Abstract

The objective of this research in to develop culinary tourism areas in Kawangkoan District. This research was conducted for three months from December 2018 to February 2019 which began from preparation to reporting of research. Data collection includes primary data and secondary data. Primary data are data sourced from opinions and interviews obtained by distributing questionnaires to coffee house business owners, local government and customers / consumers in the culinary tourism area of Kawangkoan Sub-district. Whereas for secondary data, the data obtained from relevant agencies such as the internet and library resources or literature books. The research result showed that internal analysis of strategy factors (IFAS) and external factor strategy (EFAS) are Strengths = 2.185, Weakness = 1.179, Opportunities = 2.308, Threats = 1.769. The results of the analysis on the SWOT diagram obtained coordinates 1,006: 0,539 whose coordinates are in quadrant I, which is an aggressive strategy. In this position it is a very favorable situation for the development of culinary tourism areas in Kawangkoan sub-district because it has the opportunity and strength that tend to be large so that culinary tourism areas can take advantage of the opportunities that exist.Keywords: Development Strategy-Culinary Tourim Area

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of the Kuwil reservoir development on the socio-economic community around the construction of the North Sumatra Minahasa District reservoir. This research was conducted in Kawangkoan Village from July to August 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data.  Primary data obtained from respondents through surveys, documentation, interviews using a list of questions that have been prepared in advance, and secondary dataobtained from the local govemment. The results obtained from this study using the likert scale analysisshow the index of the contruction impact of the kuwil reservoir on the socio-economic community in Kawangkoan village, Kalawat District, North Minahasa Regency, located at 90.49% and categorized as Good.Keywords: Impact, socio-economic community, reservoir construction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community participation in the construction of the Pakuure Satu village hall in Tenga District. This research was conducted in October to December 2018. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the field of research through direct interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Pakuure Satu Village government and agency documents related to research. The analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques by explaining and using the Likert scale.            The results of the study show that the level of participation of the Pakuure Satu community in the village hall development program at the planning, implementation and evaluation stages in the form of thoughts, skills, goods and money showed very much participation.Keywords: Community participation and Construction of Village halls

Abstract

The objective of this research is "Sederhana" rice milling businesses in one month. The data used is using profit analysis, namely by calculating the difference between revenue and costs used. The data collected will be presented in the form of variables and analyzed descriptively, then it will be measured by the Revenue Cost Analysis formula (R / C).Based on the results of the study, it is known that the net profit obtained by a simple rice mill when it is not harvest season is Rp. 16,058,083 and the net profit of a simple rice milling business during the harvest season is Rp. 72,584,583.This harvest season is valid for two productions in a year and profits in the harvest season for two months are 72,584,583 and for profits during the non-harvest season for 10 months 16,058,083 every year the average profit is Rp. 305,479,996 and for an average of Rp 25,479,166 per month.Keywords: Profit analysis- Rice milling

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze carrying capacity of the Bukit Doa Mahawu Tomohon, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for three months from September 2018 to November 2018 which began from preparation to preparation of research reports. Data collection includes pri- mary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through direct measurement techniques using Google Earth calculates the area of land used for tourism. Whereas for secondary data is done through literature studies and collection of library information related to the assessment of carrying capacity of the tourism environment in Bukit Doa Mahawu Tomohon, among others, obtained from the management of Tomohon Hill Doa attractions.Te research result show that the assessment of tourist capacity in Bukit Doa Mahawu, Tomo- hon, results in 13,340 visitors / day physical carryinging capacity (PCC), 11,540 visitors / day and the value of power carrying capacity. effective carrying capacity (Effective Carrying Cappacity / ECC) of 8,655 visitors / day. The current number of visitors to Bukit Doa Mahawu Tomohon tour- ism object is an average of 364 visitors / day. Of the three capacity analyzes that have been carried out, the number of visits currently is still far below the effective number of the capacity of the Bukit Doa Mahawu Tomohon tourism object..Keywords: Ecotourism Carrying Capacity, Bukit Doa Mahawu Tomohon, Tomohon City

