Abstract

ABCTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know and analyze model of OCB improvement throughtservant leadership and job satisfaction. The population in this research is the employees ofPT. Beverly International Pekalongan. The sampling method in this research is used censusmethod with 40 peoples as a total respondent. The analysis method in this research is usedpath analysis. The result of this research shows that: 1) There’s an effect of servant leadershiptoward OCB. 2) There’s an effect of servant leadership toward job satisfaction. 3) There’s aneffect of job satisfaction toward OCB. 4) There’s an effect of servant leadership toward OCBthrought job satisfaction.Keywords: Servant leadership, job satisfaction, Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch problems that occur in the Office of Mining and Energy Kolaka East that is notachieving the performance of human resources to the maximum, which some realization ofthe activities of the program that had been planned was not realized in 2013 and 2014, therate of employee absenteeism average of 10 each month, employees who excel not given aspecial award for instance certificate exemplary employee, some employees are less eagerto work is weak science related to the work done and the ability to understand the technologyrelated to the job in question and kuarang initiative in carrying out the work, less industriousand less responsible is custom-tow nuda jobs such as typing letters, pengagendaan lettersand documents. Some factors that affect the performance of the Office of Human ResourcesDepartment of Mines and Energy East Kolaka are: (1) Intrinsic Motivation, (2) KnowledgeMangement, (3) and Affective Commitment. Samples from this study are employees of theDepartment of Mines and Energy East Kolaka totaling 46 respondents. Data collected bydistributing questionnaires to the respondents and then the data were analyzed by usingtest reliability and validity of some linear regression. Results of the study showed that partial,Intrinsic Motivation, Knowledge Management and Commitment Affective together positive andsignificant impact on the performance of human resources. This is indicated by SimultaneousTest results that show significant F value of 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05. In the partial testresults indicate for the variable Intrinsic Motivation (X1) has a significance value of 0.001 t,variable Knowledge Managment (X2) has a significance value of 0.041 t, and for AffectiveCommitment variable (Y1) has a significance value of 0.000 t. Intrinsic Motivation, KnowledgeManagement and Commitment Affective able to contribute to variable HR performance of 0.916or 91.6% while the remaining 8.4% is the contribution of other variables not included in thisstudy.Keywords : Intrinsic Motivation, Knowledge Management, Affective Commitment, Performanceand Human Resources, the Department of Mines and Energy East Kolaka.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examined the influence of organizational culture and commitment also motivation tooptimize employee performance. From the previous studies there are research gaps where therelationship between organizational culture and commitment to the employee performance isinconsistent. Researcher interested in testing the motivation as an intervening variable betweenorganizational culture and commitment to employee performance where the existing researchmore studied about commitment as intervening between organizational culture and motivationon the employee performance. Researcher using random sampling with 110 samples. The dataanalysis technique in this study is used regression and path analysis with SPSS 22. The entiretyof the hypothesis is proven significantly. From the research gaps results of this study supportthe results were positive influence between organizational culture and commitment to employeeperformance. Organizational culture and the commitment also motivation affecting employeeperformance of 81.7%, while the rest influenced by other variables. Based on path analysismotivation in this study can not be intervening between organizational culture and commitmentto employee performance. Optimizing the performance of CV Perkasa Telkomselindo will bemore effective if it is through direct sowing culture of the organization and the commitment alsomotivation than a third confounding variables.Keywords: Commitment, Employee Performance, Motivation, Organizational Culture

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to describe and analyze the relevance between spiritualism intelligence andtransformational leadership toward lecturer performance. The parameters were estimated byquestionnaire data, with 65 respondents had worked in Economic Faculty of UNISSULA. Linearregression models are developed to examined the hypothesis which used SPSS (StatisticalPackage for Social Sciences) 20 for windows. The dependent variable of this model is lecturerperformance, whereas the independent variable of this model is spiritual intelligence andtransformational leadership. The result of the data analysis by using SPSS (Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences) indicates: if the spiritual intelligence is increase, so lecturer performance isincrease too, if transformational leadership is increase, so lecturer performance is increase too.Keywords: Human Resource Performance, spiritual intelligence and transformationalleadership.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to investigate and analyze the students’ perceptions of the online tradingsimulation method in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample consisted of 100students of Faculty of Economics of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University and students ofFaculty of Economics of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta who became investors andwere active in trading. The analysis method was an independent test of mean difference.The results of the study showed that there was difference in perceptions between studentsof Faculty of Economics of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University and students of Faculty ofEconomics of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta regarding the online trading simultionmethod with a significance value of 0.004. This was caused by different behavioral intentionsbetween students of Faculty of Economics of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University and studentsof Faculty of Economics of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta in doing the online tradingsimulation, however the online trading simulation was joyful and effective for them to learn stockinvestment in the capital market.Keywords : persepsi, simulasi, online trading, Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRACTWakaf is linked to a variety of fields, such as religious, educational, cultural, social and economic.There are several problems and issues facing the Malaysian endowment management as awhole, and Kelantan in particular. Some of the problems and issues are lack of academicallyand administratively qualified personnel in the Wakaf sections/departments, lack of standardsystem for preserving wakaf assets, lack of standard system procedure for the transfer of wakafitems to the Endowment Committee, and so on. There are several contemporary problems andissues surrounding Wakaf management and organization, and the most prevalent of which is theissue of investing Wakaf funds. This is so because it is of great interest to the Malaysian Islamicinstitutions or the Malaysian Islamic council. Based on the importance of the subject, we haveseen the need to examine wakaf applications to Kelantan endowment committee. This studyis comprised of four sections, namely: the emergence of the Kelantan Endowment Committeeand its objectives; the rule of investing endowment funds from the Islamic jurists’ perspective;contemporary decisions on the issue of investing Wakaf funds; and investment of Wakaf fundsin the Kelantan endowment committee. The most important finding of the study is that theKelantan Endowment Commission relates to several fields, as stated by the researchers. It ishoped that the study and its findings will benefit the researchers, the needy ones, as well as theauthorities of Wakaf institutions and committees.Keywords: Investment, Wakaf (Endowment) funds, Endowment committee.
