Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective learning model for instilling Islamic religious values, particularly those related to religious moderation, in slow-learning students in inclusive schools. Slow-learning students require an adaptive and structured instructional approach to understand abstract concepts such as religious moderation.The model developed integrates a visual-kinesthetic approach, experiential learning, and the use of interactive digital media, adapted to their learning characteristics. The trial results showed a significant increase in students' understanding and moderate attitudes toward diversity. This model is recommended as a practical guide for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in supporting inclusive education and strengthening national character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze kato malereng as a form of indirect speech ethics in maintaining dignity and social hierarchy within Minangkabau society. In Minangkabau culture, language functions not only as a means of communication but also as a system of values that regulates social relationships and preserves community harmony. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method to examine cultural communication practices within the kato nan ampek system. Data were collected through the analysis of relevant literature on communication ethics, cultural values, and the social structure of Minangkabau society and were analyzed using descriptive-interpretative techniques to identify the forms, functions, and social meanings of kato malereng. The findings indicate that kato malereng functions as a cultural communication mechanism that preserves dignity, prevents conflict, and strengthens social cohesion through the use of figurative and polite language. Despite adjustments in modern communication contexts, the values of politeness and respect embedded in kato malereng remain relevant as communication guidelines. Therefore, kato malereng represents a form of local wisdom that contributes to the preservation of cultural values and social stability in contemporary society.

Abstract

Modern divorce cases in Indonesia show a significant upward trend, with data from the Religious Courts recording 446,000 divorce cases in 2024. This phenomenon has a direct impact on the fulfillment of children's rights, particularly regarding child support, which is often understood only formally without considering the child's holistic interests. This article aims to analyze the concept of child support from the perspective of the maqasid sharia and its relevance to resolving modern divorce cases, with a focus on protecting the five main elements of maqasid. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research and analysis of court decisions. The analytical framework used is maqasid sharia, which serves as a surgical tool to evaluate existing child support practices. Research has found that child support under the Maqasid Sharia (Islamic law) is not limited to material support (food, clothing, and shelter), but encompasses the protection of five essential elements: religion (hifzh al-din), life (hifzh al-nafs), intellect (hifzh al-'aql), offspring (hifzh al-nasl), and property (hifzh al-mal). In the context of modern divorce, child support must ensure the continuity of education, psychological health, and the formation of a child's religious identity. This finding aligns with research by Zuhdi et al. (2024), which states that confiscating a husband's assets as a guarantee of child support provides benefits in the form of hifdz nafs (self-support) and hifdz aql (intellect). The Maqasid Sharia approach offers a more comprehensive and adaptive framework than the classical, textual approach of Islamic jurisprudence. This research recommends the need for Maqasid-based child support standards in the compilation of Islamic law and the strengthening of the capacity of judges and mediators in applying this approach in religious courts.

