Abstract

This study aims to answer two problems, namely how the strategy of the mosque in the empowerment of the Ummah konomi, how the advantages and disadvantages of the strategy of the mosque in the economic empowerment of the Ummah, and how the results of the strategy of the mosque in the economic empowerment of the Ummah. This research is a field research with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies, related to the strategy of the mosque at-Takwa Pemangkat in the economic empowerment of the people. The results showed that the strategy of economic empowerment of the people used by the at-Takwa Pemangkat mosque is to use two different empowerment programs, but the two programs are related to each other. Mosque cooperatives explore the potential possessed by pilgrims who want to open a business or add business and strive to develop their business, while LAZIS has a business development program for the poor or needy to empower from the economic side. The advantages of the at-Takwa Pemangkat mosque strategy in empowering the people's economy, namely resources, is a very important part in supporting a performance in the implementation of activities that are a good unity of Personnel potential (HR), availability of funds, and infrastructure support that can be utilized in implementing the economic empowerment of the people. Providing convenience for customers who want to borrow funds by providing guarantees in the form of family CARDS, marriage certificates etc. The weakness of the at-Takwa Pemangkat mosque strategy is the lack of human resources owned by the mosque so that it is not able to provide training and supervision to pilgrims who are given business capital. The result of the strategy of economic empowerment of the people that the micro-business actors who are given assistance from the mosque make their business more developed and influential on the economic welfare of the family. This book is a template for writers. All the necessary components of the journal such as title, abstract, introduction, and so on have been exemplified here. So it remains only to use it by stacking it. For example, the abstract is typed in a single paragraph of no more than 250 words, which contains the essence of the entire writing regarding the introduction and objectives, methods, research results in brief and conclusions, and follows the format as seen in this section. The entire journal is typed following this template with many pages of 8-12 pages. Abstract written in Indonesian and English.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the perceptions of Civil Servants at the Sambas Religious Court Class I B regarding the provision of performance allowances, the view of Islamic Economics towards the provision of performance allowances for Civil Servants at the Sambas Religious Court Class I B. This type of research uses field research. which uses qualitative descriptive data, namely research whose data is extracted through observations. The data sources in this research are Civil Servants of the Sambas Religious Court Class I B. The data collection methods used are interviews, documentation, reference searches. Data management and analysis collection techniques were carried out by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this research show that the provision of performance allowances to Civil Servants of the Sambas Class I B Religious Court has mostly experienced an increase in performance and level of discipline which can be seen from two aspects, namely attendance and monthly performance reports. And most of them are in accordance with Islamic views, this is because the allowances given are in accordance with employee performance. The implication of this research is that Civil Servants of the Sambas Religious Court Class I B should increase supervision of their employees so that they pay more attention to their duties and responsibilities so that the implementation of employees' main duties and functions can run well. Therefore, employees should use benefits as motivation for working.

Abstract

This research is normativ research which is part of libery research. In this research we will examine cash waqf which is not far from the existing problem formulation. That is how the role of the UNISIA cash waqf institution in making cash waqf a success as well progress in developing the community’s economy? And what is the maqashid of cash waqf as a community empowerer from the perspective of Ibn’Assyria’s maqashid?. Results research shows that in indonesia itself it is allowed to exist cash waqf or cash waqf with the emergence of the MUI fatwa regarding cash waqf and the existence of statutory regulations such as the waqf law no. 41 of 2004 as well some other rules. The ull waqf board foundation also launched the institute UNISIA cash waqf of december 22 2021,which is expected to progress helping the community’s economy such as empowering MSMES, education, and other economic sectors of society. Maqashid based analysis Ibn’Asyur in this case shows that there are two maqashid carried out in cash practice. First, Maqashid khassah is in the form of hifz almal which makes waqf objects more productive. Second, maqashid ammah in the form of universal benefit in economic empowerment community allocated to education, health, places of worship and things other social.

Abstract

This article discusses the blessings of UMKM on the existence of "war takjil" in the month of Ramadan. Based on the analysis of literature review and interviews, this study sheds light on the positive impact of war takjil in the month of Ramadan. This study reveals that in war takjil activities or competition to get takjil between Muslims and non-Muslims is not only one of the activities to enliven Ramadan, but also one way to maintain tolerance between religious communities. The results show that UMKM traders feel the benefits and unique stories when selling takjil where the buyers are not only Muslims but from across religions. In this takjil war, there is excitement, one of which is the panic expression of potential buyers when their favorite food is almost sold out so that the person concerned is desperate to break through the queue. Overall, the findings of this study underline that this moment is also a place to joke and have fun together. Competition in tajkil hunting does not mean hostility, instead it fosters mutual respect between religious communities, and becomes one of the events to strengthen the bond of brotherhood.

Abstract

This article critically reviews the important role of education in preserving local wisdom and culture in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan. Based on a thorough analysis of various literature reviews, the article presents an in-depth understanding of how the education system can become the backbone of efforts to preserve a rich and diverse cultural heritage. In this context, the study sheds light on strategies and concrete measures that can be adopted by educational institutions to strengthen the connection between the younger generation and their local cultural values. It was found that the integration of cultural values in the education curriculum, the organization of extracurricular activities that promote local culture, and the provision of in-depth knowledge about local traditions have a significant impact in fostering a sense of belonging and respect for cultural heritage. In addition, the results show that an educational approach that focuses on local wisdom can create a stronger connection between individuals and their cultural identity. Thus, overall, the findings of this study confirm the importance of cooperation between the worlds of education and culture in maintaining the continuity and relevance of Kapuas Hulu's culture in the ever-evolving era of globalization.