Abstract

The objective of research is to find out and analyze what factors influence the inequality of income distribution in Minahasa District. The study was conducted from April 2018 to January 2019. The data used in this study were secondary data during the period 2003 to 2017. Secondary data in this study were obtained from the Minahasa Regency Central Bureau of Statistics Agency and North Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency Agencies such as the Index Gini as one of the measures most often used to measure the level of overall income inequality, economic growth in 2003-2017, the number of poor people from 2003-2017, and the human development index for 2003-2017. The results showed that economic growth and the number of poor people in Minahasa District significantly affected the inequality of income distribution in Minahasa District. Whereas the human development index variable has no significant effect.Keywords: Inequality In Income Distribution, Household

Abstract

The objective  of this research to determine the exchange rate of household income of rice farmers in Tolok Village, Tompaso Subistrict. The study was conducted for three months, from May to July 2018. The research site was conducted in Tolok Village, Tompaso District. The method of data collection in this study uses a survey method with the data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by direct interviews with respondents based on a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data is obtained from relevant agencies. The exchange rate of farmer household income (NTPRP) on farmer expenditure is greater (>) than 1, namely 3.7 farmer's expenditure on food, namely 4.7 and the exchange rate of farmer household income on non-food expenditure, namely 2.1. this means that the average farmer household in Tolok village in Tompaso sub-district can be called prosperous because the income of the farmer's family can not only buy basic necessities but also meet the needs of other farming families.Keywords: Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP), Farmers Income

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the Role of the Agricultural Sector in North Sulawesi whether the Agriculture sector becomes a base or non-base sector in the present and in the future. Data used in this research in secondary data, namely North Sulawesi GRDP (2010 ADHK) and Indonesia's GDP (ADHK 2010). Analysis used in this research is the analysis of Location Quotient (LQ), Analysis of Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Comparison of LQ and DLQ.Based on the results of the research by using LQ (Location Quetient) analysis, the agricultural sector is a base sector in the economy in North Sulawesi Province. Almost all agricultural sub-sectors are the base sector, except for the Forestry and Logging sub-sector. Based on the results of the DLQ (Dynamic Location Quetient) analysis, there is a change in the economic base. Which is predicted to be the base sector in the future, namely Horticulture and Animal Husbandry.Keywords: Role of Agricultural sector – North Sulawesi Economy

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop tahu business in Matowari Home Industry in Paniki Bawah Village, Mapanget Subdistrict. This research was conducted for three months from December 2018 to February 2019 which began from preparation to reporting of research. Paniki Bawah is located at an altitude of approximately 65 meters above the sea surface. Paniki is under the status of kelurahan, and currently has an area of more than 780 hectares, consisting of 10 (ten) neighborhoods, with a population of 2,783 households, a population of 9,679 people. Namely sampling in the same way and the determination of the Marketing Institution sample using the snowball sampling method. The research result of this study indicated that there are two patterns of marketing know-how, namely. Marketing channels I from producers to consumers and marketing channels II from producers to retailers then from retailers to end consumers. In channel I there is no marketing cost, but in marketing channel II there is a marketing fee of Rp. 39.8 per piece. Total profit of Rp. 135 pieces. Total marketing margin of Rp. 175 per piece of tahu.Keywords: Marketing, tahu, home industry

Abstract

The objective of this research is  to examine consumer demand for rice at the Manado City Besehati Market. This research was conducted at the Bersehati  Market Manado City. The study lasted for 3 months starting from one week of data collection to the preparation of research reports. This study uses primary data and secondary data where primary data is obtained through direct interviews with respondents in Bersehati markets based on questionnaires in the form of questionnaires while secondary data in this study comes from books available at local internet bookstores such as Google Scholar to access articles from various journals scientific and thesis from Elementary and other universities related to consumer demand for rice. The sampling method is accidental sampling. The respondents were consumers who met at retailers in a Bersehati market as many as 60 consumers, taken from each of the rice retailers in the Manado health market. The demand for rice in the Bersehati Market varies from the type and for Superwin Kota, the price was Rp. 10.000-12.000/ kg). The rice that is most in demand by consumers is the city Superwin rice as much as 136 kilograms or 44.44% of the total rice purchased, because besides the price varies, and the quality is good and tastes good. The demand for rice is at least 2 kilograms or 0.65% of the total rice purchased.Keywords: Demand for rice, Bersehati Market, Manado City
