Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi profil perusahaan berbasis website menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel 8. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi web yang memungkinkan perusahaan menyajikan informasi secara efektif dan interaktif kepada publik. Pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web ini mengeksplorasi fitur-fitur Laravel 8 dalam membangun sistem yang andal, dinamis, dan responsif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Laravel 8 dalam pengembangan sistem informasi profil perusahaan berbasis website memberikan solusi yang efisien dan efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi dan informasi perusahaan di era digital. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Laravel 8 merupakan kerangka kerja yang dapat diandalkan untuk membangun aplikasi web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dalam menyajikan profil mereka secara online. Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang aman dan terpercaya menjadi salah satu aspek yang vital bagi lembaga pendidikan di era digital saat ini. Sistem informasi yang handal mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta kualitas pelayanan dan keamanan data, yang semuanya sangat penting bagi institusi pendidikan seperti Universitas Z. Metodologi yang digunakan penulis dalam pelaksanaan tugas akhir ini adalah metodologi COBIT 5 yang berfokus pada proses APO13 dan DSS05. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai memanfaatkan COBIT 5 untuk meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi di Universitas Z, dengan harapan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan keamanan data dan sistem di lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Sehingga Penerapan COBIT 5 di Universitas Z telah menghasilkan manajemen risiko yang sistematis dan komprehensif. Kata Kunci : COBIT 5, keamanan sistem informasi, proses APO13, DSS05

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan nilai-nilai Islam melalui cerita animasi 3D yang menginspirasi tentang ketekunan dan semangat pantang menyerah. Animasi 3D menggunakan Blender yang menggambarkan kisah astronot Marlo Armstrong dalam ekspedisinya mencari planet dengan tanah subur yang dapat ditanami tumbuhan. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Pada tahap praproduksi, ide dan konsep cerita serta desain karakter dikembangkan. Selama tahap produksi, pemodelan objek, texturing, rigging, animating, dan rendering dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Blender. Pada tahap pascaproduksi, animasi diedit dan disempurnakan dengan penambahan efek suara dan pengisian suara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa animasi ini berhasil menggambarkan ketekunan dan semangat pantang menyerah melalui visualisasi yang realistis dan mendalam. Animasi yang dihasilkan berdurasi 100 detik dengan format mp4 tidak hanya menarik secara visual tetapi juga efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan moral dan inspirasi kepada penonton. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa animasi dapat menjadi media efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan moral dan inspirasi melalui cerita yang menarik dan visualisasi yang memukau. Kata kunci: animasi 3D; blender; nilai islam; pantang menyerah; eksplorasi ruang angkasa.

Abstract

XYZ is a private workshop that provides car services. In this workshop, the process of recording customer data and tracking the inflow and outflow of spare parts is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in poorly organized data. This can lead to the loss of customer data, mechanics being unaware of the services they need to perform, and discrepancies between the stock of spare parts in the warehouse and the recorded data. These issues can cause financial losses for the workshop. Therefore, a system is needed to effectively control the inventory in the workshop's warehouse. This research aims to design a control system using the ABC (Always Better Control) method. Implementing this method in the control system will assist the management in making decisions regarding all processes in the workshop. Based on testing using the black-box approach, it was found that the functions of the system features are working as expected. Additionally, testing using the SUS (System Usability Scale) approach resulted in an average score of 87.5, indicating that the system has been well-implemented.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi E-Arsip berbasis website di lingkungan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sidoarjo, dengan menerapkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Pusat perhatian utama penelitian adalah penerapan algoritma enkripsi AES dalam konteks manajemen arsip elektronik. Proses pengembangan melibatkan tahap analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan arsitektur, pembangunan website, dan penerapan algoritma secara berurutan, sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip model Waterfall. Pada pengujian avalanche effect menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, dengan setiap perputaran bit mencapai rata-rata 50,15%, yang dianggap cukup baik. Evaluasi keberhasilan sistem akan dilakukan melalui pengukuran kehandalan, keamanan, dan efisiensi pencarian data, dengan metode validasi melalui evaluasi menyeluruh dan umpan balik pengguna untuk memastikan kecocokan sistem dengan kebutuhan khusus KPU Sidoarjo. Sebagai tambahan, penelitian ini juga akan memfokuskan perhatian pada pelatihan pengguna, dengan tujuan memastikan pemangku kepentingan, termasuk staf administratif dan petugas KPU, memahami secara mendalam penggunaan sistem, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penerapan optimal dan efektivitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional KPU Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a website-based e-archive information system by applying the Advance Encryption Standard (AES) method at the Surabaya City Food Security and Agriculture Office (DKPP). The research method uses a waterfall model which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, system development, system testing, system implementation, system maintenance, and system evaluation. The e-archive information system is designed to overcome the problem of conventional archive management at DKPP Surabaya which is considered less efficient. The results of the research are in the form of a website-based e-archive information system that facilitates the process of archiving, storing, searching, and downloading archive data for DKPP Surabaya employees. The information system has been tested using blackbox testing to ensure system functionality in accordance with specifications and user needs. This research is expected to increase effectiveness and efficiency in archive management at DKPP Surabaya City. The documents stored in the system are secured using a document security method with the Advance Encryption Standard (AES) method, so that archive data remains secure as long as it is stored and transmitted over the network.The final results of testing this application obtained the results of the encryption process on average document size 1148.977 KB, length of process time 0.19535 seconds and the results of the decryption process on average document size 646.177 KB, length of process time 0.19535 seconds.

