Abstract

Based on the observations made of Kiara Artha Park Bandung, it is known that no interactive media can introduce the description of the situation and environment in Kiara Artha Park to outsiders. When there are restrictions on visit policies due to lockdown, tourists or the public cannot directly visit the location. One of the alternative solutions above is to build a Virtual Tour model that can provide an overview of Kiara Artha Park if tourists need help to come directly to the location. The research method used is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method, suitable for designing and developing a multimedia-based application that combines elements such as images, sound, video, animation, and others. Tools used for image media are GoPro Max 360 cameras, and the application used is Quik with photo processing using 3Sixty. The result of the construction of this Virtual Tour is to map and describe the overall condition of Kiara Artha Park with 360-degree image media. The development of the structure of this Virtual Tour is to map and describe the general requirement of Kiara Artha Park with 360-degree image media.

Abstract

Administration is one of the essential things for the running of an organization. If in an organization the administrative management is good, the organization will also be able to run well. The current administration can be used for decision-making, evaluating the activities carried out, and even knowing whether or not the organization is being run. The same happened at the Informatics Management Student Association (HIMMI) at the Subang State Polytechnic campus. Administrative management that is carried out is still conventional by storing documents in several storage folders so that there is a buildup of documents. Even documents will be scattered everywhere. Making letters is still done by checking the last number on the general ledger, so it has difficulty to make letter numbers. The submission of letters is hampered because it takes a long time because goes through a fairly long flow. Therefore, a solution was found, namely the Design of a Website-Based Administration Management Information System using the Waterfall method to assist secretaries in managing secretarial administration at the Informatics Management Student Association. The result obtained is an administrative management information system that can facilitate the storage of documents that have been integrated with the database. In addition, the system can simplify the process of issuing outgoing letters, overcome the problem of double mail numbering, streamline the attendance process, provide a timeline of work programs, and can provide information related to the reports needed. The test results conducted using the black-box testing method on 102 test items were declared 100% valid. It showed no errors or failures in the system at the time of running.

Abstract

Panongkrongan Shop is a business that emphasizes the quality of its service. The limited number of employees serving customers has an impact on services that are not optimal, such as ordering errors, delays in ordering menus, price discrepancies because prices are not updated on the menu, transaction errors, and are also prone to loss of order data because the recording is still done manually. A menu ordering system can be built to reduce this problem. However, in its use, the system must be of good quality to support the store's operational activities. The poor quality of the system can cause errors so that those who use it can experience financial losses. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a quality measurement system to run correctly and meet ISO 9126 quality standards. Based on the test results, the system meets ISO 9126 standards with a total score of 91.9% with a functionality aspect of 95.3%, reliability of 83.7%, usability of 93.5%, efficiency of 89.0%, and portability of 98%. Improvements are needed in the reliability aspect, namely in maturity and fault tolerance, so that the system can be even better in terms of quality for error handling and maturity.

Abstract

Life is characterized by the presence of symptoms of growth and development. The growth and development of the degree of health of each individual are different. In this case, one of the efforts to improve health status is to improve nutritional status. Nutritional status is the state of the body related to food consumption patterns and the use of nutrients that are tailored to the body's needs. Improving nutritional status is useful for increasing body resistance and promoting normal growth. In the daily actualization of the nutritional status of toddlers at the posyandu, it is usually obtained through anthropometric measurements, namely by using the weight/age index or weight-for-age to determine nutritional status. However, in measuring with anthropometry, there was confusion in determining nutritional quality, so to get accurate results, a data mining method is needed, namely the Naive Bayes Classification (NBC) Algorithm, which will be implemented in research. With this research, it is hoped that it can help posyandu cadres in the Baros sub-district, Cimahi sub-district, and Cimahi city determine the level of health and nutritional status of toddlers better and more accurately.

Abstract

Marketing campaigns in a bank are one of the ways for the bank to achieve its organizational goals. Optimal marketing is a crucial factor for a bank's success in attracting and retaining customers. Therefore, if a bank's marketing campaigns are carried out suboptimally, it will be challenging to achieve the goals of those campaigns. In this case study, it can be observed that the number of customers who subscribe to fixed-term deposits is lower, with a proportion of 5289 customers making deposits and 5873 customers not making deposits. This research aims to optimize bank marketing strategies by applying analysis using the LightGBM algorithm, which is a highly effective and efficient Gradient Boosting Decision Tree algorithm. This approach facilitates the design of more optimal marketing strategies. The accuracy score of the predictive model generated is 0.8584, with an F1 score of 0.8564, including 974 true negatives and 943 true positives.
