Abstract

Betumonga Village is an administrative area that plays a crucial role in regulating and administering resources at the village level, including the responsibility for administering population administration as a form of public service. Population data management is crucial because it directly impacts the quality of public services. Therefore, it must be carried out quickly, precisely, and accurately to ensure that residents' needs are met satisfactorily. However, the data management process in Betumonga Village currently uses a manual system, resulting in various obstacles, such as slow data addition, modification, and deletion. Furthermore, the physical file-based storage system also makes it difficult to search and access information. Based on these conditions, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a computerized population data management system, which is expected to improve service effectiveness, minimize delays, and provide more precise, fast, and accurate population information.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, proses bisnis yang efisien dan akurat menjadi sangat penting di era teknologi saat ini. PT Batang Hari Barisan membutuhkan sistem informasi yang baik untuk mengelola proses penerimaan bahan baku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi penerimaan bahan baku di PT. Batang Hari Barisan. Metode Waterfall dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan dalam perancangan. PT Batang Hari Barisan berharap dapat mengurangi kesalahan manual, meningkatkan kecepatan proses, dan memiliki kontrol yang lebih baik atas penerimaan bahan baku dengan menerapkan sistem informasi ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini membantu pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis metode Waterfall dan UML, yang merupakan pendekatan yang berguna untuk proyek perangkat lunak di sektor industri.

Abstract

The service system at the I-03 Padang Military Court in submitting services is using the SAIYO application (Online Service Information Administration System). The SAIYO application is an online service that utilizes the business whatsapp application or whatsapp group to apply for services at the Miluter Court I-03 Padang. The process of submitting the SAIYO application service is carried out in stages and the creation of the SAIYO application service report is made conventionally. Therefore, a Website-Based Service Information System was designed with the System Development Life Cicle (SDLC) system design method using the waterfal method, namely needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and tools for designing the Unified Modelling Langguage (UML) system which requires a Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram. The methods in this study are observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that the Website-Based Service Information System is expected to help in the process of submitting services and making service reports accurately and accurately.

Abstract

This study developed a web-based catering service information system for CV. Serayu to improve the efficiency of order processing and data management. Previously, CV. Serayu used a manual system that often caused recording errors, delays in transaction report preparation, and difficulties in monitoring order status. The information system that was developed provided features for online ordering, menu and price management, real-time order status monitoring, and automatic transaction report generation. The system was developed through stages of requirements analysis, user interface and database design, implementation using PHP with the Laravel framework, and testing using the black box testing method. The test results showed that the system was able to reduce recording errors, speed up administrative processes, and make it easier for customers to place orders. This system also assisted management in obtaining more accurate and timely reports. The information system was expected to support improved service quality and enhance the professionalism of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen proyek berbasis website pada PT RHI Build dengan pendekatan Agile. PT RHI Build menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data proyek yang belum terintegrasi dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Model Agile dipilih untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan sistem yang fleksibel dan adaptif terhadap perubahan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasilnya adalah rancangan sistem yang mendukung pengelolaan proyek, mencakup fitur manajemen informasi proyek, kolaborasi tim, dan pelaporan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses bisnis PT RHI Build.

Abstract

The use of information technology in sales is inevitable. There are many approaches that can be used such as developing an online store or joining a popular marketplace. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can use the above methods, but still encounter obstacles such as lack of digital literacy and high resource and cost requirements. Developing a marketplace to support MSMEs also has its own challenges such as high technical requirements and costs. Therefore, this study offers a solution that takes a middle ground by building a distributed marketplace by sharing the technical burden of the marketplace with developers and MSME actors while still prioritizing efficiency and ease of operation.

Abstract

Trans Padang is a public transportation system in the city of Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The system consists of buses that serve various routes throughout the city. To ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to passengers, Trans Padang needs an effective and efficient attendance system for flight attendants and corporators. The methodology used in creating this system is using the SDLC method, namely: planning the creation of the application, analysis, namely collecting requirements and information in creating the system, system design, namely designing the software architecture and interface representation, design, namely designing the structure and appearance of the application, and testing the application. carried out by a computer with a Windows operating system. Hopefully this application can help users in collecting attendance data.

Abstract

Fast, transparent, and easily accessible public services are essential in government agencies, particularly in managing public complaints. This study aims to develop a web-based public complaint service information system at the ATR/BPN Mentawai Islands Office to make complaint submission, handling, and monitoring more effective and efficient. The system design applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with use case, class, activity, and sequence diagrams to illustrate system needs and workflows, alongside the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a phased development approach. The system is built using PHP and a MariaDB database for user and complaint data storage, with functionality tested through the Black Box method. Key features include user registration, login, complaint submission, and status tracking. All features operate as intended, delivering a transparent and responsive complaint service process. This system prioritizes accessibility, data security, comprehensive features, and structured documentation, successfully improving service quality at the ATR/BPN Mentawai Islands Office.

Abstract

Stroke merupakan penyakit dengan risiko tinggi terhadap kematian dan kecacatan permanen. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun program aplikasi sistem pakar guna mengklasifikasikan jenis-jenis stroke melalui penerapan algoritma Naive Bayes dan Certainty Factor. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pakar pada RSU Full Bethesda serta studi literatur. Perancangan sistem difokuskan untuk mengidentifikasi lima varian stroke, diantaranya Transient Ischemic Attacks, stroke hemoragik intraserebral, stroke hemoragik subarachnoid, stroke iskemik trombolitik, dan stroke iskemik emboli. Implementasi dilakukan berbasis PHP dengan MySQL serta diuji menggunakan blackbox. Evaluasi diagnosis pasien menunjukkan Naive Bayes menghasilkan probabilitas 52,82% pada stroke hemoragik intraserebral pasien 1, sedangkan Certainty Factor memberikan hasil 100% pada beberapa jenis stroke. Hasil ini membuktikan Naive Bayes lebih fokus pada satu penyakit, sementara Certainty Factor lebih fleksibel dalam menampilkan kemungkinan beberapa penyakit. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi alat bantu diagnosis awal yang efektif bagi tenaga medis.
