Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Korean Wave and Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Decisions at Bukalapak via Brand Image. The population in this study consists of all consumers aged 16 to >35 years who are aware that Son Jong Ki is a brand ambassador and that Son Jong Ki carries the influence of brand ambassadors and who have purchased at Bukalapak with a minimum of two purchases in the last four months. A sample of 160 people was obtained using the non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Path Analysis is the statistical tool used. Statistical software is used to process data. According to the findings of this study, the Korean Wave has a positive effect on brand image, which is consistent with Brand Ambassador having a positive effect on brand image. Then, Brand Image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, whereas Korean Wave and Brand Ambassador have no effect. For Korean Wave and Brand Ambassador, Brand Image becomes an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, activity and leverage on firm value. The population is Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2021 financial reports. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with certain criteria and a sample of 45 companies was obtained. Th¬is study tested the data using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3.2.9. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that profitability and activity have a positive and significant effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and leverage has no effect on firm value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees at the Mandailing Natal District Inspectorate Office. To obtain the expected analysis results, in this study a descriptive method was used through a quantitative approach and then verified. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the job satisfaction level category of the Mandailing Natal District Inspectorate employee was "Satisfied" with an average score of respondents' answers of 3.6. Of all the existing indicators it can be concluded that the highest score was obtained by the third indicator, namely working conditions with an average score of 3.8. This means that the working conditions in the Mandailing Natal District Inspectorate support a good work climate so that employees feel this gives them job satisfaction. Whereas the lowest score was obtained on the first indicator, namely salary with an average score of 3.4. This low score is important to be discussed by the Mandailing Natal District Inspectorate because salary is the main thing for someone to do work. Of the 7 (seven) indicators used to measure job satisfaction of the Mandailing Natal District Inspectorate employees, an average score was obtained, namely the first indicator obtained an average score of 3.4 (satisfied), the second and fourth indicators obtained an average score of equal to 3.6 (satisfied), the third indicator obtained an average score of 3.8. This score is also included in the satisfied category. In the fifth and seventh indicators, the average score is equal to 3.7 (satisfied). And the sixth indicator obtained an average score of 3.5 (satisfied).

Abstract

This research discusses the activities of housewives in using E-Commerce, which have a positive impact. It is a process of changing the activities of housewives who used to shop for goods traditionally or conventionally to digital. The rapid development of technology is what ultimately led to the change in the activities of housewives, where they used to transact face-to-face with sellers and buyers, but now sellers and buyers only transact virtually or online using E-Commerce. This research uses a qualitative research method, where the researcher aims to describe and analyze the changes in the behavior of housewives related to E-Commerce activities from offline to all-online systems. Social change in housewives is not a result or product, but a process. This process of change is, of course, the result of an agreement or joint decision made by individuals or a community.

Abstract

The exchange rate is the value of one unit of local currency for one unit of foreign currency. Currency exchange rates are one of the most important economic elements that affect a country. Currency changes may have a sizeable effect on various sectors of the economy, including international trade, foreign investment, inflation, and general economic stability. The analytical method used in this study is to see the effect of the inflation rate (X1) and Bank Indonesia interest rates (X2) as independent variables on the US rupiah/dollar exchange rate for the 2018 – 2022 period (Y) as the dependent variable, namely Statistical Descriptive Analysis and Regression Analysis Multiple Linear. The results of the study show that the inflation rate has a positive effect on the rupiah/US dollar exchange rate and Bank Indonesia interest rates have a negative effect on the rupiah/US dollar exchange rate.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the impact of compensation, motivation and discipline variables on employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. And to find out what variables have the most impact on employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The research results obtained simultaneously show that discipline, motivation and compensation factors have a significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar. Partially, discipline, motivation and compensation factors significantly influence employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar. Partially, compensation factors have a dominant influence on employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to analyze and determine the influence of physical facilities (tangible), reliability, empathy, responsiveness and assurance on Honda car customer satisfaction at the Pemuda Jaya Makassar Company. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Based on the results of partial analysis through Fratio testing using variance analysis, that X1, X2, X3, service towards customer satisfaction at the Pemuda Jaya Makassar company. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that the dimension of physical evidence (tangible) has a dominant influence on the level of customer satisfaction (Y partial X1 = 0.282) at the Honda "Remaja Jaya" Makassar car sales company.

Abstract

The importance of banking in driving development and the country’s economy, coupled with the rapid competition in the banking sector, requires banks to impove and increase their performance. Bank Indonesia has issued regulation regarding banking health, one of wich is by evaluating financial reports using the RGEC method. This type research is quantitatice research, the data source comes from secondary data. The financial report data that has been obtained is then tested using the RGEC method to determine the healthy level of the bank, in this case PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk 2020-2022. The results of research on bank health level seen from the Risk Profile component with the Non Performing Loan ratio for 2020 – 2021 are categorized as QUITE HEALTHY, in 2022 they are categorized as HEALTHY. The Loan to Deposite Ratio is for 2020 are categorized QUITE HEALTY, in 2021-2022 they are categorized as HEALTHY. Judging from the Good Corporate Governance component, it is categorized as HEALTHY. From the Earnings component with a Return On Asset ratio for 2020 QUITE HEALTHY, 2021 HEALTHY and 2022 VERY HEALTHY, for Net Interest Margin in 2020 – 2022 is in the HEALTY category, while the Capital component with the Capital Adequacy Ratio is in the VERY HEALTHY category.
