Abstract

ABSTRAK UMKM kuliner menghadapi perubahan pasar yang semakin dinamis seiring berkembangnya preferensi konsumen, digitalisasi pembayaran, serta meningkatnya persaingan bisnis. Kemampuan adaptasi pelaku usaha menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan kinerja dan relevansi usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana integrasi dynamic capability dan strategi pelayanan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM kuliner melalui studi kasus Bubur Ayam Mas Mul. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data primer berasal dari transkrip wawancara pemilik usaha, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal akademik terkait kapabilitas dinamis, pelayanan, dan UMKM. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan open coding untuk mengidentifikasi kategori sensing, seizing, transforming, strategi pelayanan, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca perubahan pasar mendorong pengambilan keputusan strategis seperti penambahan menu, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, pemanfaatan media digital, serta penggunaan layanan pemesanan daring. Transformasi operasional tercermin melalui konsistensi rasa, kecepatan pelayanan, dan adaptasi terhadap teknologi pembayaran. Integrasi dynamic capability dan pelayanan terbukti meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan memperkuat kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pelayanan berperan sebagai jembatan antara kemampuan adaptasi dan peningkatan performa UMKM dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar. Kata Kunci: Adaptasi_Pasar, Dynamic_Capability, Kinerja_Usaha, Pelayanan, UMKM_Kuliner ABSTRACT Culinary MSMEs operate in a rapidly changing market shaped by shifting consumer preferences, digital payment adoption, and increasing competition. The ability to adapt becomes essential for sustaining performance and maintaining business relevance. This study aims to analyze how the integration of dynamic capability and service strategy contributes to improving the performance of culinary MSMEs through a case study of Bubur Ayam Mas Mul. The research applies a qualitative method using a case study design. Primary data were obtained from interview transcripts with the business owner, while secondary data were sourced from academic journals related to dynamic capabilities, service quality, and MSME performance. Data were analyzed using open coding to identify categories of sensing, seizing, transforming, service strategy, and their impact on business performance. The findings show that the owner’s ability to sense market changes drives strategic decisions such as menu expansion, increased production capacity, digital promotion, and engagement with food delivery platforms. Operational transformation is reflected in consistent taste, fast service, and adaptation to digital payment technologies. The integration of dynamic capability and service quality enhances customer experience and strengthens business performance. This study highlights that service quality acts as a bridge linking adaptive capability with improved performance among culinary MSMEs facing market changes. Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era digital sekarang, kreativitas dan inovasi didukung oleh tenaga kerja kreatif serta akses teknologi memungkinkan produk dan jasa kreatif menjangkau pasar lebih luas, meningkatkan daya saing, serta mendorong peningkatan output ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja ekonomi kreatif dan persentase penduduk yang mengakses internet terhadap PDRB provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan observasi 34 provinsi selama periode 2022-2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, yang berarti peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja kreatif serta perluasan akses internet mampu memperkuat kinerja ekonomi dearah. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya pengembangan ekosistem kretaif dan penguatan infrastruktur digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tenaga kerja kreatif dan akses internet merupakan pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi regional, serta menyarankan peningkatan keterampilan tenaga kerja, pemerataan akses internet, dan perluasan variabel serta periode data untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: PDRB, Ekonomi_Kreatif, Tenaga_Kerja_Kreatif, Internet, Data_Panel ABSTRACT In today's digital age, creativity and innovation are supported by a creative workforce and access to technology, enabling creative products and services to reach a wider market, increase competitiveness, and drive economic growth. This study examines the effect of creative economy labor and internet access on the GRDP of Indonesian provinces. Using panel data regression for 34 provinces during 2022–2023. the results show that both variables have a positive and significant impact on GRDP, indicating that expanding creative labor and internet access strengthens regional economic performance. These findings imply the need to develop creative economy ecosystems and improve digital infrastructure. The study concludes that creative labor and internet access drive regional economic growth and recommends enhancing workforce skills, expanding internet access, and extending data coverage and variables in future research. Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan layanan keuangan yang sesuai syariah, muncul ide baru bernama dompet digital halal. Jenis dompet ini tidak hanya berfokus pada teknologi dan kemudahan penggunaan, tetapi juga mengikuti aturan Islam, seperti menghindari bunga, ketidakpastian, dan aktivitas terlarang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hal-hal yang mendorong dan menghambat penggunaan dompet digital halal di kalangan mahasiswa di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peningkatan penggunaan dompet digital secara umum, namun adopsi dompet digital halal masih rendah. Dalam penelitian ini, dijelaskan tentang literasi keuangan Islam, teori tentang penggunaan teknologi, dan peran kepercayaan terhadap kepatuhan syariah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa aktif, kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti tingkat literasi keuangan Islam, kemudahan penggunaan, tren kebiasaan masyarakat tanpa menggunakan uang tunai, serta keyakinan terhadap kepatuhan syariah menjadi hal utama yang mendorong penggunaan dompet digital halal. Namun, ada beberapa hambatan seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang keuangan syariah, persepsi mengenai risiko, lebih suka menggunakan uang tunai, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta masih kurangnya sertifikasi halal. