisata does not have a system that can handle all rental activities. The design of an effective and efficient tourist bus rental information system is needed because the process of recording and processing tourist bus rental data is still carried out using records in books and of course there is still the possibility of human error. System modeling is depicted visually through the use of UML (Unified Modeling Language), which is then implemented with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, with MySQL as the database used. This tourist bus rental information system is expected to help customers make transactions and help the administration and management departments create accurate rental reports. This will encourage effective and efficient performance and help make decision-making plans..
