AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis entrepreneurship dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa mata kuliah Manajemen Optik sebanyak 30 orang. Alat pengumpul data adalah angket dan dokumen hasil belajar Manajemen Optik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi ganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis entrepreneurship terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik; disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik; dan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis entrepreneurship dan disiplin belajarsecara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik. AbstractThe purpose of the research was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial learning and learning discipline on learning outcomes in Optical Management. This research used a correlational method. The research subjects were 30 students from the Optical Management course. Data collection tools are questionnaires about learning disciplines and study documentation of learning outcomes in Optical Management. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The research findings showed that there was an effect of entrepreneurship learning on learning outcomes in Optical Management, learning discipline affects learning outcomes in Optical Management, and there is an effect of entrepreneurship learning and learning discipline together on learning outcomes of Optical Management.

Acceptance of New Students of Padang National Space Flight Vocational High School conveys information about the Padang National Space Flight Vocational High School to the public through the internet. Besides, prospective students who will enroll in the Padang National Space Flight Vocational High School can make it easier for them to register online. The purpose of this research is to develop a new student registration information system at the Padang National Space Flight Vocational High School quickly and efficiently in the management and selection of prospective students. The data collection methods used in this Final Task preparation are Observation, Library Studies, and Interviews. The program using PHP and MySQL.

The regency of Padang Pariaman is one of the centres of the plantation to the plant oil in the region of West Sumatra. Many find various types of plant oil that spread in every area. Decision-Making system (DSS) should be able to understand the problems that exist that are the basis for the decision (the decision Maker) to determine the priority of the selection and determine the type of charcoal coconut charcoal quality to be used as briquettes. This study obtained the top Level (Goal) is the selection of Charcoal Material priorities approved as the purpose of this study. The Level of the heart (the Criterion) in the hierarchy that shows the criteria that the Color of the Skin, Coconut Fiber, Coconut Shell, water Content, Coconut Meat. The lowest Level (Alternatives) in the hierarchy that shows the alternate choice of the Type of Coconut, which is helpful as briquettes, that Old Coconut, Coconut Koreang, Coconut Mudang, Young Coconut. Of the highest rank possessed by the alternatives is the type of Old Coconuts (0.600) and second by the kind of Coconut Koreang 2 (0.242), the Type of Coconut 3 Coconut Mudang (0.113) and ranking low is a Young Coconut (0.046) as a material consideration in the manufacture of charcoal quality then in the analysis, the priority is the “Old Palm” Keywords: Coconut, Briquettes, Shell, DSS, AHP

Mini Resto AA Fried Chicken yang menyajikan makanan cepat saji kepada pelanggan. Selama ini proses proses pemesanan pada mini resto bisa dibilang mini dengan sistem elektronik. Yaitu dengan sistem pemesanan menggunakan kertas sering menimbulkan masalah pada saat pencatatan menu. Dan kesalahan pada proses pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pemesanan makanan, dengan menggunankan bahasa pemograman Php dan dirancang dengan perancangan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tujuan dari sistem ini untuk memberikan pelayanan lebih baik kapada pengunjung. Efesiensi dalam pemesanan menu dan menghindari terjadi kesalahan pada proses pembaran dan laporan. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah telah dibuatnya Sistem Pemesanan Makanan Pada Mini Resto AA Fried Chicken yang dapat mengelola sistem pelayanan, menentukan nomor meja, checking pesanan pada bagian dapur dan laporan penjualan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi konseling di SMA Negeri 1 Baso sebagai upaya mengatasi masalah sistem informasi konseling yang tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Proses pelaksanaan penyuluhan secara offline (tatap muka), dan pengolahan data penyuluhan secara manual mempengaruhi hasil pencatatan penyuluhan dan pelaksanaan penyuluhan.sistem ini dibangun menggunakan platform website dan dijalankan secara online. Metode penelitian menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu, a) Analisis b) Perancangan c) Implementasi d) Pemeliharaan e) Perencanaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah (PHP), dan aplikasi database menggunakan pengolah data (Mysql) sebagai database (RDBMS). Alat perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode UML (unifed modelling language) dengan menggunakan 4 (empat) diagram sesuai kebutuhan perancangan, yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu rancangan Sistem Informasi Konseling Berbasis Web yang dapat mempermudah proses pelaksanaan konseling, serta mempermudah penyajian data konseling dan pengolahannya. Sistem Informasi Konseling Berbasis Web di SMA Negeri 1 Baso Kabupaten Agam ini memudahkan dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan konseling. Perancangan sistem ini dapat mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan konseling dan pencatatan konseling menjadi lebih akurat.

