Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the perceptions of Civil Servants at the Sambas Religious Court Class I B regarding the provision of performance allowances, the view of Islamic Economics towards the provision of performance allowances for Civil Servants at the Sambas Religious Court Class I B. This type of research uses field research. which uses qualitative descriptive data, namely research whose data is extracted through observations. The data sources in this research are Civil Servants of the Sambas Religious Court Class I B. The data collection methods used are interviews, documentation, reference searches. Data management and analysis collection techniques were carried out by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this research show that the provision of performance allowances to Civil Servants of the Sambas Class I B Religious Court has mostly experienced an increase in performance and level of discipline which can be seen from two aspects, namely attendance and monthly performance reports. And most of them are in accordance with Islamic views, this is because the allowances given are in accordance with employee performance. The implication of this research is that Civil Servants of the Sambas Religious Court Class I B should increase supervision of their employees so that they pay more attention to their duties and responsibilities so that the implementation of employees' main duties and functions can run well. Therefore, employees should use benefits as motivation for working.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji tentang fenomena sosial yang terjadi di Masyarakat Nagari Lunang Tiga, Kecamatan Lunang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Barat mengenai pelaksanaan arisan Kurban. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah pada artikel ini yakni bagaimana praktik pelaksanaan arisan kurban dengan studi kasus di wilayah Masyarakat Nagari Lunang Tiga, Kecamatan Lunang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan pendekatan maslahah dan interaksi sosial. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan model penelitian lapangan atau field research yaitu melihat fenomena-fenomena di tengah masyarakat dengan variabel yang diangkat adalah hukum Islam dan interaksi sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, dengan metode analisis data deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arisan kurban yang dilaksanakan Masyarakat Nagari Lunang Tiga berdasarkan Maslahah dapat dikatakan boleh (mubah). Hal ini berdasarkan kesepakatan Bersama dan berdampak positif bagi Masyarakat untuk dapat melaksanakan ibadah kurban. Dalam interaksi sosial, praktik arisan kurban yang dilakukan Masyarakat Nagari Lunang Tiga merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dapat dikatakan sebagai interaksi sosial dengan pola asosiatif yang mana dengan adanya arisan kurban dapat terjalin silaturahmi antar Masyarakat dan setiap tahunnya Masyarakat dapat merasakan daging kurban. Kata Kunci: Arisan Kurban; Interaksi Sosial; Maslahah. Abstract This article examines the social phenomena that occur in the community of Nagari Lunang Tiga, Lunang Subdistrict, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province regarding the implementation of sacrificial arisan. The formulation of the problem in this article is how the practice of the implementation of sacrificial arisan with a case study in the Nagari Lunang Tiga Community area, Lunang District, South Pesisir Regency, West Sumatra Province with a maslahah approach and social interaction. The research method in this article uses a field research model, namely looking at phenomena in the community with the variables raised are Islamic law and social interaction. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation and interviews, with descriptive-qualitative data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the sacrificial arisan carried out by the Nagari Lunang Tiga Community based on Maslahah can be said to be permissible (mubah). This is based on mutual agreement and has a positive impact on the community to be able to carry out sacrificial worship. In social interaction, the practice of sacrificial arisan carried out by the Nagari Lunang Tiga Community is an activity that can be said to be a social interaction with an associative pattern where the existence of sacrificial arisan can establish friendship between the Community and every year the Community can taste sacrificial meat. Abstract

Tourism holds immense potential to generate significant benefits for the local economy and communities in Senggigi, Indonesia. However, realizing these benefits requires the implementation of effective strategies for developing tourism destinations. This study explores various strategies for fostering tourism in Senggigi, encompassing infrastructure and facility enhancement, promotional and marketing endeavors, bolstering the local community's capacity for tourism, and garnering support from both governmental and private entities. Moreover, it underscores the paramount importance of engaging the local community in the development process, emphasizing consultation, empowerment, and the mitigation of social and economic impacts. Furthermore, the study advocates for sustainable tourism practices that prioritize environmental protection and the preservation of cultural heritage, alongside robust mechanisms for regulating and enforcing policies to prevent their violation. By adopting and implementing these strategies, Senggigi can ensure that its tourism industry optimally benefits the local community while upholding sustainability and competitiveness in the broader tourism market.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of class IV students at SDN 3 Rempek. This research was carried out at the Rempek 3 elementary school. The number of samples in this study was 1 class with 14 students and female students. This research is quantitative research, namely research that is used to process number-based data. This research is quantitative with pre-experimental methods. The experimental research method is a quantitative method, used if the researcher wants to conduct an experiment to find the effect of independent variables (influence) on dependent variables (influence) under controlled conditions. Data collection techniques in this research use observation and documentation techniques. Data collection instruments for carrying out the initial test (pretest) and carrying out the final test (posttest) the results of this research are: Based on the pretest data analysis, there are 8 students who are classified in the high category with a percentage of 57%, 6 students who are classified in the medium category with a percentage of 43% . Based on posttest data analysis, there were 12 students who got a score of 75 in the very high category with a percentage of 86%, 2 students were in the high category who got a score of 74 with a percentage of 14% of the total sample. The total number of average pretest scores obtained was 18,286 and the total number of average posttest scores obtained was 21,357. The range of scores between the pretest and posttest scores is 3,071 and the total range between the average pretest and posttest scores if squared is 9,433

