Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether profitability and sales growth have an influence on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable in the food and beverage industry in 2018-2020. This study uses causal associative research, namely research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The data collection technique in this study uses a documentation study, the authors analyze documents on the IDX official website www.idx.co.id and literature studies by studying, reviewing, and reviewing related literatures in the form of books, journals, news, and blog articles. with the problem under study. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. With a total of 33 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 18 companies taken using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and path analysis. From the research results show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, sales growth has no effect on stock prices, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, sales growth has no effect on capital structure, and capital structure successfully mediates profitability and sales growth on stock prices.

Abstract

The background to writing this thesis is that there are problems among farmers such as the high price of fertilizer while the selling price of farmers' crops is uncertain. This research aims to find out whether fertilizer price subsidies and commodity selling prices have an effect on farmers' income. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS 25 software, with two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data using a questionnaire method after the data is collected, with 81 respondents as a sample, then the data is tested using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression tests. . The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the variables in this research, namely fertilizer price subsidies (X1), commodity selling prices (X2), and farmer income (Y). The results of the research show that the regression equation obtained is Y = 22.370 - 0.040 X1 - 0.224 . Based on the results of the t test, the significant value for the influence of 0.05 and the calculated t value is -2.121 < t table 1.990 so that H2 is accepted which means there is a negative influence of X2 on Y. The results of the F test are declared significant for the simultaneous influence of X1 and 2,839 < F table 3.11, meaning that the variable fertilizer price subsidies and commodity selling prices do not have a significant effect on farmer income. The coefficient of determination value of 6.8% is influenced by fertilizer price subsidies and commodity selling prices, while the remaining 93.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study is driven by issues with the method for managing Hajj registration documents as efficiently as possible, which are occasionally hindered by the network, and by prospective pilgrims' ignorance of the Hajj registration process, which frequently results in inaccuracies in congregational data. This study looks at how best to optimize document management systems as a service for potential Hajj travelers and how document management and services for potential Hajj travelers relate to each other. This study used qualitative research methods. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained from staff involved in the Hajj and Umrah Organizers of the Bukittinggi City Ministry of Religion, while secondary data was obtained by collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results obtained by the author show that the Bukittinggi City Ministry of Religion has managed Hajj documents effectively and efficiently according to Poerwadarminta's optimization theory. Document management is carried out well using an IT-based system in its management, and continues to make optimization efforts in managing Hajj documents so that Hajj document management services run optimally. And the management of Hajj documents is included in the services for Hajj pilgrims because in its implementation it applies services in the form of verbal, written and deeds which are applied very well by Hajj officers.

Abstract

The absence of human resources and tourism, the underdevelopment of Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang tourism, the poor quality of the roads leading to tourist sites, and the poor quality of public amenities such restrooms and prayer rooms are the main research topics in this thesis. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the best course of action for enhancing Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang as a tourist destination in the Agam Regency in order to attract more visitors. In this study, the author used a qualitative descriptive method. Three methods are utilized to acquire data: documentation, interviews, and observation. SWOT, IFE, and EFE analyses, SWOT diagrams, and SWOT matrices are the power analysis techniques that are employed. The results of the research show that the Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang tourist destination already has strengths in Internal Factors, but has not been able to maximize opportunities originating from External factors because there are various threats that are quite hindering. Therefore, diversification must be carried out so that there can be development in tourist areas and tourism renewal that provides innovation as well as security and comfort in the Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang tourist destination.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Matahari Department Store Mall Ciputra Cibubur. Using a quantitative method, data were collected from 100 employees through a census method via interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction also positively affects employee performance. Path analysis shows that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The conclusion of this study provides an overview that the development of transformational leadership can enhance job satisfaction and employee performance, contributing to increased company productivity. The practical implications of these findings provide a foundation for companies to implement leadership strategies that support employee well-being and optimal performance outcomes.

