Abstract

This study discusses the influence of e-commerce on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Palangkaraya City. With the growth of information technology, especially e-commerce, UMKM are undergoing a significant transformation. Although conventional trade still dominates, the shift to e-commerce has affected business dynamics. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data from 30 UMKM owners who use e-commerce in Palangkaraya. Simple regression analysis showed a relationship between e-commerce and UMKM, but the results were not statistically significant. Nonetheless, UMKM in Palangkaraya City continue to thrive, demonstrating their resilience during difficult times and the potential of utilizing technology for business growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between natural resource potential and economic growth in East Java Province. This province has a variety of natural resources, including agriculture, fisheries, creative industries and other natural potential. In this context, it is important to understand how natural resources can make a significant contribution to regional economic growth. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method, by collecting economic data and information on natural resource potential from various sources. The collected data was then analyzed using statistical methods and multiple regression analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS 22 program to find the relationship between natural resource potential and economic growth in East Java Province. The results of this research show that natural resource potential in East Java Province has an influence which is not significant to economic growth in East Java Province. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of sustainable natural resource management and utilization of existing natural potential. The implication of this research is that the existence of policies that support the development of natural resource-based economic sectors can accelerate the economic growth of East Java Province as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of company size partially on dividend policy; analyze the effect of profitability partially on dividend policy; analyze the effect of liquidity partially on dividend policy; analyze the effect of company size, profitability and liquidity simultaneously on dividend policy in companies food and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This study used a type of associative research. Associative research is research used to see the relationship between variables in the population. This study examines the effect of company size, profitability, liquidity on dividend policy in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The result of this study is the result of the t test obtained the variable probability value of company size obtained a significant level of 0.010 it can be said that Ln has a significant effect on dividend policy. The results of hypothesis testing (H2) prove that there is an influence between profitability and DPR. From the results of the t test, the ROA value obtained a significant level of 0.031<0.05. The results of hypothesis testing (H3) prove that there is no influence between CR and DPR. From the results of the t test, the CR value is greater than the significant level, which is 0.949>0.05. Based on the f test that has been done, sig. <0.05 with a value of 0.022< 0.05 reflects that together (simultaneously) Ln, ROA and CR on dividend policy.

Abstract

The development of world sharia banking is growing and developing rapidly, including Indonesia. The growth of sharia banking in Indonesia can be seen from the success of banks as intermediary institutions that carry out activities to collect funds from parties (surpus unit) to parties who need funds (deficit unit). Channeling these funds is called financing. The focus of this research is to look at the distribution of financing to Sharia Banks. The aim of this research is to see the impact of BTPN Syariah Bank financing distribution on the profitability (ROA) of sharia banks. The financing carried out by BTPN Syariah is Murabaha financing, Musyarakah financing and Qard financing. This research uses secondary data, namely the published reports of Bank BTPN Syariah for the 2019-2022 period. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Murabahah financing has an impact on the profitability of Islamic banks. Meanwhile, Muayarakah and Qard financing have no effect on the profitability of Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the poverty rate and economic growth in Central Java Province with a simultaneous equation model approach. Panel data from 35 districts/cities in Central Java in 2022 were used as research samples. The Two Stage Least Square (TSLS) method was chosen for parametric estimation to overcome endogeneity problems in the model. The estimation results show that access to clean water has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate. Increasing access to clean water by 1 percent contributed to reducing the region's poverty rate by 0.432 percent. This finding is in line with the theory that meeting basic needs such as clean water can improve welfare and reduce poverty in the poor. Meanwhile, the high population growth rate has proven to have a negative impact on slowing economic growth in Central Java. Population growth that increased by 1 percent was related to a decrease in the real GDP growth rate of 0.949 percent. This indicates that an increase in the number of labor forces beyond available employment will result in decreased labor productivity. In conclusion, the simultaneous equation model is able to show empirical evidence of the interplay between poverty problems and regional economic growth. Poverty alleviation efforts through increasing access to basic necessities have a positive impact on accelerating regional growth.

Abstract

Developmental aspirations include achieving high standards of governance. But for this to happen, several requirements must be met, among them accountability and transparency. The degree to which this metric is met can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of financial governance. The purpose of this study is to determine how accountability and transparency affect the standard of financial governance in the North Sumatra Ministry of Religion. Then, conduct in-depth analysis and research to produce clear facts that may be used as study material and to generate ideas about how one variable may affect other factors in future research. It is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Mendeley, Google Scholar, and international journal articles are needed for a literature review in the process of assessing the facts and information needed to examine hypotheses and theories in further detail. This technique of research necessitates the capacity to investigate findings from research journals, earlier scientific work, and contemporary phenomena in order to critique and analyze them. The findings of this study provide an explanation of the beneficial effects of accountability and transparency on the standard of financial governance in the North Sumatra Ministry of Religion. Image, involvement, and completeness of reports are all provided by transparency. Accountability, meantime, determines the publication's accuracy once a year in compliance with governmental regulations. In order to strengthen the value of the organization, both positively affect the standard of financial governance at the North Sumatra Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

This research aims to know influence of work motivation in improving the employees performan of Building Management Apartemen “X” on East Surabaya. This research applied descriptive qualitative research. The supervisor as head departement is important for the company because it has a role as a potential activator off all corporate activities. Companies that have qualified human resources can easily integrate corporate vision with corporate goals that have been set before.it can be conuluded that the high motivation in achieving a higher to interact or have a good relationship with others, and have a high motivation in reaching a power or have influence on others.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Standards, Components and K3 at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Use of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) System as an effort to protect workers from danger or potential negative impacts of work accidents. One of the reasons for conducting this research to increase employee productivity is occupational health and safety (K3), which is also a human right. A combination with security management in stages can be carried out to implement security and loss prevention efforts as an effort to reduce the risk of work accidents. The research location is PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan. The method applied in this research is the Literature Study Approach. The result is that there are 4 important aspects in implementing K3, namely the need to identify hazards in the work environment, provide training and competency for employees, employee communication and participation, and the availability of adequate health facilities. Another aspect is through the concept of security management including work security planning and security standards based on security management.

Abstract

PT. Freeport Indonesia is a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold Inc and operates in Indonesia based on a Contract of Work signed in 1967. The operations of PT. Freeport in Indonesia shows that the Government has given legal authority to PT. Freeport to carry out mining has fulfilled the requirements for company operations based on the laws in force in Indonesia (Yoesry, 2019). Security management is an important step to carry out security efforts and prevent losses from disturbances that can result in losses effectively and efficiently. This research uses qualitative data analysis. Simply put, the data analysis method used is a method that focuses on explanations and terms and does not include numbers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Lifestyle and Word of Mouth on Bicycle Purchase Decisions in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is qualitative which is quantified. The population in this study is the people who live in Kab. Tangerang as many as 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Research subjects Kab. Tangerang. The results of this study indicate that the Lifestyle and Word Of Mouth variables partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the bicycle purchase decision variable. The existence of a significant influence on Purchase Decisions indicates that Lifestyle and Word Of Mouth are important things that must be considered by companies to improve comfort, safety and promotion in making a bicycle product.
