Abstract

Penggunaan E-wallet sebagai salah satu alat pembayaran non tunai menjadi semakin berkembang. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang masih enggan menggunakannya salah satunya karena pertimbangan risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi diskon dan cashback, terhadap tingkat pengeluaran mahasiswa dengan menggunakan e-wallet. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample terdapat 70 Mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel dengan menjawab daftar pertanyaan melalui kusioner online yang disebar. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi kemanfaatan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap persentase konsumsi. Sedangkan, variabel persepsi diskon dan cashback berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persentase konsumsi Mahasiswa menggunakan e-wallet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini megidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang dapat membuat bank cabang komersil di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat tidak dapat atau enggan melakukan ekspansi kredit pada sektor usaha mikro. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dari berbagai literatur dan data yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia diketahui bahwa usaha mikro pada umum mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan fasilitas kredit dari bank komersil sehingga sejumlah usaha mikro secara terpaksa mengambil pinjaman pada rentenir atau lembaga pinjaman lain yang terdaftar maupun tidak terdaftar. Akibatnya, mereka harus menanggung tingkat bunga pinjaman yang sangat besar hingga dapat mencapai 5% perbulan. Hal ini tentu sangat berdampak pada pengembangan dan kelanjutan usaha mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan laten variabel dan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) untuk menguji realibilitas dan validitas latent variabel sekaligus menganalisa indikator-indikator yang dimiliki oleh kedua variabel tersebut. AlatLatent Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laten variabel faktor internal yang didefinisikan oleh ketersediaan dana pada bank cabang, peran manajer bank cabang, kebijakan kredit bank cabang, dan tingkat bunga pinjaman. Kinerja kredit dijelaskan oleh indikator profitabilitas, kredit macet, dan volume kredit pada usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 197 petugas kredit (Loan officers) mikro pada tingkat bank cabang pemerintah, swasta, bank asing dan campuran, serta bank daerah di 25 kabupaten/kota di wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan pengujian reliabilitas dan validitas terhadap konstrak variabel, hasil statistik menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut valid dan handal. Pengujian terhadap indikator variabel juga menujukkan hasil signifikan. Artinya, setiap indikator yang diteliti dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan variabel latennya. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan menggunakan SEM, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kemampuan internal bank dengan kinerja penyaluran kredit pada usaha mikro. Hal ini berarti bahwa faktor internal yang dijelaskan oleh ketersediaan dana, peran manajer, kebijakan pinjaman bank cabang, dan tingkat bunga mempengaruhi keputusan bank cabang dalam menyalurkan kredik usaha mikro. Faktor internal tersebut dapat membuat bank enggan atau tidak mampu untuk menyalurkan kredit pada usaha mikro, dan berdampak pada tingkat profitabilitas, volume kredit dan kredit macet yang dimiliki oleh bank cabang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between training, performance appraisal, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PERUMDA) in Maros Regency. This research is a consensus research in which all the population used as respondents, which are 57 employees. Based on statistical results, the study found that training and performance appraisal affects positively and significantly employee performance. Differently, the study did not find the relationship between competence on employee performance. This suggest that competence based on education, with the exception of training and coaching, did not drive up the employee performance.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance is a main concern for public organizations to provide excellent service to public communities. To reach a high employee performance, human resources is prominent key successes. This study aims to analyse the effect of work environment on organizational culture and employee performance mediated by organizational culture at Regional Secretariat Office of the Boven Digoel Distrct. The study applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the use of a saturated sample from sevent working divisions at Secretariat Office. With respect to analysis, all weighted loading factor indicate above 0.50 and coefficient path paramaters for the relationship between the work environment and organizational culture and employee peformance are a positive and significant. This is also valid for the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the marketing mix on sales of basic food products and to determine the dominant variables that influence sales of basic food products at CV. The Light of the Fortress in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of the research are that from the F test (simultaneous test) it turns out that independent factors have a significant influence on increasing sales of basic necessities in Makassar. And furthermore, it is known that the calculated F value is greater than table F, this means that product, price, distribution and promotion factors together have a significant influence on basic food sales at CV. Light of the Fortress in Makassar. According to the results of the Multiple Regression calculation, the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that all independent factors together have a fairly strong influence on the dependent variable (grocery sales). From the results of the Partial Test (T Test) it can be seen that the most significant factor influences the sales of basic necessities at CV. The Light of the Fort in Makassar is a Promotional factor.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the motivation factors and work performance of employees in Cendrana District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Taken together, all research variables, namely: providing incentives, giving awards, work environment, education & training and job promotions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Thus, this research hypothesis can be proven true or accepted. Partially, providing incentives in the form of rewards has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The large influence and contribution was due to an increase in job satisfaction, as a result of improved welfare for employees of Cendrana District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identity and analyze the impact of motivation and good working environment on employee. The responden of study are employees of PT. Putriana Jaya Utama with a sample of 40 people.Methods of collecting observation data, questionnaires and documentation, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis of percentages, research instruments, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The calculation results are optaining the impacts of motivation and employee working performance is t count of 3,623 to 0,001 sig. The impact of working environment on employee working performance t count of 3,038 to 0,004 sig. The impact of motivation and working environment on employee working performance F count of 42,819 to 0,000 sig. As such motivation and the working environment have positive and significant impact on employee working performance. And the calculation of Coefficient of determination (R2) both motivation and working environment have an impacts of the working performance of 69,8%.

Abstract

An increase in company value will make investors believe that the company is able to manage its performance in future prospects. From the background of the problem. The importance of the information needed in determining company policy, which is useful for measuring the company. To find out whether the budget plan for the construction of the Bukit Mega Harmoni housing development at PT. Graha Mega Cendana Makassar is effective and efficient. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. Based on the analysis of data from the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that in general the preparation of the budget plan for the construction of Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing by PT. Graha Mega Cendana in 2017-2019 was quite effective on average, although the overall level of cost efficiency was less than the expected target of 5%. The efficiency of direct costs for building materials was able to exceed the target of 5.32% because there were efforts to control the use of materials in the field, while for craftsman labor costs there was in-efficiency or inefficiency of -4.97% due to demands for increases. the cost of piecework wages for craftsmen during the course of project implementation. For overhead costs or indirect costs, the average efficiency is 20.36% and the most prominent is the efficiency in financial cost items of 32.56%. This occurs because of a decrease in the value of bank credit interest expenses as a result of smooth installment payments. credit and accelerated repayment of bank credit. However, on average, of all cost items, the cost efficiency of building Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing from 2017–2019 of 73 units was only 3.17%, this is because the comparison between the amount of efficiency funds and the total cost budget plan funds used is very small.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the Lorosae Makassar Business Cooperative in terms of ratio analysis. Data analysis method used ratio analysis. The data collection methods use are library research, observation, interview and documentation.. The results of this study indicate the analysis of the overall liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios based on processed data shows that the financial performance of the Multipurpose Business Cooperative Lorosae Makassar for the period 2016, 2017 and 2018 has not been optimal or is not well assessed yet based on regulatory standards.
