Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit of the "Bagea Sagu" business. The research method used is a case study in the UMKM business "Bagea Sagu". The data used are primary and secondary data. collecting data in this study using interviews and documentation techniques. The interview was conducted by directly interviewing the business owner of "Bagea Sagu" Typical of Ternate City as a respondent using a list of question that had been prepared previously (questionnaire). Documentation is done by collecting data related to research both from relevant agencies and the internet. The results of the study showed that the "Bagea Sago" business typical of Ternate City incurred a total production cost of Rp. 4,652,187 with the level of profit obtained by the "Bagea Sago" business typical of Ternate City from processing raw materials into finished products that have been packaged until product marketing of Rp 3,447,813 and if you use the R/C ratio, the value of 1,74 which means that this business is profitable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Tonom Village, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2022. The data used in this study were primary data were obtained from data from extension workers and farmer respondents through interviews using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research. Sampling was done by purposive sampling (deliberately) as many as 14 samples. The results show that the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Tonom Village, Dumoga Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency is calculated for each score of the number of questions. The role of extension workers as motivators, educators, catalysts, organizers, communicators and advisors. The results showed that the total score was 625 compared to the highest ideal score of 840 multiplied by 100%, resulting in 74.40% in the interpretation of the value of the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and determine the extent of changes in agricultural to non-agricultural land use from 2012 to 2021 in Tomohon City, to analyze the factors that influence changes in agricultural to non-agricultural land use in Tomohon City and to identify and analyze the efforts implemented. to control changes in land use from agriculture to non-agriculture in Tomohon City. This research was conducted in Tomohon City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews, while secondary data was obtained from BAPPEDA, BPS, District Officials, Related Agencies and Library Studies. Methods of data analysis using Qualitative Descriptive Analysis and Overlay Method. The results showed that land use in 2012 was dominated by Green Open Space land use with a percentage of 76.05% and a land use area of ​​11279.3 ha. Land use in 2021 is dominated by Green Open Space land use with a percentage of 74.90% and an area of ​​land use reaching 11155.52 ha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the costs of harvesting and post-harvest clove farmers in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for five months from November 2021 to April 2022. The data collection technique used was the simple random sample technique by selecting 18 cloves. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews through a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data was collected from the Maesaan District Office in the form of research village profiles, and from the internet via Google searching in the form of journal articles relevant to this research. The analysis used is the analysis of farm income. The results showed that the average land area was 1.1 ha/year/person with an average total harvest cost of Rp. 39,931,907/year. The biggest costs incurred at harvest are an average of Rp. 15,222,222/year for workers from outside the village and an average of Rp. 16,888,889/year for workers from within the village. While the smallest cost at harvest is found in the cost of rope equipment, which is an average of Rp. 132,222/year. Then the post-harvest costs obtained an average total cost of Rp. 13,027,679 / year with the largest cost found in labor costs for drying, which is an average of Rp. 5,226,235/year and the smallest fee is the tax fee, which is an average of Rp. 57,778/year. Of the two costs, the cost at harvest is the most expensive. The total total cost of harvesting and post-harvesting cloves in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency, on average, is Rp. 52,904,475/yearth a income is Rp . 33.962.773.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the added value and benefits of processing coffee beans into ground coffee at PT. Fortuna Inti Alam. The research location was conducted at PT. Fortuna Inti Alam Highway Manado – Bitung, Maumbi Village Dusun III, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study comes from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained di-rectly from respondents (coffee business owners) while secondary data is obtained from related agencies, literature or literature, articles from journals related to this research. The analysis used is added value analysis and profit analysis. The results showed that the processing of coffee beans into ground coffee provided a gross added value of Rp. 1,803,171., net added value of Rp. Rp. 1,580,742 and obtained an added value per raw material of Rp. 34,724/Kg. The profit received is Rp. 830,081,092 which was obtained from a total receipt of Rp. 3,337,422,000 and a total cost of Rp 2,507,340,908.