Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial antara variabel kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan kualitas program terhadap kepuasan muzakki di LAZISNU Kota Suabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai variabel secara simultan yakni sebesar 0,000 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Kemudian secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) sebesar 0,015 , Kepercayaan (X2) sebesar 0,004 dan Kualitas Program (X3) sebesar 0,006 . dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan kualitas program berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan muzakki di LAZISNU Kota Surabaya.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan, Kualitas Program dan Kepuasan Muzakki

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the method of distributing agricultural zakat in improving the welfare of the poor in Jorong Supanjang Nagari Cubadak, Lima Kaum District. The purpose of this discussion is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the Zakat Distribution Method for agricultural products in improving the economic welfare of the poor. The type of research that the authors use is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the method of distributing agricultural zakat was carried out using the traditional consumptive pattern, namely giving zakat in the form of money to Mustahiq at the time of the rice harvest thanksgiving prayer (Prayer is already reaped) and by giving it directly to mustahiq without going through an activity or thanksgiving prayer. Zakat is paid once a year with the amount of zakat ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR. 1,500,000.- Then the amount of zakat received by Mustahiq for one activity ranges from Rp.50,000 to Rp.100,000.-. Based on data on the amount of zakat funds distributed and then compared with the number of poor people in Jorong Supanjang, the method used in distributing agricultural zakat has not been effective and has not been able to prosper the poor or Mustahiq.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam  skripsi ini adalah tidak sesuainya perilaku masyarakat dalam menunaikan zakat perdagangan di Nagari Padang Ganting kecamatan Padang Ganting Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Tujuan penelitin ini yaitu agar mengetahui perilaku masyarakat dalam menunaikan zakat perdagangan di Nagari Padang Ganting kecamatan Padang Ganting Kabupaten Tanah Datar, mengetahui peran UPZ dalam mensosialisasikan zakat perdagangan, dan mengetahui peran ulama dalam memberikan pemahaman terhadap zakat perdagangan.Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah (field research) penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan adalah wawancara dengan para pedagang dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku masyarakat dalam menunaikan zakat perdagangan berdasarkan waktu membayarkan zakat tidak ada yang sesuai dengan haulnya, kebanyakan masyarakat membayarkan pada bulan ramadhan sedangkan berdasarkan tempat masyarat membayarkan zakat perdagangan bahwasanya tidak ada satupun masyarakat yang membayarkan zakat kepada lembaga melainkan 100% dari 10 narasumber membayarkan secara langsung kepada mustahik baik kepada masjid, tetangga maupun keluarga yang tidak mampu. Berdasarkan perhitungan zakat umumnya masyarakat menunaikan zakat tidak menggunakan rumus akan tetapi menunaikannya seiklasnya saja dan berdasarkan bentuk zakat yang dikeluarkan ada dua bentuk yaitu dalam bentuk uang dan barang yang di jualnya.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is that the Productive Economy program is one of the Dharmasraya Makmur programs which aims to increase mustahiq's income in the long term and change their economic capabilities for the better. However, in carrying out productive zakat distribution programs, many problems occur in the field, including failures due to their own efforts such as production aspects, low business motivation, indiscipline in the use of zakat funds and indiscipline in the use of funds, causing differences in the income of mustahiq recipients of productive zakat funds. The type of research conducted is field research or field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the distribution of productive zakat funds in the form of business capital provided by BAZNAS Dharmasraya Regency to 30 mustahiq people as a sample of this study can be said to be successful in increasing mustahiq income in terms of the average increase in mustahiq income, which is 80%. However, mustahiq who are not successful in developing their business because these funds are used to meet mustahiq's personal needs and productive zakat funds channeled by BAZNAS Dharmasraya Regency are quite large but not accompanied by coaching because the accompanying HR (Human Resources) is lacking, so mustahiq who receive these funds are trying to develop their own business, but in the middle of running the business, they are confused about how to manage the business that is being occupied so that there is no significant development.

Abstract

The results of this study are that some of the scholars who participated in the socialization support and agree with the obligation to pay zakat to the BAZNAS institution, but some scholars who do not know and do not participate in the socialization from BAZNAS, think that there is no obligation to pay zakat to the institution and are still required to distribute zakat to the mustahik who are around them. Whereas community leaders have more confidence in the distribution carried out by the amil of the mosque because it can be reflected in the distribution of zakat to their relatives or families, and according to what they have done long ago. Some of them also think that paying zakat to BAZNAS institutions is not mandatory, because there is already an Amil zakat appointed by the community. In addition, they understand that BAZNAS is only a social institution that helps the poor or disaster-affected communities. Then the understanding of muzakki is that they do not know the obligation to pay zakat through BAZNAS, but they have no objection if they have to pay zakat to BAZNAS institutions, provided that these institutions must carry out open and transparent outreach to the public about zakat programs and management and collect zakat

