Abstract

DT Peduli is a National Amil Zakat Institution. Zakat funds that have been collected are then distributed to eight asnaf consisting of the poor, needy, amil, converts, gharim, riqab, fisabilillah, and ibn sabil. And during this pandemic, zakat funds are focused on being distributed to people affected by Covid-19. DT Peduli North Sumatra allocates its entire zakat funds to assist mustahik. 80% of the collected zakat monies will be disbursed, while the remaining 20% will be reserved for the subsequent year, in accordance with the standard operating procedure of DT Peduli North Sumatra. The objective of this study is to determine the geographical distribution of the utilisation of DT Peduli in North Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive research design utilising a qualitative research methodology, as it involves the examination of data in the form of statements. Utilization in this case concerns the utilization of zakat, where zakat is distributing zakat funds to mustahiq Program Analysis and Utilization of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (Zis) at DT Peduli North Sumatra.

Abstract

Every company or institution has various goals to achieve. This goal can be achieved by utilizing existing resources. Even though there are various important resources in an agency, the factor that shows an institution's competitive advantage is its human resources. As currently faced with globalization and various changes in work regulations, human resources play a very important role in an institution. The success or failure of a previously determined service from a government agency depends greatly on the ability of human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks assigned. If the individuals in the agency, namely HR, can run effectively, the company will still run effectively. In other words, the continuity of success is determined by the performance of the employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative research is research carried out by collecting data in the form of numbers. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations or samples. Based on the two opinions above, it can be concluded that quantitative research is collecting data in the form of numbers that are used to research certain samples. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out, it can be concluded as follows 1. Simultaneously, it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline as well as organizational communication have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee work productivity 2. Partially, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity 3. Partially, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity in 4. Partially, it can be concluded that organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the business feasibility and development strategy of white oyster mushroom farming at UD Srikandi. In the research results, the financial, marketing and technical/technological aspects were declared feasible, while the legal and management aspects were declared not yet feasible. For the business development strategy, a SWOT analysis was carried out to identify internal and external factors that influence UD Srikandi. Alternative strategies are then determined by focusing on SO strategies or supporting aggressive strategies, namely maintaining and improving partnerships with customers, developing the use of technology, and maintaining product quality. In this way, UD Srikandi can maintain business viability and develop the white oyster mushroom farming business well.

Abstract

This research aims to find out or see the provision of public facilities for people with disabilities and their accessibility in Mimika Regency. The method used is descriptive method. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis instrument used is source triangulation. The results of this research show that there are no public facilities built by the Government, but at the district court office there is accessibility that supports people with disabilities in carrying out their activities. Mozzes Kilangin Airport is a public facility built by the Command. Mozzes Kilangin Airport is still in the process of building accessibility that supports people with disabilities.

Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are an important instrument in international trade that shows the weakness of the economic fundamentals so that the stability of the macro monetary and economy is a country. The condition of foreign exchange reserves must be maintained so that international transactions can take place stable. But the economic turmoil that occurs results in fluctuations in the adequacy of foreign exchange reserves in a country. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of exports, imports and exchange rates and foreign debt and foreign direct investment on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia in 1998 to 2019. This study uses the error correction model method to analyze the effect of independent variables against equipped with Stationer test, long-term estimation test and cointegration test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that in the long term which influences foreign exchange reserves is the variables of ekspor, import and foreign debt while in the short term which has an influence is an export variable, imports, exchange rates and foreign debt. The results of the study are expected to provide solutions to the government and other institutions as monetary authorities in taking steps to determine policies related to foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test whether service quality and price perceptions influence purchasing decisions at Sarira welding workshop services through satisfaction. The sample in this study came from the respondent population, namely customers of the Sarira welding workshop. The research method used in this research is the associative method. The analytical instrument in this research is a path analysis instrument using SPSS. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that service quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price perception has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has no significant effect on satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on satisfaction, service quality has no has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through satisfaction and price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through satisfaction. Testing was carried out partially for each variable.

Abstract

The available space of a country to accommodate the supply of goods and services is referred to as economic growth, and is often measured using variables or indicators such as GDP and per capita income. prices tend to increase over time, and this increase in prices is generally known as inflation. A condition where prices continuously increase is also known as inflation. One of the main factors causing inflation is the increase in the amount of money in circulation, resulting in currency depreciation, especially if the central bank prints large amounts of money. This research explains the use of secondary data with the type of data applied, namely time series data from 1995 to 2022 obtained from BPS Palangka Raya City. This methodology uses research that includes quantitative and qualitative analysis which aims to assess the impact of inflation on economic growth. The calculation model applied contains simple linear regression research with the aim of analyzing the relationship between inflation and economic growth. By adopting literature methods to collect data. The method used for documentation is by searching for data related to a thing or variable in the form of notes or written information, etc. Inflation has a positive or negative relationship with the level of economic growth (Suhendra, 2016). The inflation situation in Palangka Raya City over the past 20 years tends to be classified as inflationary, with an increase of less than 10%. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the percentage rate of inflation in Central Kalimantan, where Palangka Raya City is located, is recorded at various levels from year to year. For example, in July, the inflation rate in Central Kalimantan reached 6.79 percent year-on-year. In January 2020, the inflation rate was 0.39 percent. Apart from that, BPS data shows that the inflation rate for Palangka Raya City in 2016 was around 1.91%. shows that there is a positive relationship between inflation and economic growth with a coefficient of 0.385. The direction of this positive relationship indicates that increasing inflation tends to cause an increase in the economic growth of Palangka Raya City during the 1995-2022 period. This research aims to examine the consequences of the influence on profit growth in the City of Palangka Raya from 1995 to 2022. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that inflation itself has a significant positive impact on the economic growth of the City of Palangka Raya during that period. This shows that when the inflation rate increases in a large city, profitable economic growth tends to increase naturally. This can be caused by several factors such as existing government programs and profitable sectors that are not too affected by rising inflation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with burnout as an intervening variable at Ninja Xpress Timika. The data collection techniques used to obtain data in this research were observation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the research results show that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ninja Xpress Timika employees. The results of the second research showed that servant leadership had a negative effect on burnout. The results of the third research showed that burnout had a negative effect on employee performance at Ninja Xpress Timika. The results of the fourth research showed that servant leadership had a positive effect on employee performance through burnout at Ninja Xpress Timika

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the determining factors of second branded behavior of the people of Timika city. The data collection techniques used to obtain data in this research are observation techniques and questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is confirmatory factor analysis. The results obtained from the analysis in this research are that two new factors were formed from several indicators that have been identified, namely the brand intelligence factor and the celebrity intelligence factor which are the determining factors for the second branded social behavior of the people of Timika city.

The method used in this research is descriptive. Namely to develop a Local Community Handicraft Business Development Strategy in Mupuruka Village, Mimika Regency. The SWOT analysis instrument from the research results of handicraft businesses such as carvings/carvings, woven/noken, stick plates can be carried out by procurement and promotion to customers to contribute to increasing community self-reliance to improve welfare and can become a quality of carving and woven craftsmen as a culture. local community.