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of stick media in improving critical thinking skills in fourth-grade students on the topic of properties of space figures. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, focusing on how stick media can facilitate students' understanding of geometric concepts and enhance their ability to analyze and evaluate spatial relationships. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and students, and tests measuring critical thinking skills before and after the intervention. The results show that the use of stick media significantly increased students' ability to critically analyze and solve problems related to space figures. This study concludes that stick media is an effective and engaging tool for improving critical thinking skills, especially in mathematics, and provides a concrete learning experience for students to better understand abstract concepts.

Abstract

The positive discipline approach is a method for educating and nurturing efforts to build positive thinking and behavior in students. By implementing the positive discipline approach, it is possible to develop good character in students. Similarly, for Buddhist students in grade VII at SMP Negeri 3 Gangga, the positive discipline approach has successfully shaped their character. This research aims to understand and describe the effectiveness of the positive discipline approach in developing good character among grade VII Buddhist students at SMP Negeri 3 Gangga. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this research include primary and secondary sources. The data analysis techniques employed by the researcher are data reduction, data display, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research indicate that the positive discipline approach is effective in developing good character among grade VII Buddhist students at SMP Negeri 3 Gangga. This is evident from the positive thinking, behavior, and character of the students. Additionally, the good character demonstrated by the students, including responsibility, self-awareness, and discipline both within and outside the school environment, supports this effectiveness.

Abstract

this research aims to know the effect of the Blended Learning method on students' writing achievement in the description text. This study used a quasi-experimental in whichdesign involves two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Theexperimental group was given learning using the flipped classroom model, and the controlgroup was given learning using an online driver or Enriched – Virtual model. The resultshows that students who are taught using conventional methods can be proven from theaverage writing ability. Students taught using the Flipped Classroom model (86,96) havehigher scores than those taught using the Online Driver model (81,8). Furthermore, based onthe results of the T-test, it appears that sig. (0.177) > 0.05. It means that this research indicatesan effective Flipped Classroom model

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Time Token learning model of students' speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects. The method used in this research is descriptive method with mixed research type of leatherative and quantitative. The research subjects were students of class VIII H SMP Negeri 9 Palu totaling 32 people, selected through simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used included observation, and documentation. The instruments used consisted of teacher and student activity observation sheets, as well as assessment of students' speaking skills through student learning outcomes data. The results showed that the teacher observation sheet was classified as very good, the student observation sheet also showed very effective results with a value of 91%, while the data on student learning outcomes in speaking skills reached 83 with a good category. These findings indicate that the application of the Time Token model is able to encourage equal distribution of speaking opportunities, increase student courage, and support active and structured speaking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job descriptions, work discipline, and training on employee performance. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS assistance. The results showed that job descriptions, discipline, and training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three independent variables contributed significantly to employee performance variables. This research recommends the importance of clear job descriptions, improved work discipline, and continuous training programs to enhance employee performance. Abstract

Problems in the research on Improving Speech Skills Based on Collaborative Learning Model in Grade V Students of Elementary School. This study aims to determine the improvement of speaking ability based on the Collaborative Learning Model in Grade V Students of Elementary School. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK).  The subjects in this study are grade V students of Elementary School. This type of research is class action research or PTK using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart research model, namely planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection The subject of this research is grade V students of Elementary School. The data collection technique uses the performance test technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study were obtained in cycle I showing that there was an increase in speaking ability in the aspects of fluency, sentence structure, vocabulary, intonation and pronunciation were very good. This increase was seen in cycle I and cycle II increased from 5% to 81%. Based on the average score obtained by students in cycle I is 75 and in cycle II the average score obtained by students is 80. From these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the collaborative learning model can improve the speaking ability of grade V students of Elementary School.
