Abstract

Rapid advancements in information technology have led to businesses and government organizations implementing information systems to improve corporate operations. One of the services provided by the village is correspondence, which includes creating letters of recommendation for application letters. In Leubatang Village, correspondence services are still conducted by hand, and data is gathered using physical books, which makes it difficult to locate data and leaves it susceptible to This study uses the TOGAF ADM framework to suggest strategic planning for Leubatang Village's communication information system. Architectural strategies, gap analyses, business architecture analyses, and technological needs analyses are all prepared using PEST analysis. This strategy planning can be implemented in two to three years, according to the blueprint. Leubatang Village’s correspondence services can be developed using the information system architecture’s design as a foundation for implementation and as a guide.

Abstract

Rainfall is one of the key climate variables. It plays an important role in the hydrological cycle. In the field of agriculture, it is crucial as it determines the availability of water for crops, helping farmers manage water scarcity issues. South Bangka is one of the districts with the highest rice production levels compared to other districts in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This study aims to predict the rainfall in South Bangka for the next four years, from January 2024 to December 2027, using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) and SARIMA methods. The results of this study indicate that the SVR method is the best for prediction compared to the SARIMA method, with an average MAPE value of 0.03%. The kernel used is the Radial Basis Function (RBF), with parameter values including epsilon (ԑ) of 0.0001, Cost (C) of 1000, and gamma (γ) of 235. The MAPE value for the training data is 0.045%, and for the test data, it is 0.015%. The best SARIMA model is (3,1,3)(1,1,3)24 with a MAPE value of 15.51%.

Abstract

The development and implementation of the e-Santri portal system for new student admissions at As-Syafi’iah Islamic Boarding School has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the registration process. By utilizing modern web technologies such as Express.js and Laravel, the system automates administrative tasks, enhances data consistency, and simplifies the process for both administrators and prospective students. The system supports real-time data synchronization and includes a conflict resolution mechanism to ensure data integrity. Performance testing showed the system's ability to handle high traffic and large volumes of student registrations, making it scalable for future growth. Feedback from users highlighted the system's intuitive interface and ease of use. This research contributes to the digital transformation of educational institutions, demonstrating how web-based registration portals can streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

The West Java People's Struggle Monument has an important role in preserving and disseminating information about the history of the struggle of the Indonesian people. In the digital era, the importance of an adequate digital presence to introduce and manage this information becomes increasingly apparent. This research aims to analyse and design a web-based responsive museum portal application at the West Java People's Struggle Monument using Flexbox and Grid responsive layout techniques in museum portal design. The existence of this website is expected to improve information management, as well as provide an optimal user experience through responsive and efficient user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Therefore, this research focuses on fulfilling the digital needs of museums in overcoming information management challenges, so that this website can become an adequate and user-friendly marketing medium for introducing cultural and historical heritage to the public.

Abstract

The design and deployment of a backend integration system for Rumah Jurnal at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung addresses the increasing complexity of journal management systems across faculties. A centralized platform enhances accessibility and operational efficiency by consolidating multiple journal databases into a unified interface. Developed using ExpressJS, the system ensures reliable data synchronization and robust management through an API-driven architecture, security measures, and deployment on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with Nginx and PM2. Testing demonstrates significant performance improvements, including faster response times and seamless user experiences, positioning the system as an effective solution for modernizing journal management.
