Data analysis techniques were carried out in a manner interactive and ongoing in a manner Keep going continuously until complete so that got to the point data saturation. Inspection data validation is carried out with data triangulation. Result of study This that the teacher's professional role for increase quality Study student especially in competence Teacher professionalism includes five aspects namely : 1) master material, structure, concept, and pattern think supporting science eye lessons taught , 2 ) master standard competency and competency base eye lessons taught, 3 ) develop material taught learning in a manner creative, 4) develop professionalism in a manner sustainable with do action reflective, and 5) make use of technology information and communication For develop self. Collected data analyzed with technique descriptive and technical regression. Based on t count results obtained t value count of 2.013 more big from t table of 1.699 with mark probability 0.009<0.05, which means hypothesis beeps There is influence discipline Study to performance eye study lesson economy accepted. With population whole student class X MA DA Jerowaru consists of 4 (four) classes. Taking sample done with technique cluster random sampling that is taking two classes in a manner random and placed class Xa as class experiments and class Xb as class control, group experiment given application method presentation (advanced organizer) meanwhile class control No given. Results data Study student obtained with use test. Collected data Then analyzed with use technique analysis statistics, the formula used is Based t-test formula results data analysis obtained t- count of 64.67 and the t- table value is 1.708 at the level significant 5% with dk 25 of 1.708, p the shows t- count more big from t- table (64.67 > 1.708). With thereby can concluded that method presentation (advanced organizer) effect positive and significant to results Study class X MA DA Jerowaru.

Abstract

Moral education is certainly important for all levels of education, from elementary school to university. In general, moral education is actually needed from an early age to become a leader. This study aims, First, to find out the strategy of the head of the madrasa in managing the moral education of students at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot. Second, to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals and achievement at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used by researchers include: Observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that: First; a) reading the prayer reciting the yellow book together at the mosque, b) scholarship program, c) tahfis al qur'an, d) dhuha prayer in congregation before class, e) holding midday prayer in congregation at school, f) commemoration of holidays Islam, Second; The principal's strategic steps in building a religious culture at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot are: through programs, planning, providing examples, partnerships and contributing to activities, habituation and evaluation. Third; Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals and achievement in MA AL–Muhsinin Pijot, a) supporting factors, in increasing student morals and achievement are curriculum and learning, madrasa institutional organization, facilities and infrastructure, manpower (teachers and staff), financing, and community roles. b) the inhibiting factor in improving student morals and achievement at MA Al–Muhsinin Pijot is the number of skilled teachers, the background of students is less supportive. Efforts to improve morals and student achievement must be addressed together so that there are changes that occur in madrasas so as to create superior madrasas.

Abstract

The study aims to identify learners errors in translating the noun phrase Indonesia into English and describe learners' difficulties in translating the noun phrase Indonesia into English. The writer used a qualitative approach. To collect the data, the writer took the data from observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the data, the writer used Miles and Huberman’s theory are three stages namely reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of the study consisted of types of learners translating errors in translating noun phrases Indonesia into English. Those demonstrated in the types of learners errors in which Missselection of words. It occurred twenty six times errors. Wrong spelling occurred six times errors. Misordering occurred thirty three times errors. The omission occurred forty eight times errors. Addition occurred seventy five times errors. The last, Misformation occurred twelve times errors. Meanwhile, the learners' difficulties found were such as lack of learners' vocabulary, the necessity of grammar, and lack of learners' understanding of word orders. The first result dominantly occurred in learners' translation error of the noun phrase Indonesia into English was an addition with a total number of errors seventy five. Besides, the second result could be identified as the lack of the learners' vocabulary as the highest difficulty in translating errors of noun phrases Indonesia into English.