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of strawberry farming and strawberry farming income in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for three months, from April to June 2022. Respondent in this study were all strawberry farmers in East Bolaang Mon-gondow Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is farming income, R/C Ratio analysis and Break Even Point Analysis. The results showed that straw-berry farming Income in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency was feasible with an R/C Ratio value of 1.84 and strawberry farming in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency would return.the capital when the strawberries were sold was 3.28 kg/month/100m2 with revenues of IDR 569,250/month/100m2. The net income by strawberry farming in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency is IDR 1,454,906/month/100m2, which means that strawberry farming in East Bolaang Mongondow Regen-cy is feasible and already profitable.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the contribution of female vegetable traders' income to the to-tal family income and the time allocation of female vegetable traders in Pasar Bersehati Manado. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The population in this study was all female vegetable traders in Pasar Bersehati Manado, totaling 150 people. The sample size as respondents was 15 fe-male vegetable traders who met the criteria of having a complete family, including a husband, chil-dren (part of the family's dependents), and being a permanent trader.The results showed that the contribution of female vegetable traders' income to family income in Pasar Bersehati Manado was high, namely 45.60 percent, with an average income of Rp. 3,846,000/month. The majority of the time allocation of vegetable traders in Pasar Bersehati was spent on selling vegetables, which accounted for 49.70 percent with an average of 11.93 hours/day.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze household-scale hydroponic lettuce farming in Ka-kaskasen II Village, Tomohon District. This research was conducted for 3 months from March to May 2022. The study location was in Kakaskasen II Village, Tomohon District. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a questionnaire that had been prepared, and the respondents in this study were owners of hydroponic lettuce businesses in Kakaskasen II. Secondary data were obtained from related institutions and literature related to the study.Based on the processed hydroponic lettuce farming data, a revenue of Rp.3,393,966 was ob-tained, supported by an R/C Ratio value of 3.11, which means that for every Rp.1 expenditure, hy-droponic lettuce farming will generate revenue of Rp.3.11. Break Even Point analysis in this case can be seen from two sides, namely the production quantity/BEP (Q) and the selling price/BEP (Rp). Hydroponic lettuce farming in this study obtained (Q) of 7.6 and (Rp) of Rp.383,264.84, so hydro-ponic lettuce farming in Kakaskasen II is at the break-even point, where the farming does not make a profit but also does not incur a loss.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the daily activities of farmers in Tompasobaru Dua Village, Tompasobaru District, South Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted during June-August 2022, starting from preparation to data collection in Tompasobaru Dua Village, Tompasobaru Dis-trict. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with farmers in Tompasobaru Dua Village using a questionnaire. Mean-while, secondary data were taken from the village government of Tompasobaru Dua, analyzed using interval tables and described. The results of this study indicate that the activities of farmers in Tompasobaru Dua Village are divided into three types: agricultural activities, social activities, and religious activities. In the initial agricultural activity, farmers spend 48 hours per week and 96 hours per month. Maintenance activities require 48 hours per week and 144 hours per month. Harvesting activities require 48 hours per week and 96 hours per month. On average, farmers spend 45 hours per week on agricultural activities. In social activities, farmers spend an average of 7 hours per week, while in religious activities, they spend an average of 2.5 hours per week.Farmers in Tompasobaru Dua Village should maintain their working hours in agricultural ac-tivities to achieve better results than before. For social activities, farmers should utilize their availa-ble time and increase their social activities in life as social beings. For religious activities, farmers should maintain their spiritual attitudes to always participate in existing religious activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of farmer families and the contribution of paddy field farming income to the income of farmer families in Talikuran Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted from July to September 2022, using both primary and secondary data and analyzed descriptively.The results show that the income of paddy field farmer families in Talikuran Village is Rp.20,730,886, obtained from several sources of income such as paddy field farming, other income outside of paddy field farming, wife's income, and children's income. The contribution of paddy field farming to the family income is 29.39 percent.