Abstract

The era of the global economy has shifted the function of the Arabic language from a theological tool to a strategic asset in economic diplomacy; however, higher education institutions remain trapped in a rigid, classical-grammatical approach, leading to stagnation in pedagogical innovation and a mismatch between graduates’ competencies and professional sector needs. This study aims to analyze the transformation of labor market needs and formulate a model for reconstructing the Arabic for Specific Purposes (ASP) curriculum that is responsive to contemporary global economic dynamics through a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach with an evaluative-evolutionary design. Data were collected through document analysis and in-depth interviews with key informants, which were then analyzed using the Target Situation Analysis (TSA) and Present Situation Analysis (PSA) frameworks. The research findings reveal that the existing curriculum is still significantly dominated by theoretical material compared to professional simulations; thus, this study proposes an “Integrative-Adaptive ASP Curriculum” model that synergizes specific linguistic competencies with digital economic literacy and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to strengthen mastery of functional corporate discourse. As a concrete recommendation, higher education institutions are encouraged to reorient their curricula through strategic collaboration with industry practitioners and to transform the role of instructors into multidisciplinary mentors to ensure the relevance of graduates in the global market.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah formal pada umumnya masih berorientasi pada buku teks sehingga kurang mampu memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap sumber ajaran Islam. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dalil, praktek ibadah, serta internalisasi nilai-nilai ahlak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pembelajaran PAI berbasis kitab kalsik yang meliputi Fiqih (Fathul Qorib) dan Akidah Ahlak di SMP Islam Nahdatussubban Pacitan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kitab klasik mampu memperkuat pemahaman fiqih siswa, membentuk karakter ahlak yang lebih baik, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai Aswaja sebagai dasar moderasi beragama. Dengan demikan, pembelajaran ini relevan dengan tujuan PAI karena mampu mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik secara holistik.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven major changes in the global financial system, including in the Islamic economic sector through the emergence of financial technology (fintech). This phenomenon presents opportunities for increased efficiency and financial inclusion, but also raises the need for integration that aligns with Islamic principles. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of Islamic economic transformation in the digital era, identify forms of fintech integration within the Islamic economic system, explain the role of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah as an evaluative framework, and formulate a conceptual model of fintech integration based on Islamic values. The study uses a qualitative approach based on library research, with an integrative literature review. Data were obtained from scientific journals, academic books, policy documents, and other relevant publications, then analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The results show that fintech integration in the Islamic economy is developing through peer-to-peer financing services, digital payments, and Islamic crowdfunding that adapt contracts such as mudhārabah, musyārakah, murābaḥah, and wakālah. Other findings indicate that the maqāṣid al-sharī'ah (Islamic principles) play a crucial role in assessing the security, fairness, transparency, and social welfare of digital innovation. This study concludes that the transformation of the Islamic economy will be more sustainable if fintech is developed through a synergy between technology, regulation, governance, and maqāṣid al-sharī'ah orientation, thus creating a modern, inclusive, and valuable digital financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang mampu mengakomodasi perbedaan kemampuan belajar peserta didik di sekolah dasar. LKPD yang digunakan cenderung bersifat umum dan belum disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik yang heterogen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) pada materi Transformasi Energi di Sekitar Kita kelas IV Sekolah Dasar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahap, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 16 peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 24/I Sungai Puar. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi angket validasi ahli materi, media, dan bahasa, angket respon guru dan peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori sangat valid dengan skor ahli materi 4,8, ahli media 4,8, dan ahli bahasa 4,7. Kepraktisan LKPD berada pada kategori sangat praktis berdasarkan penilaian guru dengan skor rata-rata 4,7 dan respon peserta didik sebesar 96,4%. Efektivitas LKPD ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik, dimana ketuntasan belajar mencapai 100% pada posttest dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,62 dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis TaRL pada materi Transformasi Energi di Sekitar Kita layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar karena memenuhi kriteria sangat valid, sangat praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkonstruksi diskursus war tiket haji dalam pemberitaan media online di Indonesia dengan menggunakan perspektif Gunther Kress. Penelitian ini fokus pada representasi aktor, strategi framing serta produksi makna dan relasi kekuasaan dalam teks berita. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif interpretatif melalui analisis wacana kritis. Sumberr data dari penelitian ini berupa teks berita dari Tempo.co edisi 11 April, Mediaindonesia.com edisi 14 Apri dan Republika.co.id edisi 16 April 2026. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi sedangkan analisis dilakukan melalui tahap deskripsi, interpretasi, dan eksplanasi. Hasil temuan dalam penlitian ini ada tiga. Pertama, representasi aktor dalam teks media bersifat selektif dan hierarkis yang mana Tempo.co menonjolkan aktor legislatif sebagai penjaga legalitas, Mediaindonesia.com menghadirkan distribusi aktor yang lebih seimbang antara pemerintah dan asosiasi. Sedangkan Republika.co.id menempatkan otoritas keagamaan sebagai sumber legitimasi moral. Kedua, strategi framing dan pilihan bahasa menunjukkan pola berbeda, yakni intensifikasi konflik pada Tempo.co, framing moderat dan rasional pada Mediaindonesia.com serta framing normatif berbasis nilai pada Republika.co.id. Ketiga, produksi makna dalam diskursus mencerminkan kontestasi relasi kekuasaan antara otoritas legal, administratif dan simbolik yang saling bernegosiasi dalam ruang publik.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 on the age requirement for presidential and vice-presidential candidates has generated significant public debate in Indonesia. The decision reinterprets the candidacy requirement by allowing individuals under the age of 40 to run for President or Vice President, provided that they have previously or currently held an elected regional executive position. This article employs a normative legal research method, using statutory and conceptual approaches to examine the implications of the decision. The study finds that the decision has produced both opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, it expands political participation for younger leaders with electoral experience. On the other hand, it raises concerns regarding constitutional interpretation, institutional authority, electoral fairness, and public trust in the Constitutional Court. Therefore, Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 should not be viewed merely as a change in candidacy requirements, but also as a legal event with broader implications for constitutional democracy and Indonesia’s state administration system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dakwah al-wa’yi (berkesadaran) dalam Trilogi Santri yang dirumuskan oleh KH. Zaini Mun’im serta implementasinya dalam sistem pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Informan ditentukan melalui purposive sampling yang melibatkan pengasuh, pengurus, ustaz, dan santri. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-wa’yi merupakan kesadaran integral yang mencakup dimensi spiritual, moral, dan sosial. Nilai ini diinternalisasikan melalui Trilogi Santri yang meliputi pemenuhan kewajiban fardhu ‘ain, mawas diri, dan berbudi pekerti luhur. Trilogi Santri berfungsi sebagai strategi dakwah transformatif yang menanamkan kesadaran religius, kedisiplinan, serta tanggung jawab sosial secara sistematis. Efektivitas strategi ini tercermin dari tingginya ketuntasan program Furudul ‘Ainiyah dan rendahnya tingkat pelanggaran berat santri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Trilogi Santri merupakan strategi dakwah al-wa’yi yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter santri yang religius, berakhlak mulia, dan bertanggung jawab sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Trilogi Santri dapat dijadikan model pendidikan karakter dan dakwah berbasis kesadaran bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam dan sosial.
