Abstract

The distribution of zakat can be carried out in various patterns, depending on the managerial policy of the agency or zakat institution concerned. Sometimes it is channeled directly to mustahiik with a consumptive pattern and sometimes it is realized in a productive form or by providing capital or zakat can be developed with an investment pattern. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the pattern of determining recipients and determining the amount of educational assistance (scholarships) for students at BAZNAS, Dharmasraya Regency. The type of research that the author does is field research (field research). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The pattern of determining recipients and the pattern of determining the amount of educational assistance (scholarships) for students at BAZNAS, Dharmasraya Regency, namely: that the determination of recipients must meet general and special requirements, after completing the file, BAZNAS will make a selection which is done by: administration, written test , interviews and surveys to the field after being eligible to be determined as recipients of scholarship assistance, it is necessary to determine the decision of the leadership of BAZNAS Dharmasraya Regency regarding the determination of the names of the scholarship recipients. And in determining the amount of assistance, it has been regulated in the Work Plan and Budget (RKAT) of BAZNAS Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

Useful zakat is a zakat circulation model which can make mustahiq produce something persistently, with zakat resources that have been gotten. This review means to recognize and portray the dispersion of useful zakat conveyed by BAZNAS Padang Panjang City to the local area to increment mustahiq pay and to distinguish and depict the deterrents looked by BAZNAS Padang Panjang City in appropriating the useful zakat. Abstract

Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is a nonstructural government agency that is independentand responsible to the president through ministers. BAZNAS is an institution that is authorized to carry out the task of managing zakat nationally. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy carried out by BAZNAS of West Sumatra Province in zakat fundraising activities. The main problem in this study is the strategy carried out by the National Amil Zakat Agency of West Sumatra Province in zakat fundraising activities. The type of research that the author uses is field research with qualitative methods (field research). The data collection techniques that the author did were field observations, interviews with the National Amil Zakat Agency and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the fundraising strategy carried out by the National Zakat Agency of West Sumatra Province is to use two fundraising methods, namely online and offline methods (direct and indirect). Direct fundraising is to approach local governments, conduct hearings with institutions, socialize zakat, carry out zakat pick-up services and indirect fundraising such as maximizing the use of electronic media and print media. The main obstacle is that the fundraising strategy prepared by BAZNAS of West Sumatra Province has been fully implemented in the field but the level of effectiveness is still low. BAZNAS of West Sumatra Province has not optimally worked on the potential of zakat in West Sumatra. There are still many muzzaki that cannot be folow up from BAZNAS, and the lack of human resources at BAZNAS West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Community behavior in paying agricultural zakat in Jorong Bawah Duku Nagari Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how the behavior of the community in paying agricultural zakat in Jorong Bawah Duku Nagari Koto Baru. The research method that the author uses is (field research) field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques that the author uses are field observations, in-depth interviews with the people of Jorong Bawah Duku and documentation. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation studies. The data analysis technique was carried out since doing data reduction, displaying data and drawing research conclusions. The results of the study that the authors found that the behavior of muzakki in paying agricultural zakat was carried out by means of their own calculations, namely by using the agricultural zakat calculation method 71.4% and 28.6% by using calculations that did not follow sharia rules, namely in accordance with sincerity. Most of the muzakki pay zakat according to haul 92.9% and those who pay during Ramadan 7.1%. While the place to pay zakat, most of the muzakki pay directly to mustahiq 92.9%, namely mosques, neighbors or underprivileged families and 7.1% pay through the BAZNAS institution. And the form of agricultural zakat distributed by muzakki is in two forms, namely in the form of cash and rice. 71.4% of respondents paid in cash and 28.6% paid zakat in the form of rice or paddy.

Abstract

Nadzir's Understanding in the Registration Process of Waqf Assets at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Baipuah District, Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how nadzir's understanding is in the process of registering waqf assets at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Batipuah District, Tanah Datar Regency and how the process of registering waqf assets is at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Batipuah District, Tanah Datar Regency. The research method that the author uses is (field research) field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the writer used was field observation, interviews with the Nadzir of Batipuah District and documentation. Data processing techniques are descriptive qualitative, namely collecting data related to the problem, then reading and analyzing, then analyzing the data obtained with various theoretical foundations and finally drawing conclusions. From the research that the authors conducted in the field, it can be interpreted that nadzir's understanding of the process of registering waqf assets after conducting research turns out that understanding in the process of registering waqf assets by nadzirs is divided into 3 groups, namely of the 6 people interviewed by the author there are 70% included in the understanding low related to the process of registering waqf assets, 20% including moderate understanding or understanding and 10% including high understanding because they already understand the process of registering waqf assets

