Abstract

PT. XYZ is a vehicle-body manufacturer producing four cargo-body variants and experiencing a persistent mismatch between growing demand and material readiness. This study develops an integrated material-planning framework that combines trend forecasting, production planning, a Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and a cost comparison between Lot for Lot (LFL) and the Wagner–Whitin algorithm. The dataset covers monthly sales and production from January 2024 to December 2025, bills of material, beginning inventory, supplier lead times, and company-provided inventory-cost parameters. Holt’s double exponential smoothing with α=0.3 and β=0.2 achieved a mean absolute percentage error of 2.50%, a mean absolute deviation of 0.737 units, and a mean squared error of 0.902. The 2026 demand forecast totaled 680 units and was consistently disaggregated among the four product variants. MRP generated time-phased gross requirements, net requirements, planned-order receipts, and planned-order releases. Under the company’s cost-accounting scope, Wagner–Whitin reduced total cost from IDR 330.40 million to IDR 271.29 million, saving IDR 59.11 million (17.89%). When the invariant finished-product component was excluded, the lot-sizing-sensitive cost decreased by 67.53%. The results indicate that combining MRP with dynamic lot sizing can improve material-timing reliability and inventory-cost efficiency, particularly for stable-demand items with relatively high ordering costs.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence (AI) presents a grave threat through the proliferation of deepfake pornography, known as non-consensual synthetic intimate imagery (NSII). Indonesia's current positive legal framework (EIT Law, Pornography Law, TPKS Law, PDP Law, and the new Criminal Code) remains generic and unequipped to address the unique characteristics of AI-based biometric identity manipulation. This normative legal research aims to diagnose the weaknesses in Indonesian law and formulate a responsive policy design using statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Analyzing secondary legal materials through Lawrence M. Friedman’s tripartite legal system model and John W. Kingdon’s policy window theory, this study compares the dynamics of legal reform in Indonesia, South Korea, and Colombia. The findings reveal a comprehensive legal vacuum in Indonesia across three dimensions: the absence of explicit criminal norms (substance), the lack of specialized institutional units with rapid takedown and digital forensic capabilities (structure), and the failure to transform viral cases into organized public advocacy (legal culture). Comparative analysis demonstrates that South Korea's swift legal reform succeeded due to the convergence of problem, policy, and political streams fostered by policy entrepreneurs, whereas Colombia suffered regulatory stagnation due to immature policy streams despite strong public outcry. Consequently, Indonesia is advised to adopt the functional equivalence principle by criminalizing the creation of NSII content on the substantive level, establish rapid-action units and digital forensic standards structurally, and consolidate civil society advocacy to effectively leverage the policy window culturally.