Abstract

This abstract describes the design and implementation of an inventory control system using the "Lot for Lot" lot sizing method at ZulfahCollection.id, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), utilizing the Laravel framework. The primary objective of this research is to enhance operational efficiency and optimize inventory management according to the business needs. The process began with an in-depth needs analysis to understand the operational processes and inventory requirements of the SME, which then served as the foundation for designing the inventory control system. The design focused on key aspects such as data security, an intuitive user interface, efficient warehouse workflow, and the implementation of the "Lot for Lot" lot sizing method. Following the design phase, the system was developed as a web application using the Laravel framework and thoroughly tested to ensure its quality and performance. The testing included functionality, performance, and data security to ensure the system's reliability in daily operations. Intensive training was provided to the SME users to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the system and the applied lot sizing method. An evaluation was conducted to assess the system's effectiveness in managing inventory and reducing warehouse costs. The results indicated that the system successfully helped ZulfahCollection.id enhance operational efficiency and optimize their inventory management. This research not only benefits ZulfahCollection.id but also offers valuable insights for other SMEs looking to improve their inventory management through web-based technology. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to the field of inventory management and information technology for SMEs, assisting them in achieving better operational efficiency and significant cost reductions.

Abstract

TalentVibes is a recruitment services company serving various industries. Currently, the TalentVibes recruitment system is web-based and faces major issues with responsiveness on mobile devices, causing inconvenience for visitors and difficulties in user management. To enhance its services, TalentVibes has designed and developed a mobile-based recruitment information system using React Native. This system facilitates the recruitment process and allows easier access for applicants. The application employs the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate and select candidates based on predetermined criteria. The SAW method enables multi-criteria comparison by assigning weights to each criterion and then summing the total scores to choose the best candidate. With React Native, the application can run on both Android and iOS platforms. The Waterfall development method is used to ensure a linear and structured system development according to user requirements. Test results indicate that the system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the job vacancy search and selection process.

Abstract

Elections, as the foundation of democracy, require effective and transparent supervision, making the role of the General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) crucial. BAWASLU Surabaya faces challenges in accessing and referencing laws and articles related to elections. To address these challenges, the development of a mobile and website information system is a relevant solution to enhance the performance of BAWASLU Surabaya. The development of this system focuses primarily on using Flutter, a mobile application development framework. The Activity-Centered Design (ACD) method, which emphasizes the primary function of the application to view laws and articles, is also applied to ensure the mobile application meets the needs of BAWASLU members with features like PDF reading, search, and bookmarking frequently used articles. The integration between the mobile application and the admin website will ensure efficient content management, including real-time updates of laws and articles. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of BAWASLU Surabaya members in meetings and election supervision, reduce dependence on physical books, and enhance the accuracy of their tasks. Additionally, system evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method will help ensure that the application meets high usability standards. Consequently, SUS evaluation will provide better insight into how well the application is accepted and used by BAWASLU Surabaya members and identify areas needing improvement to enhance the overall user experience. Abstract

Order management is a very crucial process, especially in companies engaged in services. One example is MSMEs engaged in tailor or sewing services. Many problems are faced by MSMEs engaged in tailor or sewing services, especially delays and difficulties in sharing information. Based on the problems experienced by several tailor or sewing service MSMEs, a mobile application was developed to overcome order management which is considered less than optimal. The development will use the Laravel and Flutter frameworks, and will use the Rapid Application Development method because it is considered optimal for small-scale application development. The application will use the kanban board method to facilitate order management, and the TOPSIS method to rank order processing.