Abstract

This research examines the influence of macroeconomic variables, namely inflation, economic growth and unemployment rate on zakat collection in five BAZNAS provinces in Indonesia. Using panel data analysis for 8 years from 2016-2023. This research explores the extent to which economic factors influence zakat collection. The research results show that inflation and economic growth do not significantly influence zakat collection, which indicates that zakat contributions are relatively stable despite changes in these two variables. However, the unemployment rate has a significant negative influence which shows that an increase in the unemployment rate is correlated with fluctuations in zakat collection. These findings emphasize the importance of decreasing the unemployment rate as a key factor in optimizing the zakat collection system and ensuring the sustainability of zakat as a social and economic instrument.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is what are the planning and budgeting procedures for distributing zakat funds at BAZNAS Padang City, what are the general provisions for distributing zakat funds at BAZNAS Padang City, what are the procedures for distributing zakat funds based on programs at BAZNAS Padang City and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the procedures distribution of zakat funds to BAZNAS Padang City. The type of research the author uses is field research, with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the author used was interviews with BAZNAS Padang City and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the first planning and budgeting procedures are carried out based on the RKAT which has been determined and approved by BAZNAS leadership to be distributed based on the budget allocation which is budgeted for BAZNAS programs in Padang City. Secondly, the general provisions for the distribution of zakat funds at BAZNAS Padang City are in accordance with the requirements that have been set to be fulfilled by prospective mustahik who will ask for assistance from BAZNAS Padang City according to the mustahik's needs. Thirdly, there are two procedures for distributing zakat funds based on the program, namely distribution using proposals and distribution on the amil's own initiative which distributes directly to the mustahik. And the fourth supporting factor is that the budget distributed is sufficient, establishing good cooperation with the government and being supported by competent amil-amil at BAZNAS Padang City. The inhibiting factor in distribution procedures is the community's low level of thinking, which hinders the distribution of aid to mustahik

Abstract

            The main problem in this research is what factors cause the lack of interest of the people of Nagari Parit Malintang to donate through waqf institutions and what strategies should be carried out by the Enam Lingkung District Religious Affairs Office (KUA) so that people register their waqf land according to applicable regulations. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors cause the lack of interest of the people of Nagari Parit Malintang to give waqf through waqf institutions and to find out what strategies the Enam Lingkung District Religious Affairs Office (KUA) must implement so that people register their waqf land according to applicable regulations. The type of research that the author uses is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research show that the factors causing the lack of interest of the people of Nagari Parit Malintang to give waqf through waqf institutions are economic factors, education level factors, and understanding factors about waqf. The people of Nagari Parit Malintang who are already waqf still lack knowledge and understanding regarding the procedures for implementing waqf registration through waqf institutions. The strategy carried out by the Enam Lingkung District KUA is to provide outreach to people who are already waqf and the procedures for making AIW and waqf land certification. The strategies they implemented have not been conveyed to the community well, and the KUA's strategy is still not efficient and effective regarding increasing the community's understanding of giving waqf through waqf institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the form of financial management of BAZNAS Padang Panjang City. This research was motivated by BAZNAS Padang Panjang City obtaining a WTP Opinion from the Public Accounting Office eight times in a row starting from 2016- 2023. The type of research that the author uses is field research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the financial management of BAZNAS Padang Panjang City refers to PERBAZNAS Number 5 of 2018 which consists of budgeting, receiving funds, storing funds, spending funds, bookkeeping and archiving, and controlling. Overall financial management is very good, with effective planning, neat recording and adequate reporting, as proven by obtaining an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from a public accounting firm and having implemented the applicable accounting system

Abstract

The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) Padang Pariaman Regency is a non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible for managing zakat based on Islamic law. This research focuses on the formulation, implementation and evaluation of zakat fund distribution strategies at BAZNAS Padang Pariaman Regency. This research uses a field research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews with the Chair of BAZNAS, Deputy Chair II, and the BAZNAS Distribution and Utilization sector. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. Research Results: The formulation of the BAZNAS Strategy for Padang Pariaman Regency follows the distribution pattern of the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) of the Republic of Indonesia, which is included in the Annual Activity and Budget Plan (RKAT) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Distribution and Utilization. Strategy Implementation Strategy implementation is carried out according to SOPs through various programs with strict administrative procedures and thorough verification. Strategy Evaluation Evaluation is carried out on the vision, RKAT achievements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness, measure impact, and develop improvement strategies in the future.