Abstract

Aircraft engine performance and reliability are critical factors in ensuring flight safety and operational efficiency. One of the key parameters used to assess the condition of the Pratt & Whitney PW127M turboprop engine is the Inter-Turbine Temperature (ITT) Margin, which represents the available temperature margin relative to the maximum allowable limit. A reduction in ITT Margin generally indicates a decrease in thermal efficiency, often caused by compressor contamination. This study aims to analyze the effect of compressor washing on the ITT Margin of PW127M engines installed on ATR 72-600 aircraft. The research was conducted on ten PW127M engine units operated by PT Wings Abadi Airlines over a four-month observation period, consisting of two months before and two months after compressor washing. Data were collected from the EMRO system, engine logbooks, and Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) reports. The analysis employed descriptive statistical methods and a paired sample t-test to evaluate the significance of ITT Margin changes. The results show that all engines experienced an increase in ITT Margin after compressor washing, with an average improvement of 4.9 °C. Statistical testing produced a t-value of 7.10 and a p-value of 0.0000568 (<0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference. These findings confirm that compressor washing is effective in improving engine thermal performance and should be considered an integral part of condition-based maintenance strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government through the Sentuh Tanahku application and to determine its effect on the quality of public services at the Land Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is motivated by the utilization of digital technology in land services through the Sentuh Tanahku application as a form of e-government implementation aimed at improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of public services. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population consisted of 170 verified users of the Sentuh Tanahku application, with a sample of 63 respondents. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The results showed that the implementation of e-government through the Sentuh Tanahku application was categorized as good, with a percentage of 73.4%. This finding indicates that the aspects of support, capacity, and value had been implemented well in supporting the provision of public services at the Land Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Furthermore, the results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that the implementation of e-government through the Sentuh Tanahku application had a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.459, indicating that the implementation of e-government contributed 45.9% to the quality of public services, while the remaining 54.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The t-test results showed a t-value of 7.196 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating that the research hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of e-government through the Sentuh Tanahku application has been carried out well and has a significant effect on improving the quality of public services at the Land Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal guarantees of the principle of non-discrimination in fulfilling the voting rights of people with disabilities in general elections in Indonesia and to identify technical obstacles to its implementation in practice. The right to vote is a constitutional right of citizens that must be fulfilled without exception. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Secondary data sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The results show that normatively, Indonesia has a strong and multi-layered legal framework, starting from the 1945 Constitution, the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), and the Election Law, that mandates affirmative policies for people with disabilities. However, empirically, technical implementation at polling stations (TPS) still faces serious obstacles. These barriers include limited physical accessibility for wheelchair users, limited voting aids (braille templates), the lack of visual communication media for deaf voters, inaccurate data on the Permanent Voter List (DPT), and low sensitivity among polling station (KPPS) officers. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for standardization and audits of polling station (TPS) accessibility, reform of the technical guidance curriculum for election organizers through disability awareness training, and strengthening synergy with organizations for people with disabilities to achieve inclusive and equitable elections.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital commerce has transformed the halal marketplace, creating new opportunities while intensifying concerns regarding halal integrity, consumer trust, and religious compliance in online purchasing environments. This study aims to develop a conceptual digital halal marketplace adoption model by synthesizing the relationships among perceived halal assurance, trust, religiosity, and consumer purchase decisions. Employing a literature review approach, the study systematically examines and integrates contemporary scholarly evidence on halal digital ecosystems, consumer behavior, technology adoption, and Islamic marketing. The reviewed literature indicates that perceived halal assurance functions as a critical antecedent that reduces uncertainty and strengthens consumers' confidence in digital transactions. Trust consistently emerges as a mediating mechanism that reinforces consumers' willingness to engage with halal marketplace platforms and ultimately influences purchase decisions. Furthermore, religiosity shapes consumers' evaluation processes by strengthening their preference for halal-compliant products and platforms that align with Islamic principles. The synthesis also reveals that the interaction among halal assurance, trust, and religiosity provides a more comprehensive explanation of consumer decision-making than isolated examinations of these constructs. Based on these findings, this study proposes an integrated conceptual framework that explains digital halal marketplace adoption from both technological and Islamic behavioral perspectives. The proposed model contributes to the advancement of halal consumer behavior literature by consolidating fragmented theoretical perspectives into a coherent framework for future empirical validation. The findings further offer strategic insights for digital halal marketplace operators, policymakers, and halal certification authorities in enhancing consumer confidence and promoting the sustainable growth of the global digital halal economy.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital economy has transformed agricultural product marketing from conventional approaches into technology-driven strategies that emphasize data utilization and digital platforms to strengthen market competitiveness. Increasing competition in digital markets requires agricultural businesses to adopt more adaptive marketing strategies capable of responding to changing consumer preferences, expanding market reach, and improving marketing performance. In this context, Artificial Intelligence has emerged as a strategic enabler for optimizing marketing activities by supporting data-driven decision-making, enhancing promotional effectiveness, and improving communication with consumers. This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence-driven marketing in enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products in the digital economy. This study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing relevant books, scientific articles, and previous studies, with the collected data being systematically interpreted and synthesized to address the research objectives. The findings indicate that Artificial Intelligence-driven marketing contributes to improving the competitiveness of agricultural products by expanding market reach, increasing product value, strengthening consumer engagement, and enhancing overall marketing performance. The effectiveness of its implementation is supported by digital infrastructure readiness, high-quality marketing data, competent human resources, organizational support, and the integration of technology into marketing activities, although several implementation challenges remain. Therefore, strengthening adaptive marketing strategies, fostering technological innovation, encouraging stakeholder collaboration, and developing market-oriented digital marketing initiatives are essential to achieving sustainable competitiveness of agricultural products in the digital economy.