Abstract

UD. Sampun Mapan is a trading business located in Krian Market, Sidoarjo Regency with products in the form of sandals. UD. Sampun Mapan managed to dominate sales. Consumers think that the price, service and product quality offered are very satisfying. This study aims to determine whether the perception of price, service and product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction so that UD. Sampun Mapan can dominate sales. Collecting data in this study used a survey method with a total sample of 100 people and processed with SPSS.25. The results of the research with descriptive analysis show that the value for customer satisfaction is 81.4% and is included in the "High" category. For the results of the quantitative analysis, based on partial testing the value for the price variable is Tcount 2.576 > Ttable 1.98498 and a significance value of 0.012 <0.05, the value for the service variable is Tcount 2.378 > Ttable 1.98498 and a significance value of 0.019 <0.05 and the value for the product quality variable is Tcount 6.380 > Ttable 1.98498 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Of the three results This shows that the three variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction variables. For simultaneous testing, the result is that all variables together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The use of big data from a Islamic economic perspective is certainly an important issue and cannot be postponed any longer, because the disparity in big data between the real sector and the financial sector, which has so far resulted in a lack of completeness in assessments, can be overcome by the limited data provided through big data. It is also possible that various matrices and cluster variants will emerge for various business sectors in an ecosystem. So it will make it easier to determine supply and demand in an ecosystem system. In this way, a closed loop economy based on a sharia ecosystem will be built automatically when big data is formed. This research uses an exploratory descriptive approach by analyzing the role of big data analysis in financial decision making: the case of Islamic banking. This scientific work was also developed using a literature review or library study approach. This research discusses the basic concepts of big data analysis consisting of the definition and characteristics of big data, financial decision making in sharia banking, and the potential application of big data analysis in Islamic banking.

Abstract

Network companies such as PT Nexwave are companies that operate in network management in collaboration with network provider companies. To realize its clients' requests, PT Nexwave must of course always strive to maximize existing resources. However, are there internal problems that can hinder or influence human resources in realizing company goals? In this research, factors emerged that were predicted to have an influence on employee job satisfaction, namely workload and work-life balance. The aim of this research is to examine workload, work-life balance and job satisfaction and determine the influence of workload and work-life balance on job satisfaction of employees of PT Nexwave Bandung City branch. The research method used is a descriptive and verification method using path analysis and the t-test difference test for partial testing and the F-test difference test for simultaneous testing. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 121 employee respondents at PT Nexwave Bandung City branch. The results of this study showed that the workload was in the high category, work-life balance was in the fairly high/medium category, and job satisfaction was in the moderate category. high/medium. The results of the path analysis show that workload has a significant negative influence on job satisfaction, while work-life balance has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether and to what extent Vocational Training Center affects the quality of workforce in Dharmasraya Regency Vocational Training Centre. This study can be further used to improve the quality of the workforce. The type of research used in this work is a quantitative descriptive research with a quantitative approach and a field study with questionnaires (Likert scale), and the total sample of the study was 92 respondents. The data analysis method uses validity, reliability, classic assumptions (normality test, autocorrelation test), simple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t-test) and R² determination test. The results of this study show that the value of the regression coefficient is 0.107, when increasing each cost variable by one unit affects the quality of work by 0.107. Then calculated t value = 0.765 which is less than t table = 1.98667 (0.765 andlt; 1.98667) and sig is 0.00 andlt; 0.05. This indicates that H1 is accepted or H0 is rejected. And the R² test results got a value of 0.006 or 0.06%. Which proves that the independent variable can explain 0.06% of the dependent variable and the remaining 0.94%. Based on the t-test, job training centers have a partially significant effect on the quality of work in Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

E-Filing interest among individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Bukittinggi, either partially or simultaneously, is the target of this research, which seeks to analyse the impact of system quality, usability, and IT preparedness. Quantitative techniques utilising a descriptive explanatory research strategy are employed in this study. Primary data collected for this study came from surveys sent out via mail or online using Google Forms. One hundred individuals who were eligible to participate that is, taxpayers with an account at KPP Pratama Bukittinggi and experience with electronic filing were chosen for the survey through a purposive sampling procedure. This study employed IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 for its data analysis. The study found that while system quality has a positive and statistically significant effect on taxpayers' interest in e-Filing, the complexity of the system has a negative and statistically significant effect on taxpayers' interest in using it for required purposes. taxpayers' interest in utilising e-Filing is positively and significantly impacted by their level of information technology readiness. Individual taxpayers' interest in utilising e-Filing is positively and significantly impacted by system quality, complexity of usage, and information technology readiness all at once.