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya edukasi mengenai literasi keuangan syariah, peningkatan jaminan halal, dan memperluas jaringan merchant. Untuk mengoptimalkan adopsi dompet digital halal di kalangan mahasiswa, diperlukan kolaborasi antara regulator, penyedia fintech, dan institusi pendidikan. Kata Kunci: E-Wallet_Halal, Literasi_Keuangan, Mahasiswa, Faktor_Pendorong, Faktor_Penghambat   ABSTRACT Along with the increasing demand for Sharia-compliant financial services, a new idea called the halal digital wallet has emerged. This type of wallet not only focuses on technology and ease of use, but also follows Islamic rules, such as avoiding interest, uncertainty, and other prohibited activities. This study looks at the reasons why university students in Central Java use or don't use halal e-wallets. Even though digital wallets are becoming more popular, halal e-wallets aren't widely adopted. The research looks at several ideas, including how much students know about Islamic finance, how they adopt new technologies, and how much they trust that these wallets follow Sharia rules. To collect data, the study used questionnaires given to students who are actively using e-wallets. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that factors like understanding Islamic finance, how easy it is to use the wallets, the rising trend of cashless payments, and trust in Sharia compliance are main reasons people use halal e-wallets. On the other hand, things like not knowing much about Islamic finance, worrying about security, preferring to use cash, poor infrastructure, and not enough halal certification are reasons people don’t use them. The study suggests that improving financial literacy, making sure products are halal, and getting more businesses to accept these wallets can help. It also says that working together between government regulators, fintech companies, and schools is important to make halal e-wallets more popular among students. Abstract

ABSTRAK Ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu sektor yang mulai diinisiasi oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, dan digadang-gadang akan menjadi salah sektor penguat perekonomian kota. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi integrasi kearifan lokal, partisipasi masyarakat, dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah di beberapa kampung unggulan. Data dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kampung kota menjadi pusat ekonomi berbasis komunitas berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga melalui aktivasi berbagai subsektor ekonomi kreatif. Model tata kelola kolaboratif (pentahelix) diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan, meskipun tantangan terkait standardisasi kualitas dan digitalisasi pemasaran masih ditemukan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan literasi digital dan akses permodalan guna menjamin keberlanjutan serta resiliensi ekonomi lokal. Kata Kunci: Kampung_Tematik, Ekonomi_Kreatif, Tata_Kelola_Kolaboratif, Peningkatan_Ekonomi, Resiliensi_Ekonomi ABSTRACT The creative economy has become one of the sectors initiated by the Surabaya City Government and is projected to become a key pillar of the city's economic strength. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research evaluates the integration of local wisdom, community participation, and government policy support across several prominent villages. Data were gathered through field observations, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and documentary studies. The results indicate that transforming urban villages into community-based economic hubs contributes significantly to increasing household income through the activation of creative economy subsectors. A collaborative governance model (pentahelix) was identified as the key success factor, although challenges regarding product quality standardization and digital marketing persist. The study recommends the enhancement of digital literacy and broader access to capital for creative actors at the village level to ensure local economic resilience. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kawasan Gunung Padang Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki potensi budaya dan sejarah yang besar sebagai aset pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Keberadaan situs megalitikum tertua di Asia Tenggara tidak hanya bernilai arkeologis, tetapi juga berpeluang menjadi penggerak ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya budaya secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya serta merumuskan strategi pengembangannya di kawasan Gunung Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor ekonomi kreatif yang berpotensi dikembangkan meliputi kerajinan tangan, seni pertunjukan, kuliner tradisional, serta produk kreatif berbasis narasi sejarah dan kearifan lokal. Namun, pengembangannya masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, promosi yang belum optimal, serta sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan yang belum terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, komunitas budaya, dan pelaku usaha kreatif, serta pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana promosi. Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya di kawasan Gunung Padang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus memperkuat identitas budaya lokal secara berkelanjutan. The oldest megalithic site in Southeast Asia is not only of archaeological value but also offers the potential to drive the community's economy through the sustainable use of cultural resources. This study aims to assess the potential of a culture-based creative economy and formulate a strategy for its development in the Gunung Padang area. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results indicate that creative economy sectors with potential for development include handicrafts, performing arts, traditional culinary arts, and creative products based on historical narratives and local wisdom. However, their development still faces obstacles such as limited human resources, suboptimal promotion, and lack of integrated synergy between stakeholders. Therefore, strategies are needed to strengthen community capacity, collaborate between the government, cultural communities, and creative entrepreneurs, and utilize digital media as a promotional tool. The development of a culture-based creative economy in the Gunung Padang area is expected to improve community welfare while strengthening local cultural identity in a sustainable manner.
