Abstract

This research aims to examine the performance of Islamic AI in the Muslim Pro Application in providing accurate answers related to Islamic teachings. This literature study analyzes various previous studies that evaluated the ability of the Muslim Pro Application to deliver correct and reliable information to users. The main focus of this research is to assess the accuracy of answers provided by the Islamic AI of the Muslim Pro Application and compare them with traditional sources of religious knowledge, such as Islamic scholars and texts. Findings indicate that the Islamic AI of the Muslim Pro application is capable of providing sufficiently accurate answers to basic questions about Islam. However, there are shortcomings in handling more complex questions, which require further verification from more authoritative sources. The study also found that most users are satisfied with the accuracy of the answers provided, but there is a need for further improvement, especially in terms of the depth and detail of the answers. This research recommends further development of AI algorithms and collaboration with Islamic scholars to improve the quality of answers provided by the Islamic AI of the Muslim Pro Application.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has transformed the health sector, enabling efficient and accessible health monitoring through digital platforms. To support pregnancy monitoring, a mobile-based user experience (UX) design for the BiBu Mobile Health Monitoring Application was developed in 2023 using the Design Thinking method. This prototype was tailored to the needs of pregnant women and midwives in Indonesia and demonstrated feasibility for initial public use. This study involved collaboration with the Provincial Board of the Indonesian Midwives Association (PD-IBI) of Riau Province. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with key midwifery figures and midwives, along with direct surveys of potential users and the community. These efforts produced valuable feedback and recommendations for improving the prototype. The input was gathered to create a new Software Product Line (SPL), laying the foundation for future product development. Utilizing the prototyping method allowed iterative refinement, ensuring alignment with user needs and expectations, particularly for stakeholders unfamiliar with software development. This research produced a validated SPL that is ready for further development and implementation. It contributes to advancing health digitization and improving maternal health monitoring. The refined product can enhance healthcare quality in Riau Province and support broader health practices across Indonesia.

Abstract

Teacher professional competence is a key factor influencing the quality of learning in the classroom. This study aims to examine the impact of teacher professional competence on the effectiveness of classroom management in secondary schools. A quantitative approach with a correlational research design was employed. The study utilized a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population of this study comprised all junior high school teachers in Lembah Seulawah District, Aceh Besar, totaling 102 teachers. A proportional random sampling technique was used to select 81 teachers, calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the product-moment correlation test. The results revealed that teacher professional competence significantly influences classroom management. The Pearson correlation test yielded a coefficient of 0.730 (p = 0.000), indicating a strong positive relationship. This means that higher teacher professional competence corresponds to more effective classroom management. The very low significance value (p = 0.000) confirms that this relationship is statistically significant and not due to chance.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a learning framework designed to provide teachers with the flexibility to design the teaching and learning process based on students' needs, interests, and potential. The independent curriculum is an independent program that emphasizes context-based learning, character building through the Pancasila Student Profile, and a differentiation approach that allows students to learn at a pace and method that suits their abilities. Through an adaptive and flexible approach, the Independent Curriculum aims to create a more relevant, meaningful, and contextual learning experience for students. Fractions are one of the important materials in basic mathematics because they provide a foundation for understanding more complex concepts such as decimals, percentages, and algebra. In the independent curriculum, this separate material aims to improve conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and application skills through a context-based approach and strengthen the Pancasila student profile. This article analyzes the implementation of the Independent program in distributed learning in elementary schools, including planning, implementing, and assessing learning. The results of the analysis show that the independent curriculum provides teachers with the flexibility to develop innovative learning strategies, such as Real-World Mathematics (RME) and project-based learning, so that students can connect fractions to everyday situations. However, the challenge is the lack of teacher understanding of the new approach and limited learning resources are still obstacles in its implementation. This article recommends teacher training and the development of contextual learning materials to support the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in fraction learning
