Abstract

The background for the preparation of this thesis is because the author feels that it is necessary to study the role of the BAZNAS of Bukittinggi City in supporting creative industry-based MSMEs in the city of Bukittinggi in a program to improve the people's economy. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is what is the role of the Bukittinggi City BAZNAS in the development of creative industry-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of BAZNAS in strengthening the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy in the city of Bukittinggi. This research is a qualitative field research, namely research that shows and interprets a study that describes events in the field, or a study that seeks to describe a phenomenon that is developing.

Abstract

This study is driven by various phenomena observed in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in Manggis Gantiang Village, Bukittinggi City. One such phenomenon is the limited comprehension among MSME actors regarding the existence of digital literacy within their enterprises. Initially, it was anticipated that digital literacy would augment the income of MSME actors; however, this did not transpire in an optimal manner, thereby hindering its effectiveness. Achieving the intended outcome was not possible. This study employs a qualitative methodology, gathering data through the utilisation of observational methods and interviews. Data analysis, meanwhile, employs the Miles and Huberman model. More specifically, conclusions, data reduction, and data presentation. Miles and Huberman's data analysis comprises the following stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. These stages are executed in an interactive manner and persist until completion, at which point the data becomes saturated. This study aims to determine, from an Islamic economic standpoint, the effect of digital literacy on the income of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Manggis Gantiang Village, Bukittinggi City. This study's findings demonstrate that digital literacy in Islamic economics does not increase the income of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Manggis Gantiang Village, Bukittinggi City. Specifically, nine out of fifteen merchants surveyed stated that digital literacy did not result in an increase in income. While there is an expectation that a rise in revenue will enable MSME participants to fulfil their operational obligations and subsequently assist others through the allocation of funds in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of social media promotion and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions in the Noemie district of Mamuju business. The study adopted a quantitative method with a population consisting of customers of Noemie's grocery store, and samples of 60 customers were selected using non probability sampling. Data collection and analysis is done using IBM SPSS 24 with double linear analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: R2 determination test results showed 85.3% of independent variables have a significant impact on income. The results of the research on the T test showed that social media promotion and word of mouth had a positive influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction in the Mujur broiler chicken business. This research was carried out at the Mujur broiler chicken business in Sikara-Kara 1 Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method used is quantitative by describing the data using numbers. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research was 100 people using a quantitative approach. Data analysis using the t test obtained a calculated t result of 5.310 and a t table at the 5% significance level of 1.664, so t calculated > t table. This shows that there is an influence of Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction in the Mujur broiler business in Sikara-Kara 1 Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Early Warning System (EWS) ratios on the stock prices of insurance companies. The population in this study consists of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, resulting in 15 insurance companies as samples. This study is associative in nature with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method employs multiple linear regression with the aid of the SPSS 29 software. The EWS ratios used in this study include Solvency Ratio, Claims Expense Ratio, Investment Return Ratio, Liquidity Ratio, Premium Growth Ratio, and Underwriting Ratio. The results of the study indicate that the Solvency Ratio, Investment Return Ratio, and Liquidity Ratio positively affect the stock prices of insurance companies, whereas the Claims Expense Ratio, Premium Growth Ratio, and Underwriting Ratio negatively affect the stock prices of insurance companies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at J.Sparrow, a well-known restaurant. Data was collected through a survey involving 132 respondents who were J.Sparrow customers. The data analysis method uses SPSS version 26 with multiple linear regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that product quality, service quality, and atmosphere simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has the most dominant influence compared to other variables. These findings indicate that improvements in product quality, friendly and efficient service, and a comfortable and attractive atmosphere can increase customer satisfaction levels. The implication of this research is that it is important for J.Sparrow management to continue to improve these three aspects in order to maintain and increase customer loyalty. This research also makes an academic contribution by enriching the literature on factors that influence customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main component of an organization which is an active planner and actor in every organizational activity. There are many factors that influence employee performance, such as leadership style. Leadership style is a set of characteristics that leaders use to influence subordinates so that organizational goals are achieved or it can also be said that leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are liked and often applied by a leader. Organizational culture is also a factor that influences employee performance. Organizational culture is the collective beliefs, values, rituals and myths that determine the way people in an organization behave, and work motivation influences employee performance. Work motivation is the key of a successful organization to maintain continuity of work in the organization in a strong way and help to survive. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Leadership style influences employee performance, 2) Organizational culture influences employee performance, 3) Work motivation influences employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality and price on Gojek customer satisfaction in Bekasi City (case study of Harapan Jaya Residents 2). The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test and f-test to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Using the internal control system of the Jambi Provincial Regency Government as a moderating variable, this study examines the effects of budget planning, target accuracy, and reporting systems on the accountability of regional government performance. 42 respondents participated in the descriptive-quantitative study, which was carried out at the Jambi Financial Agency using a saturated sample method. Both multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) are used in the analysis. The findings show that performance accountability is highly impacted by reporting systems, budget planning, and well defined budget objectives. The effect of reporting systems and budget objectives being clear on performance responsibility is mitigated by the internal control system. It does not, however, lessen the connection between performance responsibility and budget planning.

Abstract

This article provides a detailed literature review regarding the influence of workload and compensation on employee performance. This article examines theoretical concepts, empirical findings and identifies the relationship between workload and compensation on employee performance and individual performance results using a literature synthesis. Based on the literature review, there is strong evidence that what can improve performance and compensation is the appropriateness of the workload given based on individual abilities. Excessive workload can cause fatigue and decreased performance. Apart from that, providing compensation in accordance with the performance given by employees also has a big influence on employee performance.