Abstract

The command to issue other people's rights in our assets or pay zakat, is contained in the pillars of Islam. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how the Nagari Batu Payuang community understands zakat and what factors influence the understanding of the Nagari Batu Payuang community regarding zakat. The research method that the author uses is (field research) field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the writer used was field observation, interviews with the people of Nagari Batu Payuang and documentation. Data processing techniques are descriptive qualitative, namely collecting data related to the problem, then reading and analyzing then analyzing the data obtained with various theoretical foundations and finally drawing conclusions. As for the results of the research, the authors found that the community's understanding of Zakat, after conducting research, it turned out that there were as many as 10% who did not understand zakat related to zakat, and the other 80% understood zakat only in general terms and there were 10% who were able to understand zakat. Factors that influence this understanding include educational factors, economic factors, lack of counseling and lack of religious studies that address this issue of zakat

Abstract

BAZNAS Tanah Datar District has five programs, one of the most important programs is Tanah Datar Sehat. There are several problems that trigger this research, namely the distribution of zakat for the Tanah Datar Sehat program which exceeds and is less than RKAT funds and the number of mustahik for the Tanah Datar Sehat program always increases every year. Therefore the authors wish to conduct research on the zakat distribution strategy carried out by BAZNAS Tanah Datar Regency for the health program. The type of research that the authors use is (field research) field research with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques that the authors do are interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the authors found regarding the strategy carried out by BAZNAS for Tanah Datar Regency, namely regarding the zakat distribution program BAZNAS for Tanah Datar Regency has five programs: Tanah Datar Smart, Tanah Datar Prosperous, Tanah Datar Cares, Tanah Datar Madani and Tanah Datar Sehat. Especially about the Healthy Flat Land program. The strategy carried out by BAZNAS of Tanah Datar Regency in distributing zakat is by determining goals and targets, formulating strategies, determining the resources needed. Regarding the obstacles faced by BAZNAS of Tanah Datar Regency in distributing zakat in the Tanah Datar Sehat program, namely due to weather factors, lack of completeness of mustahiq administration, delays in reporting survey results by amil. When the funds distributed exceed or fall short of the Annual Budget Work Plan (RKAT), BAZNAS carries out a cross system, namely the excess funds are transferred to the following year. While the funds were lacking that year, the funds were taken from other program funds that were not realized.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is in the management of cash waqf management at the Islamic education and da'wah foundation Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the management of cash waqf management at the Islamic education and da'wah Foundation Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar. The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the author performs is through interviews and through documentation. The results of this study show that cash waqf management management has not gone well, it is shown from the number of cash waqf collections that continue to decline in each year, and collection is still within the internal scope. In an effort to develop productive waqf, the Islamic education and da'wah foundation Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar has opened a Qurrata A'yun mart and invested funds in the admission of new students (PMB) in the procurement of clothing. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that the socialization efforts carried out by the nazir regarding cash waqf to the community have not been optimal, limited understanding of the community and inadequate human resources.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak penyaluran zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteran ekonomi masyarakat di Nagari Saruaso Kecamatan Tanjung Emas Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini menghimpun data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 7 (tujuh) informan yang tergolong sebagai penerima zakat yang sudah menerima zakat lanjutan sebanyak 2 (dua) kali. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data proses pemilihan, pemusatan perhatian pada penyederhanaan, pengabstrakan dan transformasi data kasar yang muncul dari catatan-catatan tertulis di lapangan, selanjutnya penyajian data dan penarikan keseimpulan. Hasil penelitian penerima zakat produktif BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanah Datar membawa dampak pada kesejahteraan ekonomian masyarakat karena masyarakat dapat mengembangkan usaha dengan maksimal sehingga kesejahteraan ekonomi dapat tercapai. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat yaitu pertama perencanaan, kedua pelatihan, ketiga keinginan, tekad yang kuat dan kegigihan, keempat pengawasan. Sebagai implikasi praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan oleh pemerintah khususnya organisasi lembaga zakat dalam mendorong zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.Kata kunci: zakat produktif, kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze, study, and find out the obstacles to various empowerment programs for zakat management organizations in empowering communities in East Kotawaringin and West Kotawaringin Regencies, Central Kalimantan Province. This type of research is field research with the research subjects being BAZNAS Kotawaringin Timur, LAZ Nurul Fikri Sampit Branch, BAZNAS Kotawaringin Barat and LAZNAS Yakesma Pangkalan Bun Branch. Data in this study were collected by interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out deductively to obtain an overview of events in the field and then conclusions related to the research were obtained. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment program for zakat collection organizations in Kotawaringin Timur and Kotawaringin Barat districts in empowering communities through zakat needs to pay attention to the form and mechanism of the program, mustahik's response, and continuous assistance, developing long-term productive businesses, providing productive business training, and opening job opportunities for mustahik through cooperation with the government and the private sector. Obstacles faced by these institutions include a lack of human resources, good faith from recipients of funds, and community literacy. Therefore, efforts are needed to change the mindset and increase community literacy as well as establish cooperation with related agencies to increase the effectiveness of the empowerment program.