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in rail transportation services. The company is very concerned about improving employee performance. Factors that affect achievement are career planning, work environment and work stress. Career planning is an opportunity created by the company in developing the talents possessed by its employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on employee performance in optimizing company functions so that they improve better. The data population processed in the study amounted to 510 people and the sample used was 83 people who were processed using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) in measuring the level of relationship of each variable with its construct indicators. The results obtained are the contribution of career planning, career environment, and work stress to employee performance of 46.5%, with 53.5% being influenced by other variables outside of this study. So that this research can be used as an indicator in optimizing employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of firm size and financial performance through GCG on value of the firm both directly and indirectly. This research was conducted at state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2017. The population used in this study is the financial statements of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2017. The number of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 20 companies. So the total population in this study is 120 BUMN financial statements for 6 years. The number of companies sampled in this study were 14 companies during the study period, from 2012-2017 using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is path analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing and path analysis show that firm size has a positive and significant effect on corporate governance and negative effect on value of the firm partially. Financial performance has a positive and not significant effect on GCG but has a significant effect on value of the firm. While GCG does not affect the value of the company either directly or indirectly.

Based on the presurvey, it was found that the development the teachers’ career of design and building engineering teacher at SMKN 1 Padang was not satisfied yet. The researcher assumed that this problem occurred because of some factors, two to them were the professional competence and work motivation. The research was aimed to reveal and analyze the contribution of the professional competence and work motivation toward the development of the teachers’ career of design and building engineering teacher at SMKN 1 Padang. This research used the quantitative approach. The population of this research was all of design and building engineering teacher at SMKN 1 Padang The result of data analysis showed that the professional competence contributed significantly (13,9%) toward the development of the teachers’ career, work motivation contributed significantly (10,1%) toward the development of the teachers’ career and the professional competence and work motivation simultaneously contributed about 20,6% toward the development of the teachers’ career. Based on the result of data analysis, it could be seen that the three hypotheses were accepted empirically. The result of the research also showed that the professional competence and work motivation were two independent variables which had positive influence on the dependent variable which was the development of the teachers’ career. Therefore, the professional competence and work motivation should be improved in order to improve the development of the teachers’ career.

Minimnya informasi mengenai mata uang pada usia dini perlu dilakukan agar anak – anak diperkenalkan secara dini mengenai mata uang, hal ini juga menjadi pembelajaran kepada anak usia dini untuk menghindari anak – anak dari ketidaktahuan mengenai keaslian mata uang. Pendidikan sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan dan kemajuan suatu bangsa, dan Pendidikan merupakan alat dan wahana yang strategis dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Pengenalan mata uang di pendidikan usia dini sangat penting untuk bias memperkenalkan sejarah mengenai mata uang Indonesia. Untuk itu penulis ingin mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk membantu dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik, di dalam aplikasi ini untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi untuk dapat memberikan informasi kepada anak usia dini tentang ensiklopedia mata uang indonesia maka dari itu penulis ingin membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam belajar dan mengajar, terjadi pembelajaran interaktif pada ensiklopedia mata uang indonesia dalam aplikasi gabungan menjadi multimedia dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menambah minat siswa dalam pengenalan mata uang ensiklopedia lebih menarik dan dapat dengan mudah dipahami oleh karena itu penulis berharap aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan siswa pembelajaran interaktif

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Bunga Tanjung Sejahtera merupakan kelompok wanita yang didirikan 6 bulan yang lalu yang memiliki berbagai program dalam kegiatannya yaitu seperti program sayuran, program buah-buahan, program senam dan juga ada program bank sampah. KWT berupaya meningkatkan sumber daya anggotanya melalui berbagai kegiatan yang bermanfaat bukan hanya untuk anggotanya saja, tapi juga untuk seluruh anggota keluarganya yang terdiri dari suami dan juga anak-anaknya. Pemberdayaan KWT dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan guna meningkatkan ketrampilan anggotanya, baik melalui kegiatan pertaniaan dan non pertanian. KWT Bunga Tanjung Sejahtera terletak di RW 08 Kelurahan Koto Panjang Ikua Koto (KPIK), Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kotamadya Padang. Pada masa Pasca Pandemi Covid-19, aktifitas masyarakat semakin mulai meningkat termasuk pada KWT Bunga Tanjung Sejahtera. Limbah plastik yang merupakan botol bekas minuman air mineral banyak ditemui dan merupakan sampah yang sukar terurai. Padahal limbah pastik tersebut dengan sedikit sentuhan ketrampilan, inovasi dan kreatifitas dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi barang berguna seperti hiasan, pot tanaman, dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka pihak ketua kelompok berupaya agar ketrampilan anggota KWT Bunga Tanjung Sejahtera dapat ditingkatkan dan limbah plastik dapat di daur ulang menjadi benda yang berguna, sehingga dapat mengisi kegiatannya lebih produktif dan bermanfaat untuk kesejahteraan keluarga. Peningkatan ketrampilan bisa juga dijadikan salah satu alternatif untuk menambah pendapatan atau uang saku mereka sehingga bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya masing-masing.
