Hingga saat itu, Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerima artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dalam jumlah banyak. Terbitan pada jurnal dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahunnya yaitu pada bulan April dan November.

Abstract

This study takes the title Influence of Training and Leadership on Employee Performance in the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. The formulation of the proposed problem is whether there is an effect of training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency, how much influence is the training and leadership simultaneously on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency and whether the influence of education and leadership influence significantly on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency, there is a large influence between training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency and there is a significant influence between education and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency. Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the Spearman rank correlation between training and performance is 0.685. Which has a correlation meaning between training and performance is strong. While the Spearman rank correlation between leadership and performance obtained a value of 0.741. Which means that the correlation between leadership and performance is strong. While the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (51-2) obtained t table of 2.011 and the calculation results in SPSS shows X1 = 3.803 which means that t count> t table . This shows that Ho was refused or training significantly affected the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. Whereas in X2 obtained 4.620 which means that t count> t table. This shows that Ho is rejected or leadership significantly influences the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. The results of these calculations concluded that partially the training and leadership variables have a significant influence on the performance variables.

Abstract

This study takes the title "The Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Health Services in Bulakamba Brebes Health Center". The aim to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on health services at Bulakamba Health Center in Brebes Regency, to determine the effect of work discipline on health services in Bulakamba Health Center in Brebes Regency, to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on health services at Bulakamba Health Center Brebes Regency and to find out the most influential variables on health services at Bulakamba Health Center in Brebes Regency. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the authors can explain that based on the results of the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (76-2) obtained t table of 1.994 and the results of the calculation in SPSS shows X1 = 2.809 which means that t count> t table. This shows that Ho is rejected or organizational culture significantly influences health services at Bulakamba Health Center in Brebes Regency. Whereas in X2 it is obtained 2.513 which means that t count> t table. This shows that Ho is rejected or work discipline has a significant effect on health services at Bulakamba Health Center in Brebes Regency. The results of these calculations can be concluded that partially the organizational culture variables and work discipline variables have a significant influence on health service variables in Bulakamba Health Center Brebes District. To find out the regression coefficients as a whole or together, the F Test is used. The F test is carried out using a 95 percent confidence level (α = 0.05) and df = n - k - 1 obtained Ftable of 3.12. While the calculation results show 284,845. This shows that Fcount> Ftable which means Ho's hypothesis is rejected which means that together the independent variables of organizational culture and work discipline influence the health service variables in Bulakamba Health Center in Brebes Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of maternal and child health services on loyalty of patients In Poly Kebidanan General Hospital District Brebes. By using 100 respondents (one hundred) patients and with the help of SPSS program to analyze the data obtained partial test results (t test) shows the value of t arithmetic of 12.441 is greater than t table of 1.984 or (12,441> 1,984) which means that the quality health services significantly influence the loyalty of patients in Poly Kebidanan General Hospital District Brebes. While based on Rank Spearman test results obtained r value of 0.785 means the correlation between service quality with loyalty is positive and strong. Keywords: service quality, patient loyalty

Abstract

This study took the title of Financial Performance Analysis at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the financial performance of the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency during the period of 2015 to 2017 in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. When viewed from the liquidity ratio, in the period of 2015 to 2017 the Wredatama Harum Cooperative can be considered very healthy, this can be seen with the results of the calculation of the current ratio method found that between these years have an average of 62409 percent in each year. Whereas seen from the solvency ratio then: a. Debt to equity ratio (total debt to equity ratio) The total debt to equity ratio from 2015 to 2017 the ratio of debt to equity in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative has an average of 19.30 percent, which is below 70 percent. This means that in terms of the ratio of debt to equity, the cooperative's ability to meet its obligations is very efficient. b. Debt to asset ratio (total debt to asset ratio) The calculation of the debt to assets ratio from 2015 to 2017 solvency ratio when viewed from debt to total assets at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative has an average of 15.54 percent which means below 40 percent which means that the cooperative's ability to its obligations is very efficient . While the profitability ratio : a. Gross profit margin The calculation of gross profit margin from 2015 to 2017 in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency has an average of 16.24 percent which means that in the period 2015 to 2017 in terms of the ratio of gross profit margin the cooperative's ability to generate profits is well. b. Net profit margin The calculation of the net profit margin in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency has an average of 15.52 percent, which means that in the period 2015 to 2017 in terms of the ratio of the net profit margin the cooperative's ability to generate profits is good. c. Earning power of total investment The calculation of earnings power of total investment in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency has an average of 2.80 percent which means that in the period 2015 to 2017 in terms of the ratio of earnings power of total investment the cooperative's ability to generate profits is not good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of own capital on the remaining business results and the magnitude of the influence of own capital on the remaining business results in KPRI Rukun Banjarharjo Brebes Regency. The analytical tool used is the t test and simple correlation regression analysis. With the help of the SPSS Ver.16 program, the results show that based on the significance test with the degree of freedom (9-2) and 95 percent confidence level (ᾶ = 0.05), tcount is 14.487, which is greater than the t table of 1.89458, which means that there is a significant relationship between own capital to the remaining business results and the results of regression calculations obtained regression equation: = 27,580,594,795+ 0.013 x, which means that the capital itself has a positive effect on the remaining operating results. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficients obtained the results of 0.839, which means that the relationship of capital itself with the remaining business results is very large because the correlation coefficient is close to 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work placement and motivation on employee performance in Limbangan Wetan Village. From the results of the questionnaire and using the SPSS program using a confidence level of 95 percent (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (14-2) the result of t work placement is equal to = 2.493 and the results of t count motivation is 2, 562 is greater than the table of 2.179 which indicates that partially the work placement and motivation variables have a significant influence on the performance variable. Calculation of Test F shows the results of 5.165 which means that together the independent variables of work placement and work motivation affect the performance variable. From the regression equation Y = 11.768 + 0.659X1 + 0.711X2 shows that the coefficient of X2 (motivation) is greater than the coefficient X1 (work placement) means that motivation has a more dominant influence on performance.
