Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia's capital market shows the increasing awareness of investors about the importance of investing. An investment decision is based on intuition that is present in the individual based on experience, beliefs, and skills. This study aims to determine whether the understanding of financial literacy and the occurrence of overconfidence affect individual decisions to investation. The research based quantitative model by information all members of the KSPM (Capital Market Study Group) at Halu Oleo University who have been registered as capital market investors on the IDX as many as 40 people as research respondents. The information used is based on the results of online questionnaire response processing which is processed using multiple linear regression analysis.The study shows that financial literacy and overconfidence have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. It’s means that investment decisions occur because investors have good financial literacy and there is overconfidence as a belief that encourages individuals to invest.

Abstract

Industry is a sector that plays an important role in the development of the region and the income of the people. Predominant on the basis of agriculture is the industrial sector, the government's view of industrialization. At least as the engine of economic development, it is often seen as the gateway to leading a society to prosperity. Governments help strengthen the environment through corporate social responsibility, known as corporate social responsibility (CSR). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be used as an alternative that should be developed to share the direction of corporate responsibility for various social and environmental issues. CSR can be used as a strategy for companies to stand up for their communities and the environment, and as a form of action to maintain and counter the potential for negative access to industrialization. However, a significant number of businesses within the community have mostly negative impacts despite their welfare and development benefitsThis company has been operating in Sukajadi Village for a long time and does not neglect the concept of CSR. How about implementing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Reducing Impacts of Environmental Damage.

Abstract

The supply of raw materials is closely related to the number of requests for products produced and the amount of use of the amount of raw materials available to carry out the production process. During the process of shipping Pozzolan raw materials originating from Muaradua which is located in South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia where the delivery of raw materials must use goods transportation services via land transportation. The problems that occur during the delivery and mining of Pozzolan raw materials. Which if the rainy season can make it difficult for vendors to get Pozzolan raw materials in the mining area and also the slippery road to the mine site, making it difficult for trucks to carry out the process of transporting Pozzolan raw materials to PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This situation makes the supply of raw materials uncertain. While the inventory has been calculated safety stock, minimum inventory, maximum inventory. If this activity continues, it will hamper the Company in carrying out its production process activities and affect safety stock, minimum inventory and maximum inventory.

Abstract

At first human resources were nothing but production factors, nowadays human resources are an important and very decisive factor in the implementation of the organization's vision and mission. In addition to the capital factor, human resources (HR) is one of the most important issues in a company/organization. Therefore, human resources must be managed properly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. Human Resources (HR) is one of the most important factors and cannot be separated from both organizations and companies. HR is also the key to the development of a company. Basically HR in the form of people employed by an organization as actors, thinkers, and planners to achieve organizational goals. Quality is a very difficult concept to understand and agree on. The word quality currently has many different interpretations, cannot be defined individually and is very dependent on the context. In other words, the quality of an employee's work is a minimum standard that must be met so that the employee can carry out his work well.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship  between land transportatioan and economic growth in Wakatobi Regency. This research is included in the type of quantitive research with the analytical method using multiple  linear regression, namely examining the vanable relationship between road length and number of motorized  vehicles with transportation economic growth in Wakatobi Regency. Result of the analysis the data shows (1) land transportation has a moderate level of linkages to ecomomic growth in Wakatobi Regency, (2) land transportation  has an effect of 23,3 percent on the ecomomis growth of transportation in Wakatobi Regency, (3) land transportation has no significant  effect on economic growth in Wakatobi Regency and (4) road length has a non-significant positive effect and the number of motorized vehicles has a negative effect on ecomomic growth in Wakatobi Regency.

Abstract

This study wants to see how the influence of service orientation and marketing mix on customer satisfaction at UD. Maju Kendari. The research sample was 78 customers at UD. Maju Kendari. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The significance value is 0.000 which means it is smaller than the value of ? = 0.05, so statistically the variables of service orientation (X1) and marketing mix (X2) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the 95% confidence level. The R2 (R-Square) value is 0.897. The R value (correlation coefficient number) of 0.947 indicates that the closeness of the direct relationship between the service orientation variable (X1) and the marketing mix (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y) is 94.7%. After the data is processed, the results are obtained: (1) The higher the service orientation and marketing mix, the higher the customer satisfaction at UD. Maju Kendari. (2) The higher the service orientation, the higher the customer satisfaction at UD. Maju Kendari. (3) the higher the marketing mix, the higher the customer satisfaction at UD. Maju Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of needs and lifestyle simultaneously on smartphone purchasing decisions in Kendari City; (2) The influence of needs on smartphone purchasing decisions in Kendari City; (3) The influence of lifestyle on smartphone purchasing decisions in Kendari City. This research is a research with a descriptive quantitative approach, which is designed to obtain empirical evidence, test and analyze the needs and lifestyle of smartphone purchasing decisions in Kendari City. The population in this study were all smartphone users with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this study is to use a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use two methods of analysis, namely descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Needs and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on smartphone purchasing decisions; (2) Needs have a positive and significant effect on smartphone purchasing decisions; (3) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on smartphone purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of technological developments on consumer interest in using Express Delivery Services at PT. Kendari City Post Indonesia. The population in this study is that this research will be limited by using the following criteria: (1) Consumers who make transactions at Express Delivery Services at PT. Pos Indonesia Kendari City, (2) Has been a consumer for more than 1 year. Sampling was carried out Sampling was carried out at PT. Abstract

One of the obligations of companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is to publish financial reports that have been audited by a Public Accountant. The data used is the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, namely determining the sample with certain criteria. Obtained a sample of 11 companies, so that the amount of data to be studied in this study was 33 data. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25 program. From the table above, it is found that the sig value is 0.123> ? 0.05, so reject Ho, which means that the regression model is significant, which means that all variables consisting of company size, profitability, solvency, and audit quality together have no significant effect on Audit Delay. The results of this study found that company size, profitability, solvency, and audit quality have no significant effect on audit delay.
