Abstract

This research is motivated by the growth of Islamic banking, especially Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, which are currently increasingly widespread and in demand by the Indonesian people, seen from the growth of banking and other sharia-based financial institutions from year to year. And the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia is a benchmark for the success of the existence of Islamic Economics.. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of NPF, FDR, and CAR partially and simultaneously on ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2017-2021. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study is BUS registered with OJK during the 2017-2021 period. The sample used is 9 Islamic Commercial Banks. This study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data is obtained from the financial statements of each BUS which is located on the official website of each Bank. Based on the tests that have been carried out in this study, the results show that NPF and CAR have a partial effect on ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia marked by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, FDR does not have a partial effect on ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, marked by a significant value of 0.398 > 0.05. Simultaneously NPF, FDR and CAR have an effect on ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia marked by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Accounts payable is a muamalah transaction that is often carried out by a person, group of people or corporate entities, in today's digital era many people make these transactions to fulfill their needs or just fulfill their desires. Economic factors and social status are often the basis for someone to carry out debt transactions. Tonjokan and binggelan traditions have their own terms and meanings. Tonjokan means flattery from sohibul hajat in the form of rice and side dishes with the intention of inviting people to come to the celebration party later by bringing cash wrapped in an envelope, the size of the envelope, according to the money previously given. by sohibul hajat when he arrives at the party who is invited or is called a debt, while binggelan is a donation in the form of goods or money that is deposited with sohibul hajat according to what is needed when the celebration takes place from the jiron community, neighbors, relatives and family, in the hope that in the future it will help which gives binggelan alternately. In writing this paper, the author also uses a qualitative method with a social and economic approach with the results of the discussion of the impact that is generated there is also a positive side and is still in accordance with the provisions of sharia economics in muamalah transactions, namely to help and strengthen the relationship between human beings. Behind the tradition of tonjokan and binggelan celebrations there are many positive values ​​that can be taken in it and even then in accordance with the mandate of the third Pancasila principle, namely the unity of Indonesia and the motto of the Indonesian State, namely Bhineka Tunggal Ika (although they are different but still one).

Abstract

The assessment of the financial performance of Islamic banking is mostly still measured by conventional measuring instruments. Where the measuring instrument only focuses on financial measurement while Islamic banking is a banking institution that is run using sharia principles, but does not ignore the financial side. The purpose of this study was to measure the financial performance of Islamic banking using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) method, which is a more complex performance measurement because it combines two inseparable assessment orientations, namely sharia and finance. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the financial statements on sharia banking statistics published by OJK using saturated sampling as the sample of this study. The variables of this study are Sharia Conformity and Profitability. The types of data used are secondary data and the data collection technique in this study is documentation. The results of this study show the financial performance of Islamic banking, at the quadrant level showing SCnP results during the 2017-2021 period BUS in Indonesia are in four quadrants, namely the Lower Left Quadrant, which has sharia conformity and low profitability. Upper Left Quadrant, namely with low sharia compatibility and high profitability. Upper Right Quadrant, has sharia compatibility and high profitability. And the Lower Right Quadrant, where sharia conformity is high but the profitability is low. And the financial performance of UUS in Indonesia is in three quadrants, namely Lower Left Quadrant, Lower Right Quadrant and Upper Right Quadrant during the 2017-2021 period. Whereas in BPRS during the 2017-2021 period financial performance was in three quadrants namely Lower Left Quadrant Upper Left Quadrant and Lower Right Quadrant.

Abstract

Financial institutions have an important role in improving the national economy. Growth in the number of financial institutions will increase competition and require certain characteristics. One of the basic characteristics of banking is having good services, products, services, and reputation. Excellent service is considered as the dominant factor in the success of an organization, while corporate reputation is an important asset to increase competitive advantage, not only in the banking industry but also in other industries.The presence of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) has changed the landscape of Islamic banking in Indonesia, creating two new forces in the Islamic economy. This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of excellent service and reputation of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Balikpapan Sepinggan on customer trust. The research approach used is quantitative, with data collection by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population taken was 5521 customers, and the sample used was 100 respondents, which was determined using the slovin formula. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression method using SPSS Windows version 26.0 software. The results showed that partially (t-test), excellent service has a positive and significant impact on customer trust. The better the service provided, the customer's trust will increase, and vice versa. In addition, the bank's reputation also has a positive and significant influence on customer trust. When a bank's reputation gets better, customer trust in the bank will also increase. Furthermore, based on the simultaneous test (F-test), there is a significant influence between excellent service and bank reputation together on customer trust. The calculated F value obtained is 83.125 with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

As a country with a majority Muslim population, Indonesia should be at the center of sharia economic development in the world. The potential is also quite large, starting from halal certification, concern for Muslim-friendly products, services that make it easier for Muslims to practice their beliefs, and much more. The strategy to achieve Indonesia's vision as the world's leading sharia economic center is to strengthen the halal value chain. This study examines Halal Investment as a component that is fundamental to the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. Based on the available literature, it was found that there is no sentiment research on this topic. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis with meta-analysis and sentiment analysis of secondary data in the form of metadata from 41 Scopus indexed publications published in the last 25 years, starting in 1997 and ending in 2022. The results of the sentiment analysis show that the response to the development of halal investment tended to vary, with positive sentiment at 41.5%, negative sentiment at 17.1%, and neutral sentiment at 39.0%. This study also attempts to identify negative responses to halal investments and offers ideas for future research.

