Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence  of Corporate Governance disclosure, Environmental Performance, and Social Performance on financial performance in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017–2021. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements. The dependent variables in this study are financial performance measured using Return on Assets (ROA), while the independent variables include Corporate Governance, environmental performance, and social performance. The research sample consisted of 18 companies selected through the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is simple linear regression, with data analysis techniques that include descriptive analysis as well as classical assumption testing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of charismatic leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee loyalty. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the type of causal associative research. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 80 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method, which is the selection of samples based on certain criteria relevant to the purpose of the research. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous or partial influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management strategies, especially in increasing employee loyalty through leadership, a conducive work environment, and an effective compensation system

Abstract

This research aims to examine and measure the influence of intellectual capital and environmental performance on company value. The research object includes banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017–2021. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques, with a total of 46 companies. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using WarpPLS software version 7.0. The results of the study show that: (1) Intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance, (2) Intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on company value, and (3) environmental performance has a negative and significant effect on company value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Brand Equity and its implications on consumer buying interest in Rabbani products. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method through a survey with questionnaire instruments in the sampling process. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were consumers of Rabbani veils in the Pasuruan Regency area. The data analysis technique was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the WarpPLS application version 7.0. The results of the study show that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Brand Equity, as well as a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. Furthermore, Brand Image also has a positive and significant effect on Brand Equity, but its influence on Buying Interest is positive but not significant. Brand Equity has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence  of servant leadership and competence on organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Pasuruan City. The results of the study show that servant leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, which means that the higher the application of the leadership style that serves, the higher the level of employee commitment to the organization. In addition, competence has also been shown to have a significant influence on organizational commitment, which shows that improving employees' skills, knowledge, and work attitude will increase their loyalty to the organization. Furthermore, both servant leadership and competence have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that leadership qualities and individual abilities greatly determine the success of the implementation of employee duties. In addition, organizational commitment also contributes significantly to performance improvement, emphasizing that employee loyalty and attachment to the organization play an important role in driving optimal performance
