Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study found 45 people from three villages, namely Patobong Village, Samaenre Village and Mattiro Tasi Village. Data was collected by using the methods of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research conducted showed that the level of participation in Mattiro Sompe Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency was good, this was the maximum and high coordination between the government and the community based on several good aspects of the community, it was proven that the number of people after the recapitulation showed a high level with the acquisition of 51.1 % is in the agree category. At the implementation stage 40.4% agreed. Furthermore, regarding utilization, with 44.4% gains, they agreed. Then at the stage of assessment of the results of the development shows the percentage results of 43.6% agree. Thus, it is known that the level of community participation in the Mattiro Sompe sub-district is quite proactive and high so that the village community enjoys the results that have been achieved so far

Abstract

In general, most companies believe that to achieve success, they must strive for the maximum possible performance, both individual and group performance which ultimately affects the success of the company (Purwadi, 2017).  The success that every company wants is not far from how managers manage Human Resource Management, in this case employee performance is the main capital to achieve a company success. As Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) play a role in making it easier for companies to organize and carry out the workflow or implementation of a task and as a guide for work results to achieve desired goals, (Arnina, 2016).  For this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment on the performance of PT. People's Credit Bank Sulawesi Mandiri Makassar.  Metode analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application by looking at the constant value and the value of the resulting remission coefficient. The results of the analysis show that standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. People's Credit Bank Sulawesi Mandiri Makassar

Abstract

Single mothers have a dual role where they must be able to take care of children while working to support their family. Being an entrepreneurship is a single mother's choice so that the role of a father who provides for as well as the role of a mother who takes care of children can be fulfilled. Without having to leave home, he can earn money besides that he can manage his own time so that he can take care of children without feeling any pressure. This research methodology uses qualitative descriptive methods through a case study approach. Sampling is done intentionally (non-random). The respondents in this study were a single mother of online shopping owners, the longest serving employee and loyal customer and the study was conducted with in-depth interviews. Through the principle of siri na pesse in running their business, single mothers use a family system for all their employees and loyal customers. The form of family relations is in the form of family allowances if one of the families is sick or holidays, or sometimes also a form of giving clothes if sales are above average. While loyal customers often occur even if they just hang out together at a café or visit if someone is sick. There is still a stigma attached in society that work is when he is an employee makes them easily frustrated if they are not accepted in a company and end up as unemployed. By becoming an entrepreneur, especially a single mother, it provides an opportunity to have a job while taking care of children without having to leave the house.

Abstract

Company value is the perception of investors and shareholders on the company's success rate which is often associated with the stock price. Because by maximizing the value of the company, it is agreed as the goal of every profit-oriented company and by increasing the value of the company means the same as maximizing the company's stock price. One of the factors that affect the value of the company is the ups and downs of profitability obtained by the company because profitability is believed to be able to determine the value of the company. Profitability is one of the most important ratios for investors when making investment decisions, this profitability ratio can describe a company's ability to use its resources to generate profits over a period of time. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size on company value in the consumer cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis with a population of 41 companies and the number of samples used as many as 10 companies. The results of this research analysis show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, while liquidity and company size have a negative and insignificant effect on company value in the consumer cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

this study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at mercure Makassar Hotel. The method used in this study is the method quantitative. Approach the population in this study were all employees of the mercure Makassar Hotel. The sampling technique used was the slovin technique where the population was a sample of 45 people. The data collected was processed using SPSS. Based on the conclusion that the variable of work organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) partialyy, it is proven that the value of sia is 0,12<0,05 work motivation vanabel (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) 0,22<0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, satisfaction and organizational commitmen on employee peformance at the financialsupervisory agency and Representative Develoment of South Sulawesi. The methdot used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were all BPKP employees. Makassar. The slovin technique whwre the population was a sample of 65 people, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SPSS. Based on the conclusion that the monkhey motivation variabel (XI) has a significant effect on employee peformance (Y) partially proven by a sig valuae of 0.14<0,14. Work statisfanction (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially proven with a significant valuae of 0,46<0,05. The variable of organizational commitmen (X3) also has a significant effect on employee peformance (Y) partially proven by a significant valuae of 0.046< 0,05

Abstract

The cooperative must manage the amount of working capital in accordance with the requitments of its operations, taking into account the source and use of funds in the working capital. This study aims to determine and analyze the seources and uses of working capital relation with profitability at KSU Lorosae Makassar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research that describes how the application of the management of the sources and uses of working capital KSU Lorosae Makassar. The focus of this study is to report the financial KSU Lorosae Makassar consisting of the balance sheet and the income statement during the period 2018-2020. Data analysis used is the analysis of the sources and uses of working capital and ratio analysis profitability. The results showed that the management of the sources and uses of working capital KSU Lorosae Makassar for 3 years has increased and is quite effective in generating profits.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between motivation and employee performance and to find out how to increase employee work motivation. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data and questionnaires were administered as research samples. The results of this research show that Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.000 with a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the impact of compensation, motivation and discipline variables on employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. And to find out what variables have the most impact on employee work performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The research results obtained simultaneously show that discipline, motivation and compensation factors have a significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 toword buses and the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tamalanrea sub-district, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method using data collection such as documentation and theoretical studies. Based one the results of research in the Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the culinary trade business, the culinary industry and handicrafts, SMEs have also experienced a decline income during the COVID-19 pandemic and some are even threantened with bankruptcy. The government must make policies that can help the economy of SMEs in the midset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this way, ME actors are able tu survive in their respective business despite the decline in income.