Abstract

PT XYZ manufactures rotogravure cylinders as printing masters for flexible packaging. The primary issue was the high reprocessing ratio (reprocess NG) during January–November 2024 and 2025, reaching Year-to-Date (YTD) averages of 3.89% and 2.37% respectively, both exceeding the company's 2.00% tolerance target. This study aims to identify the dominant defects, analyze their root causes, and formulate corrective actions using the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle and Seven Tools. Pareto chart analysis revealed three dominant defects accounting for 82.21% of the cumulative problems: Bubble (34.62%), Pinhole (29.32%), and Corrosion (18.27%). Fishbone diagram analysis indicated root causes stemming from unstable chemical dosing flow, difficulty cleaning the copper nugget basket, lack of standardized instructions for material replenishment and oiling, and humid storage conditions. Corrective actions included replacing the dosing pump hose, modifying the copper nugget cleaning tool, establishing an enclosed storage area, and developing new Work Instructions equipped with Visual Control Checks. Implementation results for January–March 2026 demonstrated the effectiveness of the QCC method, marked by a significant reduction in defects until the defect ratio was suppressed below the company's target of 2.00%, along with cost savings of Rp30,213,408 over three months.

Abstract

The repetition of Qur'anic verses (takrār al-ayat) is one of the distinctive rhetorical features of the Qur'an, reflecting profound meanings, wisdom, and communicative purposes. One of the most significant examples appears in Surah Al-Qamar verses 17, 22, 32, and 40 through the repeated statement, "Wa laqad yassarna al-Qur'ana li al-dhikri fa hal min muddakir" ("Indeed, we have made the Qur'an easy for remembrance, so is there anyone who will take heed?"), which occurs four times within the same surah. This study aims to examine the meaning of taisīr, analyze the function of the repeated taisīr verse, and construct the dimensions of Qur'anic taisīr from the perspective of Ibn Kathir's exegesis. This research employs a qualitative library research approach using the tahlili (analytical) method of Qur'anic exegesis combined with content analysis. Primary data were obtained from the Qur'an and Tafsīr al-Qur'ān al-'Aẓīm by Ibn Kathir, while secondary data were collected from classical works on 'Ulūm al-Qur'ān, Qur'anic commentaries, and relevant scholarly publications. Data collection was conducted through documentation studies, followed by verse identification, linguistic analysis, contextual interpretation, comparative examination of exegetical views, thematic classification, and inductive interpretation. The findings reveal that, according to Ibn Kathir, taisīr extends beyond the ease of reciting and memorizing the Qur'an to include the ease of understanding, contemplating, and receiving divine guidance from its teachings. The repeated verse functions as theological affirmation, rhetorical reinforcement, a means of Qur'anic exhortation, thematic cohesion within the surah, and a reflective invitation for humanity to learn from the history of previous nations. Furthermore, this study formulates five dimensions of Qur'anic taisīr: theological, linguistic, rhetorical, epistemological, and da'wah dimensions.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence has significantly transformed the processing and utilization of personal data, creating increasingly complex privacy challenges that extend beyond the scope of conventional data protection frameworks. Existing privacy laws in many jurisdictions have struggled to keep pace with the evolving capabilities of AI technologies, particularly regarding automated decision-making, algorithmic processing, cross-border data transfers, and large-scale data analytics. These developments have prompted governments and international organizations to reform legal frameworks in order to establish effective AI governance while maintaining the protection of fundamental rights and supporting technological innovation. This study aims to comparatively analyze privacy law frameworks governing Artificial Intelligence across major jurisdictions and to examine the regulatory gaps and future directions for AI-oriented privacy law reform. This research employs normative legal research using statutory, comparative, and conceptual approaches by analyzing international legal instruments, national legislation, and relevant scholarly literature concerning privacy protection and Artificial Intelligence governance. The findings demonstrate that the European Union, the United States, China, and Indonesia have adopted distinct regulatory approaches reflecting different legal traditions, governance priorities, and policy objectives, resulting in varying levels of protection, accountability, enforcement, and AI oversight. The study further identifies fragmented regulations, jurisdictional conflicts, cross-border data transfer issues, algorithmic accountability, transparency concerns, and enforcement limitations as the principal legal challenges that continue to hinder the effectiveness of global AI governance. Accordingly, future privacy law reform should prioritize adaptive and risk-based regulation, strengthen international regulatory harmonization, integrate privacy by design and human oversight into AI governance, and promote global cooperation to establish a balanced legal framework capable of safeguarding privacy while supporting responsible Artificial Intelligence innovation.