Abstract

BAZNAS has the goal of alleviating poverty and creating an attitude of independence for mustahik, so community empowerment through the distribution of aid funds carried out by BAZNAS is increasingly being developed. Mustahik can create things that are beneficial to the surrounding environment and have the potential to become muzakki. The initial income from trade zakat funds in 2018 in North Padang Lawas was Rp. 100,000,000 while what was collected in 2019 was Rp. 17,000,000 from these data it can be concluded that there is a lack of community in giving trade zakat. This research is a quantitative research, the data source used is primary data and data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The research sample was 30 samples using saturated sampling technique, then the research analysis used statistics, namely SPSS Version 20. The results of the study based on the t test show that the religiosity variable (X1) has an effect on muzakki's interest in channeling trade zakat funds while the trust variable (X2) and promotion variable (X3) have no effect on muzakki's interest in channeling trade zakat funds. Then based on the results of the F test it is known that the variables of religiosity, trust, and promotion have an effect on muzakki's interest in channeling trade zakat funds at Baznas Padang Lawas Utara.

Abstract

In order to distribute productive zakat with social entrepreneurship through institutions based on community organizations called amil zakat in the Banyumas Regency, this research aims to understand the distribution process as well as the encouraging and discouraging elements. Field research using a descriptive qualitative research methodology is the method used. using methods for gathering data include observation, documenting, and interviewing. In order to make the data from interviews, field notes, documentation, and other sources easier to understand and to produce conclusions that can be shared with the larger community, data analysis is done by methodically searching and assembling the data. The study's findings demonstrate how the effective zakat distribution program has aided in the empowerment and development of the local economy. Amil zakat institutions, specifically LAZISMU and LAZISNU, carry out the form of productive zakat distribution with social entrepreneurship in the form of business capital aid that enables mustahik to expand their enterprises. The availability of cash or productive zakat programs with the excitement of the community (mustahik) are supporting variables in the distribution of productive zakat with social entrepreneurship by amil zakat institutions. While the community spends a large portion of its productive zakat earnings on consumptive necessities, the limiting element is the lack of mentorship intensity.

Switching behavior can occur in the banking world when a customer decides to switch from one bank to another for various reasons. News about Islamic bank mergers circulating in the community can trigger customer switching behavior outside Islamic bank users. Abstract

The findings found that Bank Syariah Indonesia Solo customers choose to use bank services that can meet the wants and needs of their customers. Therefore, the better the quality of services provided and the closer the relationship established, the higher the customer loyalty to Bank Syariah Indonesia Solo. This research aims to analyse the influence of Islamic Service Quality (ISQ), Islamic Customer Relationship Management (ICRM), and Customer Satisfaction (CS) on BSI Solo customer loyalty. The novelty of this research is to use the Islamic CRM variable to find out how much influence it has on BSI Solo customer loyalty and how satisfied BSI Solo customers are when Islamic CRM is appropriately implemented. The population in this research consisted of 170 samples. This research used quantitative methods, and the data was primary. The data analysed in this study used SmartPLS software with the analysis model carried out as PLS-SEM (Partial least-square structural equation model). The results of the research show that ISQ and ICRM have a significant effect on BSI Solo Customer Loyalty. ISQ and ICRM have a significant effect on BSI Solo Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between ISQ and Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between ICRM and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The capital market is an alternative source of funding for both the government and the private sector. Governments that need funds can issue bonds or debentures and sell them to the public through the capital market. Likewise, the private sector, in this case a company that needs funds, can issue securities, either in the form of shares or bonds, and sell them to the public through the capital market. One of the most popular instruments sold in the capital market is investing in shares, both sharia shares and non-sharia shares. In investing in the capital market, the important thing is to know the rate of return and risk in investing through technical analysis and fundamental analysis. This research analysis the comparison of returns, risks and coefficients of variation of sharia shares and non-sharia stocks in the Jakarta Islamic Index and IDX30 stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical method used in this research is the mean difference test or t-test of two independent samples. The results of the t test for two independent samples show that the significance value of return and risk is 0.630 and 0.879, while the significance value of the coefficient of variation variable is 0.792, which means that all variables have a sig value > 0.05 and it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between return, risk and coefficient. Variations in sharia shares and non-sharia shares in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stock index and the IDX30 stock index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).
